INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ Tbsp. of Vegetable Oil
1/4 Head of Cabbage, Small In Size and Shredded
4 Ounces of Pork Tenderloin, Lean and Cut Into Thin Strips
6 Cups of Chicken Broth
2 Tbsp. of Soy Sauce
½ tsp. of Ginger Root, Fresh and Minced
8 Green Onions, Fresh and Chopped
4 Ounces of Chinese Style Noodles, Dry
DIRECTIONS:
Use a large sized skillet or wok and heat up a generous amount of oil over medium heat. Add in your cabbage and pork and fry until the pork contains no pink on the inside. This should take approximately 5 minutes or less. Also, make sure that you stir your cabbage and pork while it is cooking.
Add in your broth, soy sauce and ginger once the moment that your pork is fully cooked. Bring your soup to a rolling boil. Once it begins boiling, reduce the heat to the lowest setting and allow your soup to simmer for at least 10 minutes. Make sure that you stir the soup occasionally.
Last stir in your remaining ingredients and continue cooking until your noodles are tender and al dente. This should take about 2 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and serve while still piping hot. Enjoy!
Kon Tiki Bobo Meatballs

INGREDIENTS FOR YOUR MEATBALLS:
1 Pound of Pork, Ground
1 Cup of Bread crumbs, White
½ tsp. of Ginger, Ground
¼ Cup of Sugar, White
1 Clove of Garlic, Minced
Ingredients for Batter:
1 ½ Cup of All Purpose Flour
4 Tbsp. of Sugar, White
2 tsp. of Baking Soda
1 Cup of Water
2 Eggs, Large In Size
Dash of Salt and Pepper
Some Oil For Frying
DIRECTIONS:
In a large sized mixing bowl, combine all ingredients that you need for your meatballs together. Make sure that you season this mix with a dash of salt and pepper.
Using your hands, form your mixture into small balls that are about ¾ of an inch in diameter. Set aside for later use.
Next prepare your batter by combine your dry ingredients together in a large sized mixing bowl.
Then crack your eggs into a bowl and beat them vigorously until well beaten. Keep these two mixtures separated.
The next thing that you will want to do is dip each of your meatballs into your egg mixture first and then roll it into your flour mixture
Now, heat up some oil in a large sized frying pan and once the oil is hot enough, fry up your meatballs in small batches for about 5 minutes for each meatball. Place your meatballs onto a plate lined with paper towels to help drain any excess fat.
Serve your meatballs with small cocktail toothpicks and sweet and sour dipping sauce. Enjoy!
Chinese Style Chicken and Potato Soup

INGREDIENTS:
3 Potatoes, Large In Size and Cut Into Cubes
1 Carrot, Large In Size, Fresh and Peeled
1 Turnip, Chopped Finely
1 Onion, Chopped Finely
5 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
1 Chicken Leg, Raw
Dash of Salt and Pepper For Taste
DIRECTIONS:
Using a large sized pot over high heat, combine your potatoes, chopped carrot, chopped turnip, chopped onion, minced garlic, chicken leg and plenty of water to cover everything. Bring this mixture to a rolling boil and then reduce the heat to low.
Let your soup simmer for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour, making sure that you give your soup adequate time to cook. Season your soup with a dash of salt and pepper according to your taste.
Remove your chicken leg from the soup and allow it cool. Remove the meat from the bone and return it to your pot.
Continue to let your soup simmer for an additional 30 to 45 more minutes or longer if you wish. After this time remove it from heat and serve right away.
Classic Chinese Style Lion's Head Soup

2 tsp. of Oil, Sesame Variety

1 tsp. of Salt
2 Green Onion, Finely Chopped and Evenly Divided
1 Tbsp. of Vegetable Oil
1 Head of Cabbage, Napa Style, Cored and Cut Into Small Chunks
2 Cups of Chicken Broth, Low Sodium Kind
2 Cups of Water
1 Tbsp. of Soy Sauce
2 tsp. of Sesame Oil
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together your first seven ingredients in a large sized bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Using your hands, mix ingredients together until they are evenly combine. Set aside for later use.
Then heat up your vegetable oil in a large sized wok or large sized skillet over high heat. Once your oil is hot, fry up your cabbage carefully until it begins to wilt. Make sure that you stir constantly to prevent the cabbage from burning. This will take about 2 to 3 minutes.
Next pour in your broth, water, and soy sauce. Stir to combine with your mixture evenly. Bring your soup to a rolling boil, before lowering the heat to medium.
Using a spoon form your meat mixture into thick balls. Drop them carefully into your soup. Cover your soup with a lid and allow it to simmer for at least 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and pour into a few soup bowls. Garnish your soup with your remaining green onions and a drizzle of sesame oil and serve. Enjoy!

1, 12 Ounce Pack of Tofu and Diced In Small Pieces
2 Green Onions, Chopped Finely
1 Egg, Large In size and Beaten
1 Mushroom, Portobello Style and Sliced Into Halves
2 Cups of Cabbage, Roughly Chopped
1 Tbsp. of Thai Chile Sauce
1 Tbsp. of Rice Vinegar
3 Tbsp. of Soy Sauce
1 tsp. of Citric Acid, Powder
DIRECTIONS:
The first thing that you will want to do is bring your broth to a simmer over medium to high heat.
One your soup is simmering add in your chopped up tofu and finely diced green onions.
Next slowly drizzle in your beaten egg into your soup, making long strands of the egg in your soup as you do so.
Then add in your chopped up mushrooms and roughly chopped cabbage. Stir to evenly combine all of your ingredients together. Allow your soup to simmer for at least 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes remove the soup from heat and season generously with your leftover ingredients. Continue stirring for at least 2 minutes and then remove from heat. Serve while still piping hot.
