“What was that?” Troy sighed, glancing at Dalton’s eyes and seeing exactly what he felt mirrored in them.

Dalton actually stepped back, shaking his head before running his hands over it. “I don’t know.” Taking a deep breath, he met Troy’s stunned gaze and smiled hesitantly. “I guess if we both feel it, that’s good, right?”

Troy closed his eyes, deliberately slowing his breathing down and counting to ten in his head. Was it a good thing? He didn’t know, but then neither did Dalton.

“Troy…” Dalton held his shoulder, a comforting shake bringing him round, and they stood chest to chest, both drowning in the other’s gaze as they stepped into another unexpected slow motion moment.

Before Troy could think of a smart reason to not do this, Dalton bent down, capturing his mouth in a firmer kiss, this one filled with more need, more confidence. Still slow and PG, Dalton took the breath from Troy’s lungs and the strength from his legs. Troy felt himself shake with the anticipation and nervousness. It was like he was on that pendulum again, swinging from one emotion to the next, one second wanting more, the next wanting to turn back time and change what was happening.

“Dalton,” Troy purred his name out between kisses, the sensual sound doing wonders on Dalton’s body, and they were captured up in a volcanic shift of fire, both of them reaching for the other, taking ownership, both moving as one until Troy felt his back hit the wall, Dalton’s body on his.

The guy felt like liquid—thick, warm honey pouring over every inch of Troy’s desperate body. He was everywhere. Troy could feel his body being filled by everything Dalton was offering and he took hold of it, cradling it in his arms and not wanting to let go.

This kiss was passionate, inflamed with lust and driven by a desperate, uncontrollable need, both of them on fire with the raging wave of heat flowing over them. Troy was unable to breathe, their breath shared, lips and tongues engulfing the other in a type of wild abandonment Troy had never experienced. It was the type of kiss you dreamed about, that you saw in films and wanted to experience but never found in real life.

In a moment of chaotic, overexcited passion, Troy began to unbutton Dalton’s jeans, working blind and just tugging them open, too desperate to touch what was coiled behind the fabric and hidden from view. Troy could feel the rigid length of Dalton’s cock pressing into his hand and it only made them both frantic for more.

Troy moaned when he felt Dalton rubbing the painful bulge over his own clothing. The zipper pressing into his cock was pulled down hurriedly, and before either could take a breath, they were holding each other’s burning erections.

Nothing about it was tender, it was wild abandonment, feverish and out of control. Troy came first, calling out as he spilled over Dalton’s fingers, only noticing Dalton rutting into his hands at the last moment, feeling his hot jets of cream cover his own hand. “Dalton!” Troy bit down on the tender flesh of Dalton's lip, arching into him as he spilled again.

The come down was a stark shock from the rampant actions of moments ago and Troy felt a little anxiety creep into him. He moved to separate, but found Dalton’s arms circling his waist, and they looked at each other for a short moment before Troy hid his face in Dalton’s neck, laughing at the wonderment and astonishment in Dalton’s eyes.

“Troy… Is it too late to ask you to join me for dinner?”

“Too late?” Troy laughed. “You mean time-wise, or the fact we just completed the end of the date before the actual date?”

Dalton rubbed his cheek against Troy’s and chuckled. “I guess both apply, but I was thinking about time. Are you hungry?”

“Yeah, I'm always hungry.” Troy shifted slightly, still embarrassed and unsure what to do, but Dalton seemed confident holding each other was the right way to go so Troy went with it.

“Do you like Thai?”

“Yeah.”

“Then I know the perfect place. Let’s, erm, clean up and get going.”

Troy found the cold sifting through the gap which appeared when Dalton moved back unpleasant, already wanting to be right back in his arms. Dalton seemed to feel it too. Seeing Troy’s hesitancy to move, Dalton kissed him again, nuzzling his cheek against Troy’s and helping ease him a little.

Troy was needy, he knew this about himself. He was high maintenance and craved attention. It quickly wore thin on most men, but Dalton so far seemed to eat it up.

“You purr,” Dalton mouthed on his neck. “It’s the sexiest thing I've ever heard.”

