We
groan into one another’s mouths as we reach our mutual climax together. Scalding hot liquid fires up my back before it finally rests near my hairline. I drop my ankle so that I can press my legs together to stop Auggie’s dexterous assault. “Too much, I can’t take anymore,” I plead to get his crafty fingers to stop rubbing my clit.

Auggie gently holds me
in his arms, kissing my cheek or my lips every few minutes. I feel non-corporal, flowing and light. If I couldn’t feel his touches, I’d swear I melted into a puddle on the bed.

Why’d you stop?” I softly ask.

“What do you mean?” Auggie
has to clear his throat to be heard.

“I wanted you in me, not on my back,”
I whine.

“Willow, we can’t
do that,” Auggie sadly murmurs. “I should be wearing a condom, but I got taken up into the moment. You should get on birth control for your own protection.”

“I’m on the shot,
” I admit, and for the first time I’m thankful for my over-protective sister.

“What?”
Auggie sits up and gazes down at me. “Why the hell would you be on the shot already?” He hisses in anger and I flinch at the venom in his tone.

“As soon as I started my period
, Clover took me to the doctor. I was fourteen. She said I was irresponsible and she wouldn’t raise any of my brats. Every three months she takes me and Violet and watches to make sure we get it. Violet started her period at eleven- less than a year after me.”

“I swear to God, your family shouldn’t raise children. I feel bad for what we just did and you’re an adult. But to take a child
, who should be playing with dolls, and make her get a shot of birth control is fucking disgusting. What is that doctor thinking? The hormones can’t be good for a growing body. I’d think you were stunted from it, but Violet is a normal sized girl.”

Auggie’s
words lash out at me and the sting takes my breath away. Auggie picks me up and angrily stalks to the shower. “I’m sorry,” quivers under my breath.

“I’m not mad at you. It’s not your fault. If Clover were to materialize before me right now
, I’d punch her. I’d slap your parents, and then I’d take the twins. You all need a fucking keeper. No wonder you and Rob always choose the wrong choices when they are presented.”

Auggie
roughly washes me like I’m a small child who is too stupid to do it herself. Instead of the way he always makes me feel loved and cherished, I feel belittled and judged.

I curse my freakishly small body. I can’t even have sex right. The man
that I want to love and respect me has to resort to jacking off while inside me to get off. Unless my entire body grows several inches, we’re doomed.

I’ll never satisfy Auggie
. The Playroom isn’t an issue for me. It’s our time in private that I’m worried about. I should be able to make love to Auggie, and I can’t. Eventually he will find someone who will. I don’t mean sex. I mean the act of making love. I have no delusions that Auggie and I are at that point. He even said that he thought we could be someday. That someday is never going to come to fruition because I’ll always be inadequate and inept- a woman’s mind trapped inside a child’s body.

~
Chapter Twelve~

It’s
afternoon and Auggie and I haven’t shared more than a few words. I don’t want to have a talk or a lecture. I just miss goofing around with him. Auggie’s been in a mood all day. He’s working like a madman trying to get all of the workmen and materials he needs for the Spook House. He left early this morning to sign the paperwork and came back a homeowner.

I or
ganized fifteen more auctions of our more collectable items and started the arduous task of listing every item in the store on our website. I was shocked to see that we sold one of the items I placed on there last week as a test run. I already ran to the post office to ship it.

I found out one very annoying problem with my system. After placing the inventory on the site, a man came in and bought a few items. I had to
immediately remove them from the site. I found a fatal flaw in my system. What if someone purchases an item that I just sold to a customer in person? For now I will just double check before I sell it in person. If I goof, I guess I’ll offer a refund and a discount on another purchase. There is a definite learning curve to this.

“Eat,” Auggie’s voice stuns me after hours of quiet. He pushes a peanut butter sandwich towards me and a bottle of milk. If I didn’t already feel like a kid after last night, this meal would do it.

“Thanks,” I quietly say and start shredding the crust from the sandwich. I pop pieces of crust in my mouth and try to keep the traitorous tears at bay.

“I have to a
pologize for something,” Auggie lightly murmurs. He pulls a stool over and sits next to me, and starts to rub my shoulders.

“What for?”
I wipe my mouth, making sure I don’t have any peanut butter on me. It would make me look even more juvenile than I already am.

“Many things. When I make a mistake, I will admit to it, and I will apologize. First, I feel like a dirty, old man for what we’ve been doing. Intellectually I know it’s not wrong, but I still feel guilty. I’m not ashamed that I want you. I’m ashamed that I took you without tak
ing your feelings into account.”

“I want you,” I breathe out.

“I want you, too, Willow- badly. I’ve fucked up twice. I was inside you without a condom. Thank God your sister is a control-freak or we could have serious consequences. Last night, I wasn’t quick enough, and you got the first blast.”

“I wa
nted you inside me,” I murmur.

“I know,” he sighs and closes his eyes. “Me
, too, but that’s not the point. I did it without thinking of the consequences. After years of having sex in the
Playroom
, I’ve always worn a condom. I haven’t had much intimacy outside of play. Your brother is the only one who I’ve been with like that and I can’t get him pregnant.”

“Oh… wow,” I am speechless.

“There is disease to think of, too. That stuff with Rob was before we were with anyone else. Two virgins can’t give each other a disease. Once we started playing, we were always safe. I told Rob that if he ever messed up, I never do skin-to-skin again. I know it’s not an issue with you, either. I’m trying to stress that we have to take care when we play. If you have sex with Devon, I’d prefer if you used a condom, but you don’t have to. He isn’t with anyone else. If any of us are with other people, we have to be safe. Skin-to-skin should be private and between lovers, never during play. Do you understand?”

