Take bromelain and quercetin.

Take folic acid, which helps to lower uric acid levels by inhibiting the enzyme essential for uric acid.

EXTRA TIPS

Take Epsom salts baths. Epsom salts are rich in magnesium, which is needed for alkalizing the tissues.

Apply apple cider vinegar to the affected areas. This can help to reduce the swelling.

Do moderate, daily exercise. Start gently with walking and build up gradually.

Lose weight slowly if you are overweight.

Take hot and cold showers to improve circulation and elimination of crystals. After a warm shower, switch the water to cold and direct it particularly to the affected areas. Go back to hot, then cold, three times in all.

Halitosis basically means bad breath. As soon as I smell bad breath on someone, I think poor internal plumbing and bad gut health.

CAUSES MAY INCLUDE

Poor dental hygiene, tooth decay, and gum disease.

Nose and throat infections.

Constipation.

Breathing with your mouth open.

Digestive problems such as lack of digestive juices.

Bacterial imbalance in the digestive tract.

Poor gut health.

Smoking.

Diabetes.

Dehydration.

Liver toxicity.

Action plan

These tips will help improve the state of your digestion.

EAT/DRINK

Raw food and juices. Bad breath can be a sign of toxicity and imbalances in the digestive tract.

Millet, which can help to reduce bacterial overgrowth in the mouth. Add parsley or fennel for extra beneficial effects.
