“Well if the
medley team pulls off gold tomorrow night that will result in five medals for you this Olympic Games. Can you describe what that would mean to you?”

“It would be the culmination of years of hard work, making my family proud, and doing what I came here to do.”

“Well we will be waiting to see if Michael can pull it off but I have a feeling a lot of people will be rooting for you too Dominic, phenomenal job.” She finished beaming up at him.

“Thank you.”

Dominic has stood on the podium three times and each time is just as sweet as the previous time. I could not have wished for a better outcome for him at these Olympic Games. Tomorrow we will watch together to see if he will win his second team medal. As for tonight he has permission to stay with me at the hotel.
Ooh la la!

Dominic and I are alone in my room eating and talking about the games of course. I could not be prouder of my husband right now with three individual medals and a fourth team medal.

“With the money the Olympic committee provides for each medal I want to invest in the business Sammie,” Dominic said putting a potsticker into his mouth.

“What money?” I ask
ed reaching for a potsticker.

“The Olympic committee pays you for each medal you receive.” Dominic’s cavalier attitude about this is entertaining as I had no idea.

“Wow that’s great! It will be like a scholarship for school.” I bend down to kiss his forehead.

“I want to put it into the business, maybe even get another building. With the housing market becoming a buyers market we could probably get something very inexpensive.”

“Baby, you earned that money. You should use it to pay for your education or your training expenses for the next Olympics.”

“I will earn money soon enough. I want to pull my weight with the family’s expenses.”

“We will discuss this at a later date for now I want to enjoy this time with my Olympian,” I
said sliding next to my husband on the small bed. Tenderly I caress his face as he moves the food off the bed to the nightstand.

“I have missed sleeping next to you
the last six nights,” I murmured.

“I have missed holding you in my arms and l
istening to you snore,” he said smiling down at me. I pull his face down to me and kiss him. “I am so proud of you Dominic.”

“It means so much to hear you
say that. After everything I just wanted to show you why I wanted to be here so badly. I wanted you to see me at my best.”

I slide from underneath him off the small bed. Slowly I undo the buttons of my blouse letting it fall to the
floor.  Reaching behind me I unzip my skirt letting it also fall to the ground. I stand before my husband in lilac colored panties and matching bra. Dominic sits up on the bed placing his feet flat on the floor in front of me. The feel of his hands running the length of my leg stopping at my thigh sends shivers of pleasure everywhere. His finger slips into my panties and I gasp at how much I have missed his touch this past week. I bend down to kiss him softly on the lips whispering, “You have done all the work this past week. I will do all the work now.”

Dominic’s breath catches as my words are processed. I pull him to stand in front of me and slowly undress him, casually touching him in his
most sensitive spots as I do.

“Sammie, I have missed y
ou so much,” he stated. As I pull down his sexy boxer briefs. His arousal springs forward and I stay on my knees to give him some much needed attention. I missed pleasing my husband so much that I get lost in what I am doing to him.

“I am not going to last if you keep this
up. Sammie please,” he whimpered. I finally release my hold on him standing as I remove my underwear. Dominic drags me down to the bed so that I am on top of him. I lavish attention all over him with my tongue before straddling him. My body is screaming with desire and a need to be satisfied. Dominic reaches for then gorges himself on my breasts. I can no longer resist having Dominic inside me and lower myself slowly onto him.

“Oh God
, I have missed this so much,” I cried out. Dominic mumbles some unintelligible words as I begin to rock my hips back and forth. After a few minutes I slip off him and take him in my mouth once more alternating sensations until he begs me to stop.

“Sammie please
I can’t take it baby,” he wailed as I take him to the back of my throat. When I straddle him once again I hear the familiar growls. Dominic flips me onto my back forcing my head to hang off the side of the bed as he thrusts into me. The force of his thrusts tumbles me head first, literally, into a fantastic orgasm. My body grips him tightly as it contracts and he finds his release just seconds after I do calling out my name.  We lay suspended and connected for what feels like hours. The weight of his body on me as our breathing slowly returns to normal is a welcomed feeling after sleeping alone this past week. At some point the comfort is enough that I slip into a peaceful sleep.

