“Kari, I only ask one thing tonight.”

She glanced at him, struck by how chiseled his profile looked in the dashboard lights. It made him appear dark and dangerous, and her pussy contracted. “What is that, Adison?”

“Please just give me a chance.” He cut his gaze to her for a second. “Just one chance tonight to prove to you that I’ve changed.”

Kari put a hand on his arm and felt his muscles quiver at her touch. “Adison, you have proven it. I wouldn’t be here otherwise.”

He visibly relaxed. “Thank you, Kari.”

What had he been imagining? That the moment she spotted Noah she’d take off with him? She’d told him Noah planned to be there so that everything was out in the open, not to try and make him jealous. “Adison, Noah knows I’m coming here tonight with you. And he also knows I want to get to know both of you.”

He cut his gaze to her again. “And he’s okay with that?”

Kari leaned back against the seat and took a deep breath. “I keep having erotic dreams about you two. And by that I mean exactly what you’re thinking right now.”

She could actually feel the surprise coming off him in waves. “Does Noah know that too?” His voice was quiet, but without a trace of anger. Kari let out the breath she’d been holding.

“He does.”

“I see.”

“I’m only telling you so that everything is open and honest—up front—just in case things progress tonight.”

He didn’t even try to hide his smile. He squirmed in his seat as if he had to suddenly adjust his crotch, and Kari bit her lip. “Okay, Kari. Let’s see where this leads.” He gave her a quick molten look of desire that made her clit throb. “It could turn out to be a lot of fun.”

Maddox’s house was set back in the woods, and Adison had to give his name to the person at the other end of a speaker before the iron gates opened. Kari pressed her face against the window and spotted a security camera mounted to a light pole. “Wow.”

Adison’s smile was almost smug. “Yeah, he likes his privacy. I helped him hook all this up.”

“How long has he lived here?” The winding drive and dense forest was a far cry from Skeeter’s farm and dilapidated house where Maddox’s father, Randy, had been raised.

“Randy made some serious money in the dot-com era, and fortunately for him and his children, he didn’t blow it all. The money is part of Maddox’s inheritance that his father gave him early. He built the house about ten years ago.”

“Who’d have thunk it? Skeeter McCree’s offspring becoming rich.”

Adison chuckled. “Indeed.”

There were several cars parked along the sweeping circular drive already. Kari’s heart skipped a beat at the sight of Noah’s Ford Fusion Hybrid. He was already here. She took a deep breath as Adison opened her door and took her hand. His touch sent a jolt of electricity straight to her throbbing clit. She could barely contain her excitement to take the shorter steps her boots necessitated.

She clutched the handle of her bag as Adison rang the bell. A man Kari didn’t recognize dressed in full leather and wearing a mask that partially hid his face greeted them. Adison addressed him as “Door Keeper.” He introduced Kari by her first name only, indicating she was his guest tonight.

The foyer smelled and looked rich. Door Keeper asked for their coats, and asked Kari if she wanted to hold on to her bag for now. She nodded. As Adison removed his coat, she nearly gasped out loud at the sight of his body clad in leather pants and a camo tank top. He’d had a nice body as a teen, but it was obvious now that he lifted some serious weights. He also had a couple of tats she’d never seen before. A rush of desire swept through her, so strong it took her breath away.

He grinned as he caught her staring at him. “I guess I look a bit different than you remember me, eh?”

“You’re all grown up, Adison.” The same hint of dark hair that graced his chin dusted his forearms. Kari wanted to rub her nipples against them.

“We both are.” His gaze roamed slowly over her outfit. “You look good enough to eat, Kari.” She shivered at the sound of his voice. “But before we get to that, let’s go join the party.”

She curled her hand around his outstretched arm, and a jolt of electricity shot straight to her throbbing clit. As Adison led her down the center hallway, she caught a fleeting glimpse of rooms off to both sides, shrouded in darkness. She couldn’t tell if there were people in them or not. The corridor led past a sweeping staircase to the back of the house, where Adison opened a wide set of doors.