“I don’t.” Troy felt a wave of heat cover him. Liam said the same thing, and he’d really hoped the fucker was messing with him, but it was slowly becoming obvious to Troy he may in fact purr.

“You do, and I love it.”

“I guess how you get me to do it could be interesting to explore.” Troy’s lids dropped and he smiled coyly up at Dalton.

“I'm looking forward to finding out all your hot spots.”

“You found new ones already.” Troy traced the outline of Dalton’s lips, not understanding how they’d driven him to a place no one else had ever taken him before in such a short amount of time. “How I want you, how I feel when we touch, that’s never happened before, Dalton.”

“It’s new to me too.” Dalton placed the softest of kisses on his neck. “We connect.”

“Yes,” Troy moaned.

“In a way I've never thought existed. I thought it was made up, just in fairy tales for kids, but you…” Dalton kissed him again, moving up his neck to his ear. “You're something new.”

“I need slow.” Troy held Dalton tightly. “I need time, Dalton.”

“I’m okay with that.” Dalton kissed him again, the shivers running through Troy making him shake all over, and he arched into Dalton, their naked, cum coated cocks gliding together and both hissed at the contact. “Fuck!” Troy sprang back, breathing fast. “No-no. Slow.”

Dalton chuckled, looking around them and grabbing a roll of kitchen paper, handing over some to Troy and cleaning himself up. “No more touching, then.”

“That’s okay until your next appointment.”

“Oh yeah. Can I see you tomorrow?” Dalton grinned at him.

“As we're working on new skin, yes.” Troy was attempting to tuck his cock back in his jeans and smiling.

“And what about the day after that?” Dalton moved into him, tilting his head back and kissing him. “And the day after that one?”

“Any day you want.” Troy kissed him back. “Any time you want me.”

“I'd never leave,” Dalton murmured over his lips.

“Shit!” Troy wrapped his arms around his neck and kissed him hard and fast. He didn’t want him to stop, to leave. He wanted more and he wanted it all right then. “You and slow don’t go hand in hand, Dalton.”

“I'm sorry.” Dalton was already pushing him back up against the wall, Troy rutting into his body, his moans filling the small room. “Troy… Fuck, Troy.” Dalton was all over him again and Troy loved every second—that was until Sian called out from the front room and spooked them both.

“Thank, God!” Troy looked to the ceiling as they separated. “If she didn’t turn up we’d have been naked and fucking in five minutes.”

“Five? I'm not that quick.”

“I am.” Troy laughed, checking in the hallway for Sian. “Talk about great timing. Slow, Dalton. Slow.”

Dalton wrapped his arms around Troy’s waist, resting his chest on Troy’s back and sucking on his earlobe. “I'm not the only one setting the pace.”

“No touching,” Troy moaned out, trying to pull away and getting nowhere fast. “Dalton,” he chuckled as he tugged the strong arms from his body. “I'm hungry, and you’ve already got further than what you should on a first date, so wine and dine me.”

“I plan to.” Dalton straightened himself up and let them both part ways. “Who’s that in there?”

“Sian, my assistant, sort of, but not really.” Troy grabbed his wrist, Dalton quickly connecting hands and entwining their fingers as they walked down the hall.

“I'm not ready for no contact at all.”

Troy simply grinned up at him. He felt the same way, and if he was honest, he wasn’t willing to let go of Dalton for a long time.

D
alton had spent all morning and most of the afternoon at his parents’ house. It was an old Victorian red brick place which had four stories worth of furniture and knick-knacks to sort through. Despite his dad’s old age, the house had been maintained on the outside, the bricks and mortar still looking pristine and the roof had recently been replaced. It was all Dalton’s now, and he had no idea what to do with it.

They’d always lived there ever since they were married. Dalton had been brought home as a babe in his mum’s arms from the hospital when he was three days old, and there he stayed until he turned eighteen when he moved into student accommodation.

It wasn’t until him and Kelly got engaged they even thought about moving in together. They’d rented at first, moved around a few places, then bought the house Dalton lived in, but his parents’ house, well, that was home to Dalton. It always would be, but it felt very different now both of them had passed away.

