Seven months later she had given birth to her first son. She was even more surprised that he was a Pearl. They named him Damion and he was now seven years old. Emery and Kendal loved having another child and this time being able to see him every day. Three years later she had another son and named him Ramond and he is an Onyx who is now four years old. Emery also had two more children after Ramond. Their second daughter Adele is now three and she is their second Water baby. Their fourth child is named Marcel he is two now and is their Blood baby.

Emery is now getting Adele and Marcel ready while Kendal walks Damion to school. Kendal always takes Ramond too so that when he turns five he know that he will be going to school with his brother. When they get back home Emery and the kids are ready to go and they head up to their SUV. They all have to leave their vehicles on the cliff as the path down to the beach is only a walk way. It does however fit the four wheelers and golf carts that Kaiden had purchased for the land. That way the girls in the house did not have to lug down bags of supplies.

Kendal drives right to the water park. The little kids all love coming here and playing in the water or the playgrounds. Inside the big office is also a playroom for the younger ones. There is a half-blood named Julia that works in the playroom and keeps an eye on the kids so that they can focus on work. Emery gets right to work counting out the drawers for the ticket ladies while Kendal goes around the park with Oliver and makes sure that the water is all clean. Finley is also here this morning and the weather is nice and warm for a perfect day at the park.

In the fifth and final home on the beach Bristol is just waking up. Harley and she have two little girls and he usually wakes up with them letting Bristol sleep in. Alene is their youngest daughter she just turned one year old and is a Fire Dragon. Marien is their three year old and she is an Onyx. As soon as Bristol sits up Marien comes running in with Alene trying to keep up. Harley is not far behind with a tray in his hands.

“Good morning beautiful. The girls and I decided to make you breakfast in bed this morning.” Harley says as he places the tray in her lap that is filled with eggs and bacon as well as a cinnamon roll.

“This is lovely thank you honey and my beauties.” Bristol says as she grabs a piece of bacon.

“So what shall we do today girls?” Harley asks his two daughters who just look at him and wait for him to tell them. “Well let’s see. We could go to the main house and play or we could go shopping in town. Or we could stay home all day.”

“Shopping sounds fun. I know we need to get some things for the girls and umm I also need to call and see if Alexi could stop by first. I have been feeling a little ill and want to make sure I am not coming down with something.” Bristol responds

“You haven’t mentioned feeling bad. What’s wrong?” Harley asks as he starts to get worried.

“Well I am just really tired lately and feel nauseous.” Bristol smiles at her husband hoping he will take the bait. After all he has wanted a son and since there are no males that don’t have their soul mates and she doesn’t know that anyone else is pregnant too, she knows she is carrying a boy.

“No runny nose or sore throat?” Harley asks

“Babe, think about this. Nauseous and tired other than that I feel great.” She repeats

“I am going to go call Alexi now. I don’t want you to get sick and then have sick babies.” Harley said as he walked away and all Bristol could think was how much of a worry wart he was about her and the girls. Dragons didn’t get sick so how the hell could she have a cold.

One hour later Alexi was standing in the bedroom smiling down at Bristol. “He hasn’t figured it out yet has he?” Alexi laughed out loud

“Alexi what are you smiling about what does she have?” Harley asks

“Harley when have you ever been sick?” Alexi teases

“Never! We don’t……..” Harley stopped and just looked at Bristol. She was laughing at him and so was Alexi. “A boy?”

“I think so babe. Alexi is anyone else pregnant?” Bristol asks full of hope that the fates were going to bless her with a son.

“Not that I know of, you are the first in a while that is newly pregnant. You’re only a very few weeks.” Alexi responds and Harley shouts “YES!” which scares the kids and they run out of the room.