Kari stepped into a large sunken room, lit by black lights and elaborate fake torches set along the walls. The smell of leather and warm bodies greeted her, bringing back an onslaught of memories she hadn’t expected. She stopped to survey the room before taking a step down the first of three carpeted risers.

“You okay?”

She nodded. No one was masked, and neither was she or Adison. It hit her for the first time that she was about to come face-to-face with neighbors and old friends. She would finally know who in Racy was in the lifestyle, and they would now know that she was as well. Was she truly ready for this?

He leaned close and whispered. “It’s okay. Just breathe. I won’t leave you alone.”

She wasn’t afraid of being left alone. She was simply overwhelmed with emotions and memories. Most people were still standing around in small groups, talking. Some held bottles of water or soda in their hands. A few couples had already begun to engage in play.

As she descended the stairs, she scanned the periphery of the room. Maddox must have spent a fortune on bondage furniture. Everything imaginable that you’d find in a high-end club was here. Kari’s entire body began to tingle, like she’d stepped too close to high-tension wires. She was so aroused it was all she could do to put one foot in front of the other as Adison led her across the room.

“Might as well get this out of the way,” he muttered. Kari followed his gaze. Noah stood in one corner, talking to Maddox. She had to bite back a moan at the sight of Noah in leather pants and a studded leather vest, decorated with D rings. As if he felt her gaze on him, he turned and watched her walk toward him. A grin that sent a gush of wetness to her pretty lace panties spread over his face. His gaze traveled slowly over her, from head to toe, and back again.

Adison stuck out his hand. “Noah. Kari told me you’d be here.”

Noah shook Adison’s hand but his eyes were glued to Kari. “You look amazing.”

“Thank you. So do you.” She glanced at Adison. “You both do.”

Adison flashed her a quick look of gratitude.

“Maddox, you remember Kari, right?” asked Noah.

Maddox nodded. “Of course. Welcome to my little club.”

“Your home is beautiful.”

“Thank you.” Maddox cut his gaze to Noah for a second, and when he glanced at her again, his dark eyes gleamed with mischief. “May I assume if I see you playing with both these gentlemen tonight that all is well?”

Kari was grateful for the low light because a blush crept up her neck. “Yes, you may assume that.”

She didn’t miss the quick look that passed between Adison and Noah.

Maddox leaned close. “In that case, if you’d feel more comfortable without an audience, there are private rooms upstairs I reserve for special guests. Adison and Noah can show you where they are.” Maddox glanced at a spot over her left shoulder. “This place will be buzzing once everyone figures out you’re here. Not sure I can keep it a secret.”

“Maybe I should stay in here then and drum up business for my club?”

Maddox chuckled. “Do you have business cards printed up yet?”

“No.” She hadn’t even thought of that. There was still so much to do it overwhelmed her.

“Well once you do, bring them to me along with any flyers or other advertising, and I’ll make sure the entire county knows about your shop. It’s about damn time we had one here.”

“Thank you, Maddox.”

He patted her shoulder. “Don’t mention it. Have fun tonight, okay? See you three later.”

Kari looked from Adison to Noah. “Well, what do you think? Stay down here or go someplace more private?”

“What do you want to do, Kari?” Adison’s dark eyes bored into hers. The smell of leather mixed with the scents of lube and sweat. Dance music pulsed softly in the background. Kari became aware of soft moans and a woman crying out in pleasure. She knew if she glanced around she’d see men and woman being spanked, paddled and flogged. She’d see neighbors and former friends in various stages of dress, and engaging in anything from being teased with a feather tickler to tightly bound and gagged.

Everything was familiar and comforting, but at the same time she felt shyer than she had the first few times she’d gone to a club with The Sir. This wasn’t a big anonymous club in Manhattan. This was her hometown. She was with a man that most people here remembered as someone she’d dated in high school, but then had left behind when she insisted on attending college in New York City.

She had no idea of either Adison or Noah’s history in this club. Their former subs could be here. They could be friends Kari used to hang out with. No. It was too much, too fast. She wanted to be with both Noah and Adison tonight, but not here in the main room. Not yet.

She slung her bag over her shoulder and curled a hand around the arm of each man. “Let’s go check out one of those private rooms.”

