“You,” Mr. Braxton says pointing to me, “My office now,” he orders planting me and Jase with his eyes that are full of rage.

I take a deep breath, as I look up at Jase. He nods his head and squeezes my shoulder, a silent offering of his support. Did someone say Kaleb was harmless? Because right now, he doesn't look harmless. He looks like he could kill with his bare hands.

Jase releases his grip as I leave the room. I look behind me, and Jase is just stood watching us leave.

I follow Mr. Braxton to his office. He storms ahead of me, not bothering to wait for me. Once I’m in his office, he slams the door behind me, making me jump.

He walks behind his desk, and rests his hands on his desk as he leans forward. His stance is frightening.

“Would you like to tell me why you diverted away from the script on Friday?” he demands answers from me. You can tell he means business by the way his voice rumbles around the office.

Holy shit – this man is so mad; I’m surprised he isn’t blowing steam.

“We have scripts for a reason,” he bellows at me.

“This is not a very good start is it, fucking up on your first movie.”

Holy shit, he isn’t letting me get a word in at all. Scarlett didn’t think it was a bad move, if she did she would have made us do it again. I wouldn’t dare voice that opinion now though, not when he could chew me up and spit me out in an instant.

He is over reacting, really over the top reacting.

“I'm sorry, I got lost in the moment.” I try reasoning with him. I can feel the burn behind my eyes from where my tears are forming, and wanting to fall. I will not give him the satisfaction of seeing me cry.

“Lost in the moment?” he shouts. “If everyone gets lost in the fucking moment we would be walking past people having sex in the fucking street. Do not let it happen again. I won’t have any work for you if you keep diverting from the fucking script.” he snarls at me.

“Get out of my office before I’m late for my next meeting.” he says dismissing me. Well, if that’s as bad as its going to get, I don’t see what I was so scared of. Yes, he was angry, and threw in a lot of cursing, but it was bearable. Not enough to make me want to be in this position again. I thought he was going to fire me on the spot. I don't know if the tears are for relief of not losing my job, or from his intimidation. Either way, I do not want to be in this position again.

I make quick work getting to his office door before he stops me.

Damn, I squeeze my eyes shut as I wait for him to speak, or shout.

“Actually, stop there, I am not finished with you yet.” he says as he rounds his desk to me.

Fucking hell, hasn’t he made his point clear enough. I get the damn message I scream in my head.

“You were late this morning. Why? We give you starting times for a fucking reason.”

“I'm sorry. My boiler broke, and flooded my apartment. I had to call my friend to come sit at mine to wait for the engineer so I could get to work.” I explain quietly.

“Reasonable excuse, just don’t make a habit of it. Next time I will demand docked pay, or unpaid overtime. Do you understand? We don’t have slackers here, and I most certainly will not tolerate it from you.” he says walking back to his door and opens it wide indicating this is over. Well gone is the nice boss, who has been pestering me for weeks to join him for a drink. Now more than ever, I’m glad I stuck to my guns and declined.

*****

Once I leave his office, I make my way to my dressing room.

I feel drained and emotional. No one has ever spoken to me like that before, and I feel degrade and belittled. I am so angry. Jase said take it with a pinch of salt, well I tried, and failed.

I’m starting to think taking this job was a mistake. I’m not really cut out for this.

Maybe I should quit, I think as I try to keep my tears at bay. When I think back to what he said, he’s right. I fucked up on my first job. I can’t do this.

There is a knock on my door that quits my wondering thoughts. Just as I’m about to stand up to answer it, Jase walks in.

“How did you get on?” he asks. I can’t speak, if I do the tears will fall. I just shake my head.

He must notice my distress as he walks in and folds me in his arms. That’s my undoing. The tears silently fall.

“Hey, what’s wrong?” he asks concerned as he lifts my head.

“I don’t think I can do this.” I sob dropping my head back into his chest.

“Why do you say that? What did Kaleb say?” his voice is full of concern.

“He hates me, he told me if I screw up once more he won’t have anything else for me.”

“That’s a bit harsh. Everyone makes mistakes, especially on their first movie.” he says stroking my head, and pulling me closer to him.

“What do I do now?” I ask.

“We are doing this movie together, so I won’t let you make any more mistakes. I promise I will stick to the script so you don’t get punished for it. It’s all my fault, I am so sorry.” he says as he leads us over to my sofa.

“Unless Kaleb calls for you, I would stay out of his way for a little while. He should calm down.” Jase says as he plants little kisses on my head.

“He scares me; I don’t think I should continue working here.” I say as my heart dies a little. I wasn’t keen on this job, but I have grown to love it, and the people I work with.

“Don’t give up Rhi. He’s not always like this, I’m guessing he is just having a hard time.”

“But we really didn’t do much wrong.” or I didn't think we did. Scarlett didn't think it was that bad.

“I know that, and I have never seen him go off like this. He has shocked me too.” Jase sound surprised by Kalebs outburst too.

“I will see what he’s like when we finish this movie.” I say hoping deep down it was just a one off, because I don’t want to give this up. He was so nice, and kind before, I don’t see why he is being like this. I remember the day he shadowed me, and he seemed so nice, and caring. Not the same man that I was stood in front of a few minutes ago, till I declined his drink invitation. Maybe that’s his problem? Whatever it is, I am in no rush to find out. I am just going to try and stay out of his way, and stick to the script so he has no reason to be mad at me anymore.

It has been a week since Mr. Braxton pulled me in to his office. Me and Jase are still seeing each other casually. We have not made it known at work, we don’t want people to act different between us. We have almost finished filming the new movie, and we also have the première for Jase's new movie next week.