“Good job babe, now go make sure they aren’t in tears. You know how Alene is, if you don’t stroke her fire it goes out and she is rotten all day. If we are going shopping I want happy girl not moody girl.” Bristol scolds

“On it!” Harley smiles and kisses Bristol deeply before going after his baby girl. Alene was a very happy little girl but Bristol was right. If something bothered Alene she was moody the rest of the day unless you took her to Marco. If her mate was around she was never in a bad temper. However Harley had nothing to worry about when he found the kids they were all smiles playing with Anya and Luka.

Chapter 33

Fury 10 Years Later

Tia and John are sitting at the dining room table with their three children enjoying some oatmeal. Tia is sitting to the side making sure that her one year old doesn’t make too much of a mess. John sits next to her and he and their two boys are making silly faces at each other in between bites.

Ainsley was their one year old and she was their little Fury girl. She was also the spitting image of Tia. Small frame big caramel eyes and a hear full of tight curly sandy hair. Marco was their three year old Fire boy and he had his daddies temper. He was playful all the way up until you pushed him too far. Their oldest was Devon a Blood Dragon. He is four now and one happy little guy. Nothing ruffles his feathers at all. Tia always says he took everything good from his father and none of the temper.

“Lessons start right after school today for the older kids but we are both on for the little ones in two hours.” Tia reminds John. They have started training the young Fury’s on control. Being sixteen and seventeen had its advantages and some major disadvantages. During the day they trained Fury Dragons and at night they taught humans self defense.

John and Tia had opened a self defense studio with the help of her parents. Camilla and Sebastian were the face of the company and Tia and John stayed in the back ground. In the face of humans they were a family of fighters, Jaco had created the back story and paperwork, who took to teaching instead. Some of the human males had a problem listening to Tia teach, until she took them all down. Their reputation increased after a year and now they had a waiting list.

“Alrighty who do we have today?” John asked. He loved teaching the little ones.

“We have Isaac, Pedro, Keely, Willa and Hope. Ainsley will be coming with us today to keep Isaac focused. I haven’t told Zoe how he is yet because when Ainsley is there he focuses better.” Tia explains

“Don’t worry babe he is only four and I will tell him today if he does not focus then he will have a hard time with Ainsley later. These guys won’t do anything to make them look bad in front of their girls. Huh boys?” John joked

“Nopes we gotta be good for dem.” Devon responds. He has a little lisp so his words come out a little funny sometimes.

“Alright Devon you are going to head upstairs to help with Tori. She has been a little fussy and no one helps more than you do.” Tia smiles at her little guy.

“I can do that.” Devon says

“And Marco, Bristol called a moment ago they are going into town and shopping and she would like you to come.” Tia explains to her other son. Halina and Bristol always helped out on the days that she and John trained the kids. The days weren’t ever set days so she tried to make it seem like her boys were needed. She liked to build them up and their confidence.

“I gets to see Alene?” Marco asks

“Yep buddy you do. Mommy and Daddy have to go work and I know you boys don’t like sitting there. Besides they need you boys today.” Tia explains

“Okies.” They both respond as they finish their oatmeal.

When Ainsley is done Tia takes her to the bathroom to clean her up and then she heads to her closet to get loose pants on. Tia throws on a tank top and her loose cotton pants with her tennis shoes. John is in his tank and sweats, his signature outfit now. Which Tia loves, it’s one of the benefits of being a teenager forever. When they are ready they send Devon up then meet Bristol in the main foyer. She takes Marco and they head to the training room.

Tia takes the girls and John takes the boys. Some of the parents stay but most leave so that their children listen better. John lines the boys up and Ainsley takes off across the mat to Isaac. Tia just smiles as Isaac face lights up at the sight of her little girl. Tia and John have the same routine. They talk with the kids for a while and then they have the kids stretch out. Even though the kids are four three and two they are Fury’s first. So exercise and fighting comes naturally.

Sebastian and Camilla are both sitting in the training room watching their daughter teach the younger Fury’s. Their four old Pedro is sitting in front of John and is totally enraptured in the talking. Pedro and most of the younger Fury males love John. He is a natural teacher. Like their daughter they also have two more children Leo is a Blood Dragon and is six. Then they have a little girl Marie who is two and she is a Fire Dragon.

