Hey. I know we haven't met, but you probably recognize the
name. I can't go anywhere where people don’t anymore, and you're about to be in
the same fucking boat, if you aren't already. I guess I can thank you a little,
since you're taking the pressure off me.
Okay, enough of that. In seriousness, I want you to know
that you can talk to me, if you need to. The two of us, we get it. We've been
through Evenstad's stupid little game and we made it out on the other side. The
only two who did. It fucks you up. Or it did for me. You're a soldier, so maybe
you're more used to it. I don’t know you. I got your email off the stupid
Evenstad leak from a couple months ago. They let out all kinds of personal info
before it got cleaned up. So I'm sorry about that. Kind of invading your
personal space. I thought about not bothering you, but I felt like it was
important to let you know that you don't have to be alone. You can email me, or
I can give you my number. Fuck, you just won twenty-million dollars. Fly to
Portland and sleep on my couch, if you want to. You wouldn't be the first
stranger living at my place, though you'd be a lot more welcome than some of
the trash I've had here over the years.
Just take care of yourself. You can get through it. I did.
Ciao