After some time I feel my body being moved but every muscle in my body is too exhausted to assist. Dominic is still inside me and still covering my body with his. My head is no longer suspended over the side of the bed.

“Can I have more of you?” Dominic asked pushing deeper inside me. I can feel the change as he becomes aroused once more. He is taking up all available space in such a delicious way. I clench my muscles around him to show my approval. Immediately he starts to move and I open my legs wider to accommodate his hips better. Every in and out motion or grind against my special spot forces me up the mountain. It takes very little time for me to reach the top and fall over. My body detonates as I come drenching my husband as I do.

“Yes Sammie that’s it oh baby,”
he moans appreciating the increase in fluids. His mouth is warm and wet as it finds my lips almost devouring them. I wrap my legs around his waist plunging him deeper inside me and it is his undoing. Dominic finds his second release spouting out in Spanish that I cannot translate. Maneuvering on the small bed is tricky but he manages to move us so that I am lying in his arms. We are face to face breathing heavily as we stare into each other’s eyes. I run my thumb over his cheekbone repeatedly as his fingers run the length of my spine.

“I love you Dominic,” I murmur
ed basking in the afterglow of our lovemaking.

“I love you Samm
ie. That was amazing.” He kissed my forehead, then my nose, and finally my lips. “I love all the extra wetness.”

“It’s kinda embarrassing. I don’t mean to do it, it just happens.” Dominic’s eyes open wide with alarm.

“You should not be embarrassed. I love when it happens it feels wonderful.” He gives me reassuring kisses before I can launch a protest.

“Yeah but now the bed is soaking wet and
it’s too little to move around,” I pointed out. Dominic releases his hold on me slipping out of the bed. When he returns he places a folded towel over the offending area. Resuming his location on the bed he drags me back into his arms. This simple gesture touches me and I melt into his arms. I feel safe to do anything with my husband, free from judgment.  We snuggle under the sheet and sleep soundly the remainder of the night.

Dominic and I wake early enough to make love once more in the shower before we head back to the Olympic village. In the small makeshift church we attend morning mass. Dominic has to get back to his team for the final swim
ming events of the day. I make the twenty-minute walk alone feeling well rested after my night with my husband. I am rooting for team USA right down to my patriotic ensemble. I am comfortable in a red, white, and blue button up shirtdress with matching thong sandals. The arena is extremely crowded for this last event everyone wants front row seats to see if Michael Phelps will be the new gold medal world record holder.

After watching the women’s
50-meter freestyle, the men’s 1500-meter freestyle, and the women’s 400-meter medley the main event is ready to commence. It takes me a while but I finally spot my husband among his teammates watching the last few events. They shout words of encouragement to both the female and male members of their team.  The race lives up to the hype as Michael Phelps secures his eighth gold medal. The Water Cube is thunderous with people cheering and screaming from all different nations as he makes history. My husband is with his teammates hugging and screaming as they have secured another gold.

There was not enough celebrating that could be done by the team and family members. We visited a few wine houses having our fill of wine and sake. Dominic and I made the last few days in Beijing our honeymoon. I was able to finally tour the places I wanted to with my husband. We visit Tiananmen Square taking in the vast rich culture that has surrounded the historic city plaza.
With its close proximity we visit the Forbidden City. This gives us a chance to really test our stamina as an in depth tour requires a lot of walking. Dominic is still riding high on his medal wins and wears them proudly. I can’t help loving the attention lavished upon him because it makes him feel so good.

“Congratulations young man,” a stout older gentleman
said as we walk hand in hand through Tiananmen Square.

“Thank you,” Dominic replies giving my hand a quick squeeze.