The house was just a shell, what made it home was them and the way they made him feel at home. Now all he had left were boxes and boxes of history to look through. He knew it was going to be difficult, but he hadn't thought how long it would take to just decide what to keep and what to give away. It was going to take him months.

Dalton had been smiling but teary eyed through the day. Looking through old photograph albums would do that to a person who had buried their dad days earlier. Dalton was caught up in reliving his teenage years for too long, and stepping out into the smallish yard at the back of the house and watering the hanging baskets there, he thought about his future.

Looking back was one thing, but it wasn’t what was really on his mind. It was where he was going which held his interest, and once again, he thought of Liam and Troy.

It had only been three weeks since Dalton and Liam first kissed, and in that short amount of time, Dalton now had two men he was inexplicably drawn to, and he was even more confused about the situation. Unlike the first time with Liam, the kiss with Troy hadn't held the same amount of panic and denial. He’d gone through all that, and in the weeks after with Liam’s help, he’d accepted he could enjoy whoever he wanted.

Inside, he thought things with Liam would progress along with their sexual side, but Liam gave off conflicting vibes. One moment Dalton felt like the most important person in his life, the next he was just some friend, and okay, Liam didn’t fuck friends, he made that perfectly clear. His fucks didn’t hold that level in his mind, so Dalton should feel grateful for being a friend and someone Liam wanted to bed.

Dalton scowled at the thought. He wasn’t asking for marriage and all that, but he’d never been one to just fall into bed with anyone. Hell, he’d only ever been with Kelly and he was thirty. This was a big deal, and if Liam thought Dalton was going to change for him, then he was wrong.

Dalton had been okay experimenting, and perhaps if he hadn't met Troy, then he would’ve continued to progress deeper with Liam. After kissing Troy, after connecting so quickly and enjoying his company so much, well… Dalton questioned who he should continue on with.

The simple answer was Troy. He’d made it clear to Dalton he wasn’t in it for a good time, a quick shag and bye. He wanted love and a relationship, and Dalton could give him those things quite easily. It was an instant connection, one he’d never felt with anyone. Yes, Liam had a strong pull, and Dalton desired him in a way he wanted to explore further, but Troy… Troy was different. He was special.

It took Dalton half an hour to lock up and get in his car, where he found a missed call from Milo and ignored it. He’d gone to the first two meetings with the counsellor, and he was sure they kept his direct supervisor in contact with how it was going, and Milo was more than likely calling him to see if he was okay after not hearing from him after the funeral, but Dalton was already buzzing with issues, and he felt like stepping back from the world for a bit to gain some much needed distance.

He mourned his dad, but after the initial shock of him passing, Dalton felt more at ease. His dad wasn’t in pain anymore and was reunited with his wife. The burial had been an end for Dalton, and he thought back to their lives, to the happy times, and it eased him a lot. All he wanted to do was to fulfil his dad’s dying wish, and that was to be happy. To be happy, Dalton had a list to complete.

He’d made one big decision and that was to sell their house. He was sure Kelly and her new chap wouldn’t say no to more cash coming their way when Dalton agreed to sell their old place. The money would be split two ways and they could both move on to fresh places where there were no memories of them as a couple to live with. Dalton wanted an apartment with no garden as that was Kelly’s job. He wanted something close to work and easy to maintain. Moving would tick off one big thing from his life and make him feel a hell of a lot better.

The second, and this being so high on the list surprised even Dalton, but it was about Liam and Troy. He felt he should choose. Not that he was really forced to, as both of them said they wanted friendship with him, but then both of them also wanted more. Dalton wanted more, this wasn’t one sided.

Liam wasn’t looking for a relationship though, and he’d said on more than one occasion how they were going to be just friends with benefits. Dalton heard from his own lips how Liam had sex with random hook-ups, so who knew how many people he’d been with since this whole thing began.

It wasn’t the situation Dalton was looking for, and before Troy, he’d been okay with things moving slowly and maybe seeing if Liam and him could have something special. At times, it did feel special, it felt right and just what Dalton wanted, but then it all changed and Dalton felt disappointed and hurt, and it wasn’t down to anything Liam had done, it was his own high expectation at fault. Expectations he shouldn’t even considered due to the agreement they set up when this whole thing started.

