While his reminder of her own weakness around him made her cheeks flush, she masked her embarrassment with anger. Not a hard task given just how furious she found herself.

“I can’t believe I worried about your welfare,” she shouted as she whirled to stalk out of the room, just as guards began to pour in.

“It’s not my fault my skills are in demand. Isn’t that one of the reasons why you chose me?”

“Go frukx yourself,” she spat over her shoulder.

“Shoot her,” yelled Wrexlia.

Intentional Abduction – Eve Langlais Before the tri-breasted female stopped shouting, Aylia had her pistol raised and firing on the guards, only to end up having to hold her shot as a half-naked, purple body thrust itself in front of her. With a roar, that sounded oddly enough like, “Don’t you dare harm a hair on her head,” Jaro charged the remaining guards, not slowing even when a few of their stun shots hit him.

It occurred to Aylia she could help him, but still too annoyed, she punched the one guard not occupied in the brawl with Jaro and stalked out of the brothel room.
Let him
save himself, the rotten, frukxing jerk.
She made it to the front hall unharmed, after shooting, and in one case decapitating, a few more guards who came her way before Jaro caught up and spun her around.

“Didn’t you hear me speak, princess? I said stop!” With an icy glare, she faced him. “I don’t give a frukx what you said. Now that I see how mistaken I was about your need of rescue, I am leaving.”

“No you’re not.”

“Yes, I am!” she shouted.

“Why are you so angry?” he asked even as he casually pointed a pistol sideways and shot an assassin sneaking toward them.

“I am not angry,” she growled, still unable to shake the image of the female baring herself in front of Jaro, and 139

Wiping her blade on her victim’s head cloak, she resumed her exit only to have Jaro plant himself in front of her.

“Move,” she ordered.

“Make me.”

This time, she didn’t hold back when she swung her foot, connecting with his male parts. To give him credit, he didn’t scream like a little girl, nor did he crumple. A dangerous glint entered his eyes though. “That was uncalled for. But we’ll discuss your punishment for that later. Now care to tell me why you’re so angry with me? I’m the victim here, remember?”

“Yeah, I saw how victimized you were surrounded by all those naked females,” she snarled.

A frown creased his brow, then a dawning smile crested. “You’re jealous!”

“Am not,” she retorted. “Simply annoyed I wasted valuable time saving your purple buttocks instead of making my way home.”

Her words wiped the smile from his face. “You are not leaving. I forbid it.”

He what?
She gaped at him, then laughed. “You don’t own me. And you can’t stop me.” She dropped to the ground, the sudden momentum making him lose his grip on her arm. With a quick roll, she bounded to her feet and ran, bursting through the brothel doors, past two surprised cousins standing amidst a pile of downed guards, and into the deserted street. It seemed the nearby occupants had fled the violence.

In the silence left behind, she listened intently, but heard no sign of pursuit, and surely it wasn’t disappointment she felt that despite his words, he didn’t care to follow. She didn’t need Jaro. As a matter of fact, he’d given her his seed so many times already that she probably carried his babe, meaning she could go home. Home, sweet home, where life followed a set pattern without the chaos and emotional upheaval he kept bringing to her.

Swept off her feet, she could only let out a squeak as she found herself thrust over a muscular shoulder. Peering down, she couldn’t help but appreciatively notice the naked purple buttocks of the male carrying her, the strip of material in the crease, holding his loin cloth in place, intriguing to say the least. Pleasure suffused her, but stubborn pride overtook it.

“Put me down!”

“When I’m good and ready,” he growled.

“Well, I’m ready so…” While he’d anchored her legs with a heavy arm, he’d not restrained her hands. Thumbing the pistol, she checked to ensure it remained at stun and then she shot him in a flexing cheek.

He trembled but kept going. She shot him again, and he responded by slapping her ass.

“Why won’t you fall down?” she yelled, pounding on his back with the butt of the gun. Not for long because Brax and Xarn, following close behind, plucked it from her grip.