Leo is in school today and so Marie is sitting in Camilla’s lap as she watches her big brother and big sister. Marie looks just like Tia except she has straight hair that is the only difference in them. When the kids come to the studio with them most people think that all the kids are Camilla and Sebastian’s. Camilla laughs it off because her children and her grandchildren do look very similar. Her grandkids are just a shade lighter than her own children.

Across the room Clover walks into the training room with her two daughters, straight over to Claudia.

“Claudia? Bailey has a question for you?” Clover says to Claudia

“Wait is Saul here?” Bailey asks

“Sorry honey he is in school right now but you have a question?” Claudia squats down to look Bailey in the eye.

“I do. You know the bad men that put mommy and daddy in a cage and you too. Are they coming back to take you guys?” Bailey asks and immediately her eyes fill with tears.

“Oh honey no they are not.” Claudia begins as sits on the mat and pulls Bailey into her lap. “When everyone was safe and when the babies started to come I left for a while. You see I don’t have my mate anymore and I won’t have one so I wanted to make sure that my grandbabies and you guys were really safe. I went all over the world looking for those three guys.” Claudia continues as she wipes tears from Bailey’s eyes. “I found them in Canada. They were all still together and they were working in a factory there. When they saw me they ran and I chased them. I got them cornered in an alley and had a talk with them.”

“You know the history right?” Bailey nods “so you know Aldrich killed a lot of us?” Bailey nods again. “Well theses three were the ones who were in charge of capturing us. After the caught Zoe’s mom and she killed one of them and died they stopped taking us to their dad. They caught us and held us because they were going to try to get a ransom for us. They were in it for money. While I was talking to them I was distracted and they tried to take me again.” At this Clover and Bailey both sucked in air.

“Oh no!” Bailey squealed

“They did turned out they thought they could still do what they did before. So no baby girl those three men are gone now and will never be coming back. If you are worried about the ones we let go you should talk to Jaco. I know he talks to all of them and they don’t want anything to do with us. Turns out they are all good kids.” Claudia finishes and Clover just looks at her. Clover had known they were dead, Claudia came back and told everyone that was in the cages with her. Clover just didn’t want the details and now felt relieved they were dead.

“I am glad you did Miss Claudia. You were protecting all of us so you did nothing wrong.” Bailey replies

“Thank you Bailey. You know your mommy is very lucky to have you. You are a very intelligent little girl and I am glad you are my Nephew’s soul mate. He will be a better man because of you.” Claudia says seriously. She hadn’t spent much time with Bailey but this little girl was special.

Charles was standing near his sister and had to agree with her about Bailey. His eldest son Saul was one lucky kid. Saul is nine and an Onyx who Charles has taught to fight just like Gabriel had learned. Charles and Etana had both wanted a large family now had six full-blood children and Penny his half-blood daughter who was currently in Europe touring with other female MMA fighters.

Saul was their first child. Malachi is their eight year old Fury son. Max who is also a Fury is six. Carmela is five and she is a Water Dragon. Amira is their two year old Earth baby girl and Avery is their one year old Pearl daughter. Charles still is the head trainer for the mountain. Etana helps him now too when she is not busy with the babies. Lately however she does private lessons for the Fury kids who need a little extra help.

Etana had changed so much to Charles but in a good way. She had been so hard and tough but when she held her first child she had softened. Now she wore long skirts or dresses. She curled her hair sometimes and wore perfume now. Charles loved her before hard edges and all however the feminine change is her is wonderful. But you can be sure that her whip is always on her hip or used as a belt on those dresses she also tucks a knife into a leg strap.

“Are you thinking of me?” Etana asks

“I am how did you know?” Charles asks. He hadn’t noticed her walk in with the kids. Avery was on her right hip, whip on the left, Amira was holding her left hand. The rest of their kids were in class at the school house.

“You have that smile on your face that you only get when you think of me.” Etana responds

“You know me so well my love. What are you and my lovely ladies up to?”