“What’s your sport son?” The man and what I believe to be is his wife stop to talk to us.

“Men’s swimming,” Dominic replies.

“Okay we saw you swim your last name is uh Casto…?” The man stammers. “Great job.”

“Castillo and thank you. This is my wife Samantha.” Dominic introduces me and I shake both their hands.

“Duke and Daisy Miller from Georgia. Our nephew is a track and field participant.”

We chat with the couple for a few more minutes before going our separate ways. As we tour the Imperial Palace more individuals congratulate Dominic on his wins.
“I am so proud of you baby,” I murmur as we make our way through another segment of the palace. It is so much to process that we unfortunately do not even cover half before we head to a local eatery for dinner. After dinner we take a rickshaw back to our hotel and enjoy some much needed alone time.

Dominic is running his hand through my hair as we lie in bed in post-coital bliss.  “I meant what I said Sammie. I couldn’t have done this without you.”

“Yes you could have Dominic. This is what you have wanted every since you landed on campus. I have every faith in your abilities,” I replied sleepily. I run my hands the length of his chest tracing the intricate lines of his muscles. Dominic stops my hands pulling me face to face with his intense gaze. “I mean it Sammie you saved me in everyway. You are so much stronger than you give yourself credit. I am so blessed to be your husband.”

“Dominic
, baby you are so easy to love.” I give my husband a passionate kiss before drifting off to sleep.  The next morning we drive to the Mutianyu Great Wall for a hike. After the hike we tour the Ming Tombs before heading back to Olympic Village. Dominic is rewarded with media exposure for his wins. I watch him conduct interview after interview and he is given a few endorsement opportunities to think about when we are stateside. I cannot wait to get home to see all the Olympic footage that my family has captured.

----------

“Mommy and daddy,” Bryce screamed in the crowded airport as Dominic and I make our way into the airport entrance. My little boy runs right into Dominic’s arms as Charlie and Morgan join us. Together the five of us embrace as people take notice of Dominic, clad in his Olympic gear and medals. The kids begged him to wear his medals when our flight landed. Behind us the remainder of our local Olympians emerge clad in their Olympic gear and medals. The entire airport erupts in spontaneous applause as they are given a hero’s welcome home. Uncle Winston and Aunt Camille join our embrace as I extend an arm to them.

“We are so proud of you dad,” Morgan beamed, tears flowing down her cheeks.

“Thank you Morgan. I couldn’t have done this without you rooting for me. I could feel all of you sending that strength my way,” Dominic replied emotionally. A few local news stations had cameras waiting as a newspaper captured those tender moments.  Dominic and his teammates were asked to speak about their Olympic experiences while we watched with fascination. Mackenzie turned on the charm in front of the camera as she scored three medals this Olympics. It takes some time but we eventually make it to our minivan, with my Uncle Winston in the driver’s seat. The kids are shooting a million questions our way as we drive.

When we pull up to my Aunt and Uncle’s house we see that our friends and family members are there to greet us. I am so proud of my husband and his hard work, it brings me to tears as I exit the minivan. Dominic takes a few seconds to console me before we join the party in progress.

“This isn’t just a victory for me Sammie. I wouldn’t have done well without you Sammie. You didn’t swim but you were in that water with me every time.”

“Oh Dominic, I love you so much baby. I am just so proud you got to realize your dreams.”

“I got to realize my dreams when you became my wife. The Olympics were just the icing on the cake.” Dominic planted a knee-bending kiss on me before I could comment.

“Alright let us get a look at the medals before you two start going at it,” Sidney interrupted. Immediately we swallow her up in a group hug as Mario joins us.  Everyone takes turns congratulating Dominic. A few people pose for pictures with Dominic, including all of Morgan’s friends, who swoon. I look over to see Drake, Dominic’s best friend, shed a few tears. He did not fair well in the Olympic trials but plans to be in London in 2012. I can see he is trying to reign in his emotional response to his best friend and I offer a hug.