Chapter Thirteen

Kari sat in an armchair and glanced around the room. The bed contained an elaborate construction of pulleys, rings, and ropes, both on the four-posters and under the canopy. In addition, the footboard contained enough apparatus to bind several women to the end of it. Soft lighting and black sheets gave the room an intimate glow.

Noah and Adison placed their toy bags on the floor. Adison knelt in front of her and took her hands. “We don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do, Kari.”

“I know. I’m just absorbing the ambiance.” She took a large drink of water, wondering if she should have brought more than one bottle upstairs.

“I’m going to get us more water,” said Noah, as if reading her mind. “Or would either of you prefer soda?”

“Water would be great,” said Kari, smiling at him.

Noah left the room and Kari squeezed Adison’s hands. “This place is amazing. Maddox has thought of everything.”

“Yes. He took his time designing it.”

“Did he get the exposure necessary to know how to build it from the clubs in Chicago?”

“Yes.”

“Adison, are you okay with this? I mean, with the three of us here together?”

He touched her face gently, and the gesture was so tender that Kari’s breath caught in her throat. “I only want to know you’re comfortable with it.”

“I am. Do you think we should have stayed downstairs? I didn’t even see who else was here. Do you think they saw me?”

Noah came into the room and closed the door behind him. He placed a six-pack of bottled water on the dresser then knelt next to Adison at Kari’s feet. “Kari, don’t worry about who saw you. No one outs anyone here, just like in New York or Chicago. Your coming here will be good for your shop, no doubt.” He smiled then stroked her hair. “So should we all spend some time talking first?”

“Well,” said Adison, “we need to talk about limits, at the very least.” Kari didn’t know whether to laugh at his smug tone of voice or tell him to chill.

“That’s true,” said Noah, his tone and facial expression neutral. “Kari and I didn’t actually talk about them, did we?” He winked at her, and she couldn’t help but smile. They hadn’t talked about them at all, but it hadn’t seemed to matter. Noah had very good instincts. Her night with him had been erotic and wonderful.

“All right,” she said. “Let’s get that out of the way. Oh, and just so you both know, I’ve never been with two men at once before.”

They talked for almost twenty minutes, covering everything from safe words to Kari’s hard and soft limits, and her past experience. She was on the pill, and had assured them she had been tested for STDs for years, and was clean. They each assured her of the same, and the three therefore agreed condoms would only be used in the event of anal sex.

Kari was glad because she really preferred a man not use one at all. She was okay with him using one for anal sex as that kept things cleaner, but she loved the feel of a bare dick inside her mouth and pussy.

The Sir had introduced her to play slowly, and they had also talked about that for a few minutes. They both assured her they would normally do that as well. Kari told them that since they all knew each other, she wanted them to feel free to progress in the scene as quickly or slowly as each they wanted to, and if she became uncomfortable or felt that things were moving too fast, she would let them know.

When they finished talking, Kari excused herself to the bathroom, more so she could get a handle on her emotions than anything. It would also give the two of them a chance to say whatever they wanted to say to each other without her in the room.

Kari was torn between wanting this more than she’d ever wanted anything, and an urge to ask one of them to drive her back home. They had complete privacy up here. Maddox wasn’t going to bother them, and neither would anyone else. She trusted both men, but she also knew this was going to be more intense than anything she’d done alone with The Sir. He’d pushed her limits often, but he was only one man. And she’d never felt the kind of emotional pull with him that both Adison and Noah had on her.

It was almost unbelievable that each man could evoke these kinds of feelings, but they did. It was as if everything she’d done for the past fifteen years in New York had been training for this night alone. It was her ultimate fantasy, after all. And it was about to come true. She was physically ready, but she wasn’t sure if she was emotionally ready.

And she still hadn’t told them about Donnie or the trial. Was she placing them both in danger? She hoped not. She was poised on the edge of what could very well turn out to be the most erotic night of her entire life, and she didn’t want anything to distract her from it. After all, it was only one night, right? They might never do this again.

“Right,” she whispered to her reflection. “And it won’t snow even once this winter in Indiana.”