Dalton would be lying if he said he didn’t want more from Liam, but when there was no more offered, what else could he do?

Maybe in three months Dalton wouldn’t have either of them and he’d be moving on, who could say. He was aware he was a rebound guy, and historically things didn’t work out with rebound relationships. He felt drawn to Troy, and how could Dalton say no when it felt so right?

There was one thing he had to do before things went further, and that was speak to Liam. He was Dalton’s first choice to talk to about any recent problems in his life, so this one shouldn’t be any different, but it felt wrong discussing another guy with him. He owed Liam a lot, and he couldn’t just walk away. If indeed he
could
walk away, because when they met, when they touched, everything else went out of the window.

Maybe Dalton was blowing this whole thing out of proportion. Dalton hadn't made any serious plans with either, they were friends—even Troy insisted on that—but Liam didn’t deserve to be messed around. He was worth more than that.

Dalton arrived home and pulled out his phone as he sat in the car and dialled Liam up. “Hey, do you fancy meeting up later?”

Liam was at work. Dalton could hear the background noise through the phone. “Yeah, that’d be fine. I’m finishing at seven tonight, so I can run by and pick you up. Fancy another ride on the bike with me?”

Dalton found the bike exciting and agreed. “Plan a route with a pub, one that does good food so we can eat and catch up.”

“I know the perfect one. See you soon, okay. I gotta run off.”

Dalton had time to take a shower and wash the dust from his body, then he planned on just lying down and watching some TV. The thought did occur to him he could spend that time in bed discovering a little more about himself and what he enjoyed. By enjoy, he meant sexually. He’d been wondering what it felt like to have something inside him.

He’d considered messing around and attempting to find the fabled p-spot in his ass years ago, and he remembered a drunken attempt in the shower, but he really couldn’t say if it had been pleasurable or not. After meeting Liam, and knowing where they were heading, he wanted to expand his knowledge and open up his experiences in that department, but letting Liam show him turned him on even more and he’d left it to him.

As Dalton showered, soaping up his body, looking down at his cock in his hand as he lathered it up, he thought about Troy and how it was such a different need. The hot water stung his arm, and he smiled looking down at the ink permanently etched onto him and how he would always think of Troy when he looked at it.

Sexually, Dalton wanted other things from Troy—to be inside him. Being the other way around hadn't even entered his mind, and he hoped, judging by Troy’s reaction to him, it was a mutual thing, but he really had so little experience, he didn’t know either way.

Thinking about Troy and Liam made him smile, and thinking about what he wanted to do with them became mixed up in his mind, and he found his imagination running to a new place where both of them were with him at the same time. In his fantasy, everything was perfect, there were no choices, there was just them and how Dalton wanted them—how they needed him.

He closed his eyes, letting the hot water roll over him, working his cock nice and slow as he felt Liam behind him, thick fingers teasing his hole, Troy in front, kneeling as he sucked him off.

Dalton burned up, wanting more, needing to imagine them in more explicit scenes. When he let go and just rolled with his dirty mind, he saw Troy under him, legs wrapped around his hips, hard and moaning as Dalton pushed inside his tight hole, Liam behind Dalton, his big cock fighting to fuck him hard and fast, his jolts forcing Dalton deeper into Troy’s willing body.

Dalton was on the brink, leaking and rigid, balls so tight they ached. He came, holding onto the tiles for support, knees giving way as he exploded, cum shooting out in ropes of translucent cream over the floor.

He laughed, at first slow and low, then loud, his body shaking with the force of his chuckles. He was truly messed up in the head. His counsellor would have a field day with how fucked up his life was if he was honest enough to tell her everything. With a sigh and a quick rinse, he turned off the shower and got out, feeling a bit more relieved and less confused than he had been, but then in his fantasy, he was happy. Shame it couldn’t last.

Liam wasn’t one for sharing, and from what he found out about Troy, he’d been hurt by other men too badly to really trust Dalton by himself, let alone with another man. Besides, how could Dalton make a relationship work with two people when he could barely get his head around being with one person? Not to mention that person being a man.

No. A ménage wasn’t going to work. Sexually, he could dream about them together, but they were so different, they couldn’t work out in real life.