“Adrenaline shot. Wrexlia administered it once her guards brought me back. It nullifies not only the sedative her guards shot me with, it counteracts for a time attempts to stun.”

“Nullify this,” she growled, lacing her fingers together and swinging them like a club at the base of his spine.

A grunt was all she earned for her actions and a, “You shouldn’t have done that” from Brax.

Nanoseconds later, she found her cloak flung up and over so that it hung down his back covering her head. A ripping sound saw her flimsy skirt torn from her. Cool air caressed her bare backside, and she struggled even as the first slap landed on her cheek.

“Dirty, rotten, bastard,” she yelled as he warmed her behind with the palm of his hand.

Slap!
He ignored her and spanked her again.

“I’m going to carve out your entrails while you watch,” she shrieked as another blow landed.

A flurry of smacks, hard ones, took her breath for a moment, and he finally spoke through gritted teeth.

“I’ve put up with a lot from you, princess, but from this moment on, you will cease trying to hurt or kill me.”

“Never!”

That earned her a spank.

“Secondly, you will not do something so foolish as try and save me again. I would have freed myself in short order and come to find you.”

He would have?
Like she needed saving. She could take care of herself. “Don’t worry. Next time, I’ll let them keep your scurvy body.”

“There’s that jealousy talking again.” She pummeled him.

He tightened his grip and slid a hand up between her thighs, the tips of his fingers poking at her sex. She froze, suddenly aware of how exposed she was, and the appreciative whistle from her left reminded her they had an audience.

“You will look away or lose your eyes,” he growled.

“Touchy. Touchy,” Brax said with a
tsk
ing sound.

“Touch anything on her and you’ll lose a hand,” Jaro snarled. “Brax, you go ahead and make sure the ship is prepped to leave. Xarn watch our rear.” 143

“Aye, aye captain grumpy,” Brax said.

“Ah, but I’ll miss all the action,” Xarn grumbled.

Jaro just growled.

Taking advantage of his seeming distraction, she yanked on the string flossing his buttocks not quite sure what it would accomplish, but she did enjoy his hiss of annoyance.

What she didn’t enjoy as much was the smack on her stinging bottom.

“Enough. I am the male in this relationship, and I demand you stop your futile attempts to hurt me and obey.” A snort escaped her. Like that would ever happen.

She bit the flesh of his back, not as hard as she would have liked. Solidly muscled, she found it hard to get a proper grip.

She heard an ooh from Xarn before the slap on her buttock hit her already throbbing skin, which screamed at the fresh agony. Then she had to bite back a moan as his hand delved between her thighs again, tickling her.

I can’t being getting aroused. He’s humiliated me. Exposed me
to his cousins and a whole city, not to mention spanked me. I hate him!

Her mind might dislike him, but apparently, her body still liked him all too much because it responded to his light caress, her cleft lubing itself. At least the cloak still hung over her face, hiding her burning cheeks. However, she couldn’t hide the evidence of her arousal because it wetted his fingers.

Thankfully, despite her body’s obvious interest, he didn’t take 144

Intentional Abduction – Eve Langlais the caress any further, although his step did quicken to a jog that jostled her.

“I take it we’re leaving already,” Xarn said from the left.

“As soon as we board. I have a feeling we might no longer be welcome here.”

“There are better whorehouses out there, cousin,” Xarn answered. “I’m sure one of them will be willing to buy your human.”

The meaty sound of a fist hitting flesh was unmistakable, and she wondered at its cause. Xarn hadn’t said anything Jaro hadn’t promised himself. The jerk.

“Someone’s in a temper,” Brax admonished apparently have returned to them.

“Aylia already has a patron, so I don’t want to hear another word out of either of you.”

He’s already sold me?
The knowledge hurt, and despite herself, tears pooled in her eyes. At least his callous treatment would make it easy for her to leave when she got the chance—
before I do something foolish like beg him to keep me.

