Further Reading and Other Resources

A
lthough I used most of these resources to help me write this book, I still refer to many of them on an ongoing basis. The list of further reading and documentary videos will only help you better formulate your own personal opinion regarding food, and what it means for your health, and the health of your family. I hope you don’t stop investigating here; keep on with your food education so that you feel strong and confident with every bite of every food you choose to put into your mouth.