The only person who knows about myself and Jase is Mr. Braxton, but I have done everything to avoid coming into contact with him.

I have seen Mr. Braxton once or twice around the building, but he just stares at me and walks past. He has never acknowledged me. Which has made the whole avoiding him a lot easier to do.

I think he actually hates me. Crystal has never seen him like this, which confirms my suspicions. He is also still pissed at Jase. I guess this movie means an awful lot to him, but that still doesn’t mean he can treat people like this. Money can buy anything, but that does not mean he rules the world.

The grumpy boss needs to pull his head out of his ass.

I pull my thoughts out of 'The problems with boss' mode, and back to work mode.

I'm currently sat having my hair and make-up done, ready for filming the last scene of the movie. The girls are as excited as I am to have this one wrapped up. They are both radiating joy, and are all smiles. It’s a joy to see them so happy.

Once Millie and Tina are done, I head down to Scott in costume.

He is waiting for me, with a welcoming smile.

“Here is my beautiful model,” he says welcoming. “Now today, we have a new dress for you to try. Straight from manufacturing, and so far the only one made.” he says excited.

“Oh, where is this dress?” I’m bursting with excitement, wanting to see it, and possibly get it on.

He turns around, and gets a dress bag off the rail marked in capital letters 'RHIANNON'

Scott has the biggest smile on his face as he opens the dress. He pulls out a grey dress.

Instantly my jaw hits the floor. It is beautiful.

He hands it over to me, and rushes me behind the screen to put it on.

“Scott, can you help me fasten it please?” I ask him as I walk out, holding my boobs so they don’t fall out.

He walks behind me, and carefully does up the delicate buttons. Once he’s done he steps away.

“Don’t move, I have to get this on camera.” he says as he scrambles about the room looking for his phone.

I laugh at him, as he curses himself when he can’t find it.

“Scott, use my phone. It’s in my gown pocket.” I tell him, “I'll send you the picture.”

“Thank you,” he says distracted as he goes to my robe and pulls my phone out.

He has me pose for a few pictures. Once he’s done, he places my phone back, and walks over to me.

He spins me around, as he gushes over how beautiful the dress is.

“Only the dress?” I tease him.

“Oh no, if I was straight, you would be mine baby.” he says kissing my cheek.

“Scott, your boyfriend is very lucky.” I say with a bit of harmless flirting.

“I know,” he says winking at me, “What do you think of the dress then?” he asks me.

“It’s stunning, why is there only one?” I ask curiously. The dress us stunning and will easily sell on the shelves.

“They want to see how the public react to it before they put them on production lines.”

“Can I buy one even if they don’t make them?”

“I'm sure we can come up with something.”

“You're amazing.” I say as I pull at the fabric of the dress.

The bodice of the dress is a slightly dark grey, silk material. It has small shoulder straps, and the neck line goes down to beneath my breasts, but it still covers my breasts and looks respectable.

The skirt is just a little floaty, and is a lighter grey most of the way down. The bottom of the skirt is the same darker grey as the bodice, and has splashed of gold on it. The dress is stunning, and floats down my body beautifully. The best part of the dress, is the middle. It has a simple netting material that hangs over the skirt. It starts in the middle of the skirt, at the front, and finishes at the back in the middle. The dress has two of them so it goes right the way round the dress, and its cut in a beautiful semi – circle shape, and again looks very elegant. I feel very honored to be the first to model this dress.

“Rhiannon, time to go.” Toby shouts from the dressing room door.

“Coming,” I shout back distracted, as I finish admiring the beautiful dress. I walk towards Toby, as Scott follows.

“Wow,” Toby simply says, “Scott, this is a beautiful dress,” Toby says shaking Scott's hand.

“Thank you Toby, I am rather fond of it too.” he says as he returns Toby's hand shake.

“Thank you Scott.” I tell him with pride. He saved the dress for me, and I have never been so honored to wear anything in my entire life.

“You're welcome Rhiannon, don’t damage the dress.” he says seriously.

“I will guard it with my life.” I promise him.

With that we leave Scott, and walk to the filming studio.

*****

Once we reach the filming studio, everyone is stood gaping, mouths wide open, as me and Toby walk in.

“I know I’m handsome, but you can all pick your jaws up please, drooling is not pretty.” Toby says greeting them all.

We are awarded with a round of laughter coming from everyone in the room.

Jase walks up behind me, and whispers in my ear, “You look sensational, can we take it home?”

I elbow him, as he laughs.

“Thank you Toby, but we are behind schedule. I’m going to have to kick you and your incredible beauty out.” Scarlett says ushering him out. We all laugh at the pair of them.

“Right folks, let’s get ready. You all know what you're doing right?”

“Yeah,” she hears from everyone. Everyone is excited for the last scene, and you can tell by the atmosphere in the room. It’s a joy to be in here today. There is no tension, and it’s very calming.

“Right, cameras,” she says, “Sound, and action.”

Filming is under way.

Rhys and myself are at a wedding, a family friend. Today is also the day I meet his parents. He says he isn’t close to his family, so I am intrigued to see how it goes down.

Rhys spots a friend, and gripping my hand, he leads us both over to him.

“Will, this is Karen, Karen this is Will.” Rhys introduces us.

“Pleasure to meet you,” Will says shaking my hand. “How are you man?” he asks Rhys.

“I'm good, how are you and Abi?”

“We are great,” he responds with a smile. “Look, I’ll catch up later, I have to show others in.” he says as he walks away from us.

“Who’s Abi?” I ask quietly, my nosy nature taking over.

“Abi, is his daughter.”

“Her mum? I didn’t hear you ask about her.”

“She walked out on Will and Abi when she was three weeks old, never heard a word since.” he tells me.