“Yes, Auggie, I’ve had the disease, birth control, and protection talk countless times. I understand what you mean. I get that it’s more personal with
out a condom and it’s really fucking stupid to do this stuff without forethought. Don’t be upset about last night. I can’t get pregnant and I want you inside me,” I forcefully admit.

I
push the sandwich away and lean my head on the counter and just breathe. I understand why Auggie’s upset. I make him lose his control and thought. I get it, because he does the same to me.

“Second, I want to apologize about having sex last night. We both wanted it and enjoyed it, but I should have waited for your discomfort to heal. I wanted you so damn bad that I didn’t care about consequences, pain, or your wellbeing. I’m sorry.”

“I’m not,” I firmly say in an annoyed tone.

“I’m not sorry we had sex.
I’m sorry I’m an idiot.” Auggie leans over me, kisses my neck, and hugs me from behind.

“Stop that or I’ll beg y
ou to fuck me again,” I tease.

Nah-uh- not happening. Monster, not until you heal up and experience it with someone else. Last night was beyond difficult for me.” Auggie rubs my back, trying to lessen the hard truth of it.

“I’m sorry that I’m a w
oman trapped inside a ten year olds body,” I whisper. Tears leak out the corners of my eyes and I rub my face on my sleeves to hide them.

“Hey,” Auggie
softly says. He tries to comfort me. “There’s nothing we can do about this. Yes, you’re freakishly small,” he laughs at me. “But I’m freakishly big. We make quite the pair, don’t we? You’ll see that it won’t be difficult with a normal sized guy. I can’t take a normal sized girl. There aren’t many who can take all of me. It’s a joke how women say they want a guy with a big cock. I don’t get many repeat performances. I’m a novelty that they regret. But you aren’t. You have no idea how incredible it feels to be inside you. We will get this to work. Last night wasn’t bad, now was it?”

“N
o, but you said we have to wait,” I whine.

“I’m afraid to lose control around you, Willow. I promise the next t
ime will be even better- trust me.”

“I do,” I directly look Auggie
in the eye as I say it.

“Third,” Auggie
smiles at me. “I fucked up big-time with how I spoke of your family. I apologize. I love your family. They are each incredible in their own right. But it’s in my nature to protect you, and they’ve done some stupid shit. I’ll try not to judge. I could tell I hurt your feelings. I didn’t say anything to you last night or this morning because I wanted to process it before I spoke. I’m not your father and you aren’t a child. I want you to make mistakes so you can learn and grow. I’ll try to head the major mistakes off at the pass, though. I just can’t stay on the sidelines and watch you fuck up.”

“I like your advice.”
I sit up and eat the sandwich Auggie made me like a good girl. He steals my jug of milk and drains the quart in one long continuous gulp.

“I’m a growing boy,” Auggie teases
. He smirks at me with a milk-stache and uses his forearm to clean it off. “I gotta get back to work. Am I forgiven?”

“There is
nothing to forgive.” I look Auggie in the eyes so he knows I mean it.

“Sure there is, but
you’re just blind to my faults,” he teases. A bottle of pomegranate juice appears in front of me as if by magic. “This is for you. If I see milk, I drink it. You better drink that before I drain it, too.”

I pop the lid and lick the rim of the bottle.

“Like that will stop me.” Auggie’s deep rumble echoes in my heart even after he returned to the back of the store.

~Chapter Thirteen~

I’m testing out a
Mario Kart
disc on the
Wii
. Yes, just testing for the past half hour when the door dings. “Oh, wow! Hey!” I pause the game and gape.

“I’m trying a n
ew tactic for later,” Devon cryptically says. He has four tweens following him: three look happy and the fourth looks murderous.

“You must be Weston,”
I say to the handsome thirteen year old. He looks like Kieren, but is going to be smaller like Devon. He has a huge smile and dimpled cheeks. I shake his hand like I’m an adult and he isn’t three inches taller than me. He blushes and looks at the floor- so damned cute. No surprise that Violet ran him off.

“I’m Rae,” Violet’s enemy says
, holding out her manicured hand for a shake. Violet isn’t running this one off.

“Wow,” I breathe. “You’re really pretty.” Long
, tousled, dark hair and pale blue eyes- she looks just like Isis for some reason.

“Thanks,” Rae
says with confidence, as if everyone greets her with a
wow, you’re really pretty
on a daily basis. “This place is awesome,” a sultry voice purrs out of the young girl’s throat. I shake my head as she wanders off to search the shop.

“Hey, turd, you didn’t give me a hug,” I tease Seth. I yank him to me and he acts all tough in front of his friends
, like I’m inconveniencing him. I snort when he squeezes me back. “You guys can go play with the game systems. I need to talk to Devon.” They run off, hooting and pushing each other around- they pretty much act just like me.

“Not you,” I grab Violet
’s arm and she scowls her sociopath expression.

“I don’t like video games
, anyway,” Violet belligerently mumbles.

“L
isten,” my fingers bite into Violet’s arm as I hiss in her ear. “Officer Devon has a badge and a gun. If you misbehave, I’ll let him use it. You may only get Juvie for misbehaving, but I bet there are a lot of your classmates in there that you’ve bullied, and they’d love to have you join them. Got it?”

“Yes, Aunt Willow,” she
smugly says.

“You don’t
have to actually commit a crime. I will frame you for one. I’ve been playing your game for three and a half years longer than you. You’re just starting out. I’ve reached expert level.” I threaten Violet underneath my breath so no one else can hear me.
