“Are you okay, babe?” Worry clearly etches on my face as I place my palm on his forehead.

“Yeah, I just feel sleepy. You tired me out last night,” He whispers to me, his eyes already closing shut. I hope he’s not coming down with something.

***

Jake and I, of course, get the master’s bedroom, complete with a big Jacuzzi tub which I know he’ll enjoy and the thought makes my toes tingle.

“Yes, a Jacuzzi! We can put that to good use, babe,” He says from behind me as he tickles me.

I turn around; place my arms around his neck, as his arms wrap around my waist.

“Yeah, I’d like that. Tonight maybe?”

He pulls me closer to him. “How about now? I can just lock the door, and no one will bother us. I hate waiting.”

“But, they’ll know what we’re up to. That would be embarrassing, and you know, Cody and Brian will make fun of me.” I scrunch up my nose, already thinking of how they’re going to torture me.

“Trish, what do you think, they think when we sleep together every night? I’m sure they know we’re having sex! Plus, they don’t care. Come on,” He begs as he kicks the bathroom door closed and locks it.

It would have been more romantic doing it at night, but of course, being a typical guy, he wants his afternoon delight. He gets in first, and I sit down on his lap, straddling him. He doesn’t kiss me right away like he normally does. Instead, he places his left hand on the small of my back, his fingers making lazy circles, as the other runs slowly up and down my calves. He’s looking at me, almost reverently, as if he’s committing everything to his memory. It unsettles me a little, making me think there’s an impending goodbye on our horizon.

He slowly pulls my head toward him and starts kissing me, so delicately and with so much intensity, my emotions start bubbling to the surface. He’s really taking his time, enjoying our kiss, our moment. I feel his erection against my stomach, making me crave and want him to be inside me. He senses my need, just as I sense his. I slowly lift my hips and guide him to my entrance, lower myself, as slowly as I can, knowing he wants this slow. He breaks our kiss, and we continue to stare at each other, not breaking eye contact. As he impales me completely, we both let out a soft and sensual moan, as we move together perfectly, our bodies in sync with each other.

“I love you, sweetheart; you make me feel so good. God, you feel amazing. I can’t get enough of you,” He huskily says, his lips brushing against mine.

I can’t speak, totally overwhelmed with emotions running deep within me. I gradually increase the motion of my hips, pulling him closer to me; his mouth finds mine, his hand cradling my head to deepen the kiss. We move as slow as he wants, letting the passion and heat buildup to an almost unbearable need. I can’t hold off any longer. I begin moving faster, my hips slamming against his, causing the water to spill out. I start to f
eel that tightness in my core and the quivering of my thighs, letting me know my release is coming and so is his because his thrusts are getting harder and faster.
With one hard thrust from him, we both reach our heaven.

Consumed by our love making and overpowered by our emotions, we just hold on to each other, bathing one another with the love only he can give me and I to him. I don’t realize he’s crying until I notice him shaking.

Cupping his cheeks, worry shows on my face. “Babe, are you crying?”

He gives me a nod and buries his face on my chest, hugging me tight. I don’t understand why he’s so emotional. I’m trying to rack my brain, thinking of what’s going on, but I come up empty. I rub his back, giving him comfort, waiting for him to calm down a bit.

“Hey, talk to me. You’re making me nervous,” I say.

He inhales deeply and blows it out loudly. “I don’t know how to explain it. It’s just, I have this sudden need to hold you, as if I’m about to lose you. God, I can’t…I don’t know if I can…”

Whatever it is that’s bothering him overshadows the connection we shared a while ago. I don’t believe in premonitions, but it looks like he is having one and that fear starts to creep slowly in my heart and mind.

“Nothing’s going to happen to us. You’re not going to lose me, either, so stop thinking about that. It’s you and me…remember, just us,” I say with complete certainty.

Before stepping out on the deck, I brace myself from the teasing that surely Cody is ready to dish out.

“Hey, Jake, did you enjoy your afternoon quickie?” Cody’s teasing torture begins.

“I don’t think you’d call that a quickie, dude. They were in there for a long time.” Brian joins in…that traitor.

“You, assholes, are just jealous because my girl knows how to take care of her man. Right, hon?” Jake winks at me as I settle next to him on the lounger.

