One 25-calorie packet diet hot cocoa mix

¼ cup light chocolate soymilk

1½ ounces vodka

½ ounce sugar-free calorie-free syrup (white chocolate or vanilla)

1 teaspoon sugar-free chocolate syrup

2 no-calorie sweetener packets

5 to 8 ice cubes
or
1 cup crushed ice

Optional: Fat Free Reddi-wip

Directions

Dissolve cocoa mix and sweetener into 3 ounces of hot water. Add soymilk, vodka, and both syrups. Stir well.

Place mixture in a blender with the ice and blend on high speed for about 45 seconds (until thoroughly blended).

Pour and, if you like, top off with a squirt of whipped topping!

MAKES 1 SERVING

This is definitely the most decadent of all . . . and definitely one of the best piña coladas you'll ever have. It's extremely creamy but NOT sickeningly sweet!

Ingredients

1½ ounces coconut rum

1½ ounces sugar-free calorie-free coconut syrup

¼ cup fat-free vanilla ice cream

1 tablespoon canned crushed pineapple in juice

1 no-calorie sweetener packet

5 to 8 ice cubes
or
1 cup crushed ice

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds (until mixture is smooth and completely blended).

Pour and enjoy!
