Hey Amelia” Kesha called out. Amelia stopped dead in her tracks. “How did Lucas get on with the cops again?”

Lucas managed to catch up with Amelia, she was outside sat in her car, clutching her steering wheel.

Doud but he did not believe she had any part of their world.

ll be back soon” Amelia sighed and rolled over back to her sleep. Lucas had been up for most of the night, tossing and turning, he could not sleep. This was not because he was worried about being arrested for Bury and Kings murder but because he knew there was no chance of that, there were no leads and anything they had on Lucas was purely circumstantial, it was Amelia he was losing sleep over. He could not work out why someone so beautiful and carring could have been brought up by his own families enemy.

s had company again which meant they were planning something, something to try and take out the Valentino on the west coast. He sat himself under the open window so as not to be seen by anyone.

I had to sit for four fucking hours while that Cole pig grilled me about my whereabouts Saturday night” the chubby man ranted.

Doud never really spoke he just sat at the table taking everyone and everything in, he left the talking to his brother.

Amelia!” Lucas froze he was suddenly overcome by fear not towards him but towards her, she was his world and he had promised that he would not hurt her or let anyone else hurt her, this could mean that someone would try to hurt her now.

Lucas left his spot under the window and made his way back to his apartment. He pulled out his phone and dialled up his father.
