The lesson here was to step into his integrity around money.
Mark is what we call a service soul, star seed or lightworker
(Ref 24). These are souls who come from elsewhere in the Universe,
sent to Earth by god to seed higher consciousness into the lower
consciousness of the population of an awakening planetary civi-
lization. They make up about 2% of Earth’s population. This is to
help the indigenous population to remember they are spiritual
beings having an embodied human experience.
Before he can get his mission fully online, he needs to ground
into the Earth emotional experience to understand how life works
for the majority of people on Earth so that he can relate to them
(spiritual karmic 8-8s). once this occurs and he has cleared
enough of his own karmic patterns, he has reached the point of
soul integration. This is where the ego has surrendered sufficiently
to allow his soul to deliver the spiritual mission of service of his
10-1s. This occurs a lot more rapidly for lightworkers as they have
been through this experience of helping awaken a planetary con-
sciousness many times before.
Because Mark had come from a place of total Truth in the
higher dimensions, he always wanted to tell the truth as a child.
This got him into a lot of trouble as no one else around him was
in their truth. He always felt they were lying and acting without
integrity and could not understand why they did this. He tried
to lower his frequency to relate to them, even tried to behave like
them, but sacrificing his energies like this did not work. He real-
ized that it was more important to maintain his normal, higher
level of consciousness and to just ‘visit’ society in order to raise

the consciousness of those around him. This made it hard to find
his niche in society. it created the feeling that he had to do it all
by himself. Deep inside his being there was a strong sense that
he had come to Earth to do something special. He spent a lot of
time and energy trying to find out what that was. This was the soul
gently directing him to manifest his soul Destiny. once he started
to accept his life exactly the way it was, he could release the stress
of trying to fit in and be himself.

Mark was a bookworm from a very young age. Before he even
started school, his thirst for knowledge was so great that he pes-
tered his mother to teach him how to read. This developed into a
life-long passion for good literature and most especially for spir-
itual books. For he was always trying to absorb and expand his
knowledge base (12). Often he would have five to six books on the
go at any one time. as his spiritual knowledge base grew, Mark felt
the strong need to expand upon it and communicate (3) it with
those around him.
He became a school teacher (3) as a result. But he was no ordi-
nary school teacher. He very much wanted to incorporate a lot
of the spiritual concepts that had become dear to his heart into
the curriculum for his students. He worked in conventional state
schools, but found that they were structured around what he con-
sidered to be relatively unconscious learning processes where the
children had to learn conventional knowledge in a limited, struc-
tured way, and how to pass tests and exams.
He was more interested in teaching his students how to think
properly, to question the assumptions they had been given about
the world. What was most important to him was that the spiritual
potential of each child be nurtured and their unique contribution

for the betterment of humanity’s conscious growth be unleashed
upon the world.
Mark was able to share a lot of love with those around him (12)
and always saw the best in people, especially his students. They
rearranged around this positive picture of reality he carried about
people and gave him their very best.
Mark had noticed that many of his students were highly con-
scious Star Children (Indigo, Crystal and Rainbow Children).
These are souls who have come to Earth to transform human
consciousness through the infusion of their higher conscious-
ness and love (Ref 25). However, many of their parents were not
as conscious and did not recognize that they had extraordinary
children who needed to be raised in a different way compared to
conventional norms. Mark made it his mission in life to take the
idea of finding a way to transform the system in a way that would
support these children to fully manifest their gifts and talents into
the world. This was all about using the capacity he had to bring
this concept that originated from deep within him into reality and
communicate it to the world (3).