“Well I was going to head into town. Oh Bailey my heart how are you sweets?” Etana noticed Bailey’s red eyes and she was sitting in Claudia’s lap. Etana adored Bailey and now wished Saul was here to calm her down.

“Hi Miss Etana, I am good. Miss Claudia just told me about the bad men that put mommy and her in cages. I was worried they would come back.” Bailey admitted

“And she told you they are never coming to take anyone ever again correct?” Etana asked

“She did. I just think…..well…I want Saul.” Bailey began to cry

“Come we will go get Saul if only for a moment. You need you mate right now. Come.” Etana demanded. She did not like to see Bailey upset at all. In fact she hated when and of the kids was upset. It made her heart break.

Bailey followed Etana while Clover stayed to speak with Claudia more. Etana slowed her pace as Bailey and even Amira were having trouble keeping up. They were approaching the school house when Saul came rushing out of the door.

“Bailey!” Saul shouted out to her and Bailey ran to him. Saul was only nine but he was much taller than little Bailey. Saul dropped to his to grab her into a hug. When he saw his mother’s strides from the window he had known something was wrong. His mother only walked like that when there was a purpose. Then his eyes saw Bailey and focused into her red rimmed teary eyes. He had jumped up and ran out of the classroom. Rosa was his teacher and she had started to tell him to sit but then had noticed where he was going. Everyone seemed to understand the bond and when one was hurt sometimes only the soul mate could fix it.

“Who made you cry?” Soul asked gently

“No no..I just needed you. I had to know something and Miss Claudia told me. I just wanted you with me when I was told.” Bailey told him

“I am here now. What did you ask Aunt Claudia?”

“Son, she had asked about the three men that put her mommy in a cage. Claudia told her what she did. It is a good thing no one hurt her. She just needed your strength and for you to help with the relief she feels. Sometimes girls just need a hug and sometimes only our mate is the one that can provide that hug.” Etana stated in her matter of fact way. She was never able to break this habit but her children all understood and spoke the same way sometimes.

“I am always here for you Bailey. Next time come and get me first. I will always be your strength.” Saul admitted

“I know.” Bailey replies

Back at the Fury homes Makayla and Colby were running very late this morning. It was ten a.m. and they had just woken up. She was pretty sure that her children were too and two should be in school right now. She wanted to scream at Colby.

“Ok get up and get Justin and Hannah to school like now. I will get Brandon and Sarah ready and then we need to go. MOVE!” Makayla yelled

“Alright woman calm down. It’s not my fault you let the kids watch two movies last night and forgot to set the alarms.” Colby responded

“Oh don’t you start mister. Last night was your night to remember the alarms. I was busy making sure kids were bathed. So get off your high horse and get moving. Make sure you fix Hannah’s hair too. She won’t appreciate Martin seeing her all disheveled.” Makayla snapped

“Yes love.” Colby said as he rolled out of bed and out the door. When he got to Justin’s room the bed was made and the room was tidy. The boy was not in his room. He then walked to Hannah and Sarah’s room only to find Sarah his three year old daughter who was an Onyx sitting on the floor playing with her sister’s dolls. “Hey little one where is Hannah?”

“She went to school wif Justin.” Sarah replied

“Such good kids they are. Why don’t you get dressed for me? It is really late and we need to get going to hurry ok?” Colby asked his little one.

“Ok Daddy.” Sarah jumps up and into her closet to get clothes. He then walks over to Brandon’s room and sees that the boy is still asleep. “Wake up lil man time to get ready for the day.”

“Ok.” Brandon responds sleepily

Colby and Makayla had four children and hoped for more. Justin was the eldest son he is six and is a Blood Dragon. Hannah is five and is also a Blood. Brandon is four and their little Water man. Sarah was three and she was their Onyx baby. Colby still held out hope for a Fury so they were going to keep trying although they both knew they would not get pregnant unless the soul mate was in the works too.