Jake’s emotional breakdown earlier is bothering me so much. I’ve never seen him that unglued, ever. I close my eyes, trying to remember what he said to me. My memory takes me back to when we first made love, our fights, our sweet moments, his sweet words are engrained in my heart and mind. A flashback, of all these play in my mind, like a movie, and I yearn to make more memories with him.

Roxy’s loud scream interrupts my thoughts. Roxy is soaking wet, from head to toe.

“Cody, you fucking asshole!” She stomps inside; I think fire is coming out of her ears.

Cody, Brian, and even Tami, are laughing uncontrollably.

“I wouldn’t be laughing if I were you, dude. She’s going to get you really good; you better watch your back,” Jake says.

“Better yet, sleep holding your junk, so she doesn’t cut it off!” I giggle at the thought.

“I better go inside and apologize to my crazy girl,” Cody says with a smug smile on his face.

“Be careful. Don’t upset her, Cody.” I hope Cody listens to Tami’s warning.

We all prepare to either hear Roxy scream some more, or Cody running outside to get away from her. When we don’t hear anything, Tami and I go to check up on them. We walk down the hallway, hear moans and the bed squeaking. We both look at each other, eyes wide as saucers, and mouths hanging open. My brain works first, after the initial shock, and I run outside, Tami following right behind me.

Jake

I can’t seem to shake off the nasty feeling I’ve been having lately. I can’t explain it…I just feel it in my bones, and it’s scaring the shit out of me. I can’t pinpoint what I’m afraid of, but anything that involves losing Trish or Trish hurting, worries me. The fear weakens me; it cripples my ability to do anything other than think of how to save Trish from pain.

“Dude, what the hell’s going on? Brian questions Cody.

Cody’s still sporting the stupid grin on his face. Undeniably, he enjoyed whatever happened between him and Roxy. “Damn, I’ve never experienced anything like that. Wow. My dick is in Dickland heaven.”

If Tami is the voice of reason for the girls, Brian is the male version for us.

“Cody, You know Roxy’s not one of your fuck and drop chicks, right?”

“Brian, I don’t know how to describe it. What I just shared with Roxy hit me right here…” He points at his heart. “…and when I looked into her eyes, they sucked me right in, and I don’t think I’ll ever want to get out. I don’t think I’ll want anyone else.”

I never thought I’d hear Cody say the things he just said. I’m happy for him, but I’m deathly afraid for him at the same time. Roxy’s past, for sure, will play a major role in whether their relationship will work or not.

“Are you ready to commit, Cody?” He looks at me as if he wants to kill me. “I’m sorry, man. I just need to know.”

“Jake, didn’t you hear what I just said a second ago? For the first time, I didn’t suit up because I don’t want anything separating her from me. If she gets pregnant, so be it. I’ll put a ring on her finger, that’s how serious I am.” Irritation and frustration seep out through his voice.

“I get what you’re saying, but how do you see this even working out? Think about it. Roxy’s bad experience with her parents makes her afraid to commit. She’ll put restrictions on you. You hate restrictions, so how’s that going to work?” I stare him down, wanting him to know my concern.

Brian clears his throat to break our stare down. “So, what did you guys come up with? I’m sure, after experiencing your dick heaven, at some point you guys talked about it.”

Cody scrubs his hand on his face. “It’s only restrictions if your heart’s not in it, and it’s commitment if it is. My heart is in this. I know what I’m doing guys. I’m sure of what I feel, and as far as her issues, well I can deal with them. I’ll do whatever she wants. I.will.give.her.whatever.she.wants.”

I have to sit down after Cody’s speech, not because I don’t believe him, but because I know he has an uphill battle with Roxy. Roxy’s dad is a scumbag of the worse kind who’ll use anyone, buy his way, and do almost anything to get what he wants. Who gives up their child for politics and power? If we could disown him, we would in a heartbeat, but we can’t. I have a feeling though, one of this days he’ll come back either to ask for help or to fuck with Roxy’s life once again.

“Alright, but tell us what the agreement is.” I focus on his face, gauging if he is prepared for this.

“She said that we can date other people, but we can only have sex with each other,” Cody says it as if he’s in pain. “But, hey on the good side, I can have my pussy and eat it, too.” He tries to be funny, but fails. For the first time since I’ve known Cody, his joke falls flat.