: infusing the love of the 12 into
the 10-1 which feels disconnected from god/spirit. The 3 infuses
communication and teaching energies into the 1 so it can dissemi-

of the depth of knowledge and wisdom of his soul; teaching and
leadership
as Mark worked through the unworthiness of the 3, his leader-
ship skills and worthiness to express and be seen started to come
online. He just felt inside him what was the next right thing to
do in a given situation and took the initiative by putting it into
action. These leadership qualities resulted in him being appointed
as headteacher at the school he worked at. This gave him the great
opportunity to start to change things to better meet the needs of
the many star children in his school.
The challenge he had to endure and overcome (21) was
to educate those in authority, the Board of governors, the
Department of Education and, most importantly, the parents that
these children had special needs and that the school needed to
acknowledge these and change its style of learning to meet these
needs. it took several years of hard work to get all those involved
educated enough to buy into the idea of trying out a pilot scheme
that Mark had devised for the star children. More alternatively
trained and orientated teachers were brought in to run this pilot
scheme.
The star children, who were not being stimulated by the
conventional way of teaching, started to come alive in the new
teaching environment that focused on their natural drive and
timing to learn in specific areas. The results were very good, and
the rest of the school community became convinced that this was
a great idea. This was so successful that it started to receive addi-
tional government funding as it was recognized that the school
was getting excellent results with its students.
Many of the other teachers who were teaching in the conven-
tional way requested to be retrained in this child-centred rather
than curriculum-centred way of education so that they could par-
ticipate in this more enlightened form of education. it was a relief
for them as well not to have to stick to the rigid and demanding
structures of the old system and to be able to flow much more with
their students’ learning needs.

Mark felt emotionally suppressed by the unconscious behaviour
of his parents, especially from his father’s abuse. He was pushed
into the background as a child due to his parent’s sense that he was
so different from them. He felt like a slave (17) within the family,
having to do as he was told and having no say in things, as his
parents just would not listen to him. This was emotionally disturb-
ing, creating a fear of being unworthy to speak and a belief that
no one wants to listen. He put up a lot of emotional armouring to
protect himself.
learning to ground into his body, setting clear emotional
boundaries with others so as not to get overinvolved in their issues
(8) was the other big challenge. Mark was reluctant to ground so
he could relate to people and society in general because his soul
did not come to Earth very often. Exploring the rich, intense emo-
tional soup of the Earth plane was quite a shock for him as initially
he did not understand how the range of human emotions worked.
He tried to work it all out in his head, rather than engaging with
each emotional connection with another in the ‘now’ moment and
just feeling in his body how to respond. as soon as he was able to,
he left home to escape the slavery of his dysfunctional family to go
to university to study English.
Mark created this negative context of an intensely emotion-
ally suppressive experience so he could experience what life was
like for the majority of people on Earth. This common experience
would enable him to make the spiritual concepts of alternative
education accessible in a real human way to the mainstream school
system (Soul Destiny 16-7). One of the most effective ones to heal
his emotional suppression was seeing a counsellor who would
listen to him talk his way through the emotional trauma that he

had been through, without having to say as much as normal on
her part.
This led him to dropping the layers of emotional armouring
and coming into his body. He moved out of his head in terms of
thinking about what emotions he was feeling and started to open
his heart and feel them directly in the present moment. He began
to determine what were his emotions and what were others so he
could form a clear emotional boundary between them and himself.
He learnt how to reach out to them with the symbolic right hand
of the 8, but not getting overinvolved in their issues. consciously
socializing and making commitments with people is a key part of
overcoming a karmic 8. The karate practice he had taken up with
the physical karmic 10-1s meant he had a nice physical grounding
process to work with. Yoga, being a slow-moving meditative prac-
tice, was another activity Mark used to increase body awareness.

Mark was a high-frequency soul coming down to the Earthly reality
with the ability to relate to the emotional heaviness of the place in
this aspect. This requires a lot of work as he needs to bridge the
difference in consciousness between himself and others and to be
able to relate to them properly. His judgement on spiritual matters
was particularly good due to the clairvoyance of the 8, which
enabled him to see the future. it was not so good in physical world
matters, and this would take more practice. There are the feminine
qualities of nurturing, relating, supporting and intuitive feeling
which were helpful in working in a school environment that was
being transformed to have a more spiritual orientation.
Mark is here to use his 8-8 energy to serve people in society.

He is like a chameleon that changes colour to blend into their

ferent levels of consciousness of the parents and staff at his school.
