heaven. Page 110 describes
how Nannar-Sin eventually was able to “grasp in his hands the power of the
Anu-office,” which


would be the Kingship of Heaven. At this point he became the “moon
god,” by seizing power from Ea/Enki. This also


corresponds to the
Babylonian text I discovered that appeared to link to Psalms 82, and which
describes a military take over in


heaven by Nannar-Sin.