Chapter Thirteen

When the dart hit him, sending him to his knees in a drugged haze—and reminding him he needed to work on his resistance to sedatives—Jaro’s only thought centered around saving Aylia. Her safety was also his first thought when he regained consciousness on a fabric-covered settee surrounded by breasts of all shapes and colors—none, however, the pierced pair he wanted. He’d not really had time to plan his escape when the object of his thoughts came bounding out from the serving cart looking like an avenging goddess, a very sexy, yet angry one.

As if her surprise appearance replete with daggers shooting from her eyes weren’t enough to deal with, his heart just about stopped when the guards began to fire on her.

Never mind she seemed to have the situation under control, picking them off with expert aim. No one harmed his princess. Cold logic, even battle skill and experience, didn’t come into play when he dove on the offenders. Just a need to protect Aylia, with his own body if necessary.

And did she stick around to appreciate it and shower me with
kisses?
No. She’d left and he’d had to follow, acquiring weapons on his way, following her deadly path of 146

Intentional Abduction – Eve Langlais destruction—a lengthy and bloody one. What a splendid female.

Catching up to her proved easy given she killed everything in her way, leaving the path clear for him. He caught sight of her, engaging a guard, and he shouted at her to stop, but without even looking at him, she just took the guard’s head off with her knife and continued to stalk off.

As if he’d let her leave, and with that thought foremost, he snagged her and basked in the hot glow of her jealousy.

Perhaps he shouldn’t have forbidden her when she announced her intention to depart, but by all the frukxing deities he didn’t believe in, there was no way in the universe he was letting her go.

Throwing her over his shoulder provided him with a primitive delight, one that increased when he punished her in a manner he’d only heard about but never tried. Spanking, how archaic and yet satisfying, especially when he discovered the moistness between her thighs.

Quickening his steps, he almost sprinted to his ship, not out of danger—his cousins watching his back would take care of any threats—but because he needed Aylia.

Bringing her straight to the bridge, which he sealed before his cousins could enter, he barked out commands to his ship while he restrained his struggling prize. Only once 147

Intentional Abduction – Eve Langlais they hit orbit did he let her down, and she flew at him with pummeling fists calling him some inventive names.

“Enough,” he growled, grabbing her wrists and yanking her against him.

“I am not some slave you can order around.”

“No, but I am bigger than you.” He towered over her, firmly holding her against his length, aggressively thrusting his hips against her. Not a shred of fear tainted her expression, but hunger, a need as fierce as his own, he’d wager, made her eyes glitter and her cheeks flush.

He claimed her mouth, branding her with the heat of his kiss, and while she could have bitten him, or sealed her lips tight, instead she met his embrace with just as much passion. Needing to touch her while he tasted her on his tongue, he released her hands and she clutched at his shoulders, digging her fingers into his flesh, drawing him closer.

Not wasting any time, he divested her of her cloak and remaining garments, baring her to his touch, her soft skin against him silkier than any fabric. Cupping her buttocks, he squeezed the rounded globes, loving when she moaned his name.
Mine.

Impatient, he hoisted her, and she instinctively wrapped her legs around his waist, her moist core pressing against his still covered cock. It took just a tug for him to tear 148

Intentional Abduction – Eve Langlais the cloth and for his prick to spring forth, its length rubbing against her slick cleft.

“Don’t tease me,” she growled when he took a moment to simply slide himself back and forth against her juicy lips.

“Tell me you want it.”
Tell me you want me.

“You know I want it. So stop frukxing around and give it to me.” Not exactly a declaration of undying love, but an admission of sorts all the same.

Guiding her onto his dick, he closed his eyes and his head went back as she slid over him, sucking him deep into her body, her muscles clutching him tight.

“Oh, princess, why does it always feel so damned good?” he whispered before kissing her again, his embrace soft. He wanted to savor the moment. He pumped her, his hands guiding her with exquisite slowness along his turgid length. Her long, drawn out moan excited him as much as the clenching of her channel. Buried deep within her, he could scarcely contain himself, but he held on long enough for her to ripple around him, her orgasm calling forth a scream that went well with his bellow, as twined together, they found bliss.