Brian shoves a beer in Cody’s hand. “Are you sure about that? Can you handle her dating? I mean, I wouldn’t be okay with it. I don’t think I could share what’s mine.”

“Look, Cody, she’s my cousin, and I adore her, but this is one fucked up plan. It will never work, you and Roxy are gonna get hurt doing this. It’s going to blow up in your fucking faces,” I say as forcefully as I can.

“I’m cool guys. Thanks for the concern, but really, I can handle this. If this is what’s going to make her comfortable, then it’s done. I’ve got balls big enough for the both of us. I got this.”

Brian chuckles. “Well, hang on to those balls, man; Roxy’s gonna have them soon. On a serious note, if and when it gets hard, you know we’re here.”

Seriousness blanketed Cody’s face. “Thanks, B, but when it gets ‘hard’…” Cody uses finger quotes. “…I know where to find Roxy. Thanks for the offer though, I didn’t think you’d swing both ways, B.”

With that, we start laughing, the seriousness of the situation temporarily shelved for now, and if given the choice, I don’t ever want to discuss it again.

Chapter 12

Trish

“Happy birthday, Foxy Roxy!” I squeal as soon as I see her walk in the kitchen.

Tami walks over to her and gives her a kiss. “It’s spa day today, followed by a BBQ lunch, and a surprise dinner courtesy of the boys.”

“Well, then, let’s get out of here and get this party started!” Roxy’s giddiness spreads like wild fire, and pretty soon, Tami and I are amped up.

After our very relaxing spa day, we drive back to the cabin, enjoy the BBQ spread the guys made for us and take a much needed nap after devouring all the food. A couple of hours later, I’m ready, wearing a black mini skirt, a silver off the shoulder blouse, paired with black ankle gladiator sandals. After giving me her seal of approval, Roxy and I head to the living room where the boys and Tami are waiting for us. Cody whistles and hoots, when he sees us, while Jake just sits there, staring at me. His honey colored eyes show me what I need to know. As always, he looks delectable, wearing jeans that shows off his assets, a black button down shirt, cuffed to the elbow that shows off his broad shoulders, and black boots.

“Alright girls, we need to blind fold you ladies.” Cody grins.

“Nope, not me. I’m not on a date with Brian. We’re the chaperones for the night,” Tami replies and I notice a speck of sadness in her eyes.

“Okay, let’s get this show on the road,” Cody smirks.

Jake and Cody blindfold Roxy and me. Jake is careful not to touch me which is driving me insane. I’m expecting him to guide me to the car since I can’t see shit, but he has Brian hold my hand. Apparently, we have a no touching policy until further notice. I might just lose it and attack him as soon as we get in the car.

“Where’s Jake?” I whisper in Brian’s ear.

“He’s driving, Trish; don’t worry. He’s not that far away.” He chuckles.

“Ok, is he looking at me?” I say out loud.

“Oh yeah, he’s devouring you with his eyes,” Tami answers.

I don’t know why, but an overwhelming need to just shout out loud how much I love him washes over me. I know I just had to say it.

“I love you, Jake Oliver, so, so, so much!” I yell.

“Tell us something we don’t know!” Cody yells back.

“I love you too, sweetheart.” Jake says with a hint of laughter in his voice.

“Again, please tell us something we don’t know! This has been reported on CNN! Old news, guys…” Cody mutters.

Brian buckles me up and then I feel the car move. My stomach’s in knots, I’m sure my intestines are twisted up into a giant pretzel. Finally, we get to our destination although, I’m not really sure, because I can only see the back of my eyelids.

Someone opens my door. I lean closer, trying to get a whiff of Jake’s cologne so I can attach myself to him, like an octopus. I smell heaven, because his cologne overwhelms my nostrils. Yes! Forget about seeing… my hands and lips will do. As soon as he picks me up, I attach my lips to his neck and hug him. I can feel his chest shaking, I am glad he finds torturing me so amusing.

“I hope no one can see my underwear. You do know I’m wearing a skirt?” I mumble against his neck.

“I know, baby. No one can see your goodies,” He says.

“Can I get a kiss, now? You haven’t kissed me since last night.”

“Just wait, Trish. The anticipation will make it better, I promise you.”

“I don’t like it! Not even, just a little, tiny, itty-bitty kiss,” I beg.

“If I can hold off, can you at least try, for me? I want to make this special for us,” He softly whispers.
