Chapter 28

After they squared away their arrangement, with Richie even offering to pay for an apartment near campus to which she adamantly refused, she was going to live in the little apartment in her brother’s home and commute, they made plans to go out to dinner.

Kara had left him in the living room while she ran upstairs to get dressed. In the shower, as she was lathering up her hair with her eyes closed, she yelped when she felt hands around her waist. She turned around with a wide grin knowing it was Richie and, well, that led to them rolling around in bed after the shower and they never did go out. Richie ordered Italian food from one of his favorite restaurants.

After Kara cracked open a bottle of wine and they ate and drank, Richie helped her clean up and they found themselves in bed again. During dinner, she told him about a new toy she got from Lolita and couldn’t wait to try it out.

It hit her while she was riding him hard and fast. His eyes were closed and she felt him grow even bigger inside her and heard his breaths and grunts speed up, she knew he was ready to come and she squeezed him but at the same time she stopped riding him.

He opened his eyes. “What? Don’t stop, baby.” He began pumping up but she made no move. “What?” he repeated.

“How do you know Dean Wheeler?”

“Now we gotta do this?”

She tightened her muscles around his cock. “Now.”

“Oh, that feels good. Do it again.”

She squeezed again.

“Oh, yeah.” He flipped them over and pounded her as he grabbed a nipple in his mouth and nipped and sucked and a second later his body tensed up as he came.

Out of breath and dripping with sweat from his forehead and upper lip, he pulled out of her and plopped down next to her. Gasping he asked. “Why’d you stop? You didn’t come yet.”

She turned on her side. “How do you know Dean Wheeler?” she repeated.

He blew out a breath and rose up. He left the room to go to the bathroom to dispose of the condom. When he came back he climbed back into bed and covered her body with his, loving the warmth she provided him, then slid off her body and propped up his elbow and rested his head in his hand. “When I first bought a bike about three years ago, I rode out to Neptune’s net. It’s a restaurant overlooking the water in Malibu. Ever been there?”

“As a matter of fact I have.”

“Dee?”

“Dee.”

He frowned as he blew out a breath. “So anyway, I just finished a fried shrimp platter and went over to my bike. I saw a spot on it and took out a rag from one of the side pockets and I’m wiping the chrome fender and I hear someone laugh behind me and say ‘newbie’. I turn around and this big badass biker dude is looking at me. I told him it was my first bike and all. We struck up a conversation, and I can’t tell you how helpful he was. He gave me some tips, and we exchanged riding stories. Man, that dude had some wild ones.”

Kara nodded.

“He started walking over to me just as three more big bikers were nearing him and, I gotta tell you, I almost lost my lunch, hah! But he stuck out his hand. We shook and he took off. That was the first time I met him. I’ve run into him a few times, mostly there, but I’ve even seen him in Santa Monica too. We exchanged phone numbers once when I was looking for a custom tank for my bike. He had someone make the piece for me. It was beautiful. Cost a lot, but worth it.”

“What was it?”

“It had a naked woman with a python wrapped around her with an American flag behind her and some intricate scrolls on both sides. The flag was subtle. I tell you, it was some badass sexy work.”

“Was that Quick Draw’s work?”

“Yeah. Do you know why they call him Quick Draw?” He had a devilish smile on his face.

“Yeah, he’s a fantastic artist and can draw anything quickly.”

“Yeah, that’s his story and he’s sticking to it.” He laughed.

Kara tilted her head not finding it funny until she had a light bulb moment in her head. “Ah! You mean he has no control and comes way too quickly?”

Richie burst out laughing as he lifted up. He grabbed her legs and pulled her down. “Spread them, woman. Let me finish you,” he said as he stuck his head between them.

She yelped and giggled as she complied.

Chapter 29

For over two years, Kara and Richie would get together every few weeks. Nothing changed in that regard. She was busy with school and he was busy running his ranch and sometimes ran around the globe on hotel business whenever his uncle Ted would ask him. Uncle Ted couldn’t count on his own son, and turned to Richie quite often. Richie felt bad refusing because, well, he was still getting a shitload of money each month from the hotel business. And he also knew one day he may be in his Uncle Ted’s position, and he wanted to know every aspect and everyone associated with the hotel chains. He did, however, take her away on trips during the winter breaks. He took her to Bimini for some snorkeling and scuba diving and to Colorado for some skiing. Kara spent the first summer between grades at his home in Wimberley. They threw a wild party in his backyard and since then Richie threw a party every year.

As close as they were getting, the word exclusive was never uttered. Maybe they weren’t getting close, it was just Kara getting too attached. Kara knew it was what it was, and if she wanted to be with him, she’d have to deal with it, even when she would see pictures of him in the newspapers with a woman, sometimes two. Blonde, brunette, redhead, he had no preference. There weren’t many and some of those pictures looked old so she told herself it wasn’t happening now. Nevertheless, she’d get into a funk, a bad funk, that her sister-in-law was always there trying to snap her out of it.

But no matter when Richie showed up, Kara was ready for him. The first time he showed up with less than a two hour notice, he wound up spending a week with her, getting to know her brother and his family. Lauren was thrilled to actually spend some time with him, and she and Eric liked him. Lauren tried not to bring it up, but one night when he popped in with little notice, in her third and final year of college, it was a losing battle, and when she mentioned the picture she saw of him and a dark-haired woman in one of those rag mags earlier that day while waiting on the checkout line in the supermarket Kara got unusually quiet. Richie wasn’t sure which picture she referred to and said it was probably his cousin.

Later, at the hotel he booked for them Kara quickly changed and got into bed. This stunned him.

“What are you doing?”

She blew out a breath. “Going to bed.” She didn’t even look at him, she just turned on her side and stared at the paisley drapery and briefly thought about how ugly it was.

Richie kneeled on the bed and leaned over her. He brought his mouth to her ear and whispered, “Take off the tank and panties.”

She pulled forward a little. “I’m not in the mood.”

He sat back and blew out a breath. “What’s wrong?”

“Nothing.”

He sat there a moment longer then rose up. Looking to her back he twisted his mouth as he contemplated his next move. It had been almost five weeks since he had last seen her and all he wanted to do the moment he saw her was to sink inside her, but he understood there was no time. He had popped in not knowing she had plans to take her brother and his family out to dinner and then go back to the house to cut a cake for his birthday. He was only too happy to have been asked to go along. He didn’t mind. Any opportunity to gain a little more insight into who Kara was the better. It warmed his heart seeing the tenderness and patience she had shown to her niece and nephew. Just thinking about it put a smile on his face. And his stubborn little minx wouldn’t allow him to pay for dinner.

He heard her long sigh and throwing his hands up he wound up saying nothing and walked out of the room.

Sipping scotch from a lowball glass, straight up, Richie sat in the dark as he looked out the window at, well, not much, it was the ocean. Far out, he could make out a string of lights from a ship perhaps. But he really didn’t take much notice of it. His thoughts were on Kara. What had gotten into her? They were usually open and frank with each other. He didn’t know what to make of this.

He had a long laborious week on the ranch, readying it for the winter. He was down one hand, and Rafe was in Nebraska for a few days because his wife’s mother passed away. He couldn’t wait, another month and he was off to Aruba to relax. A smile crept up on his face. He was going to ask Kara to go with him this year.

He took another sip of his drink. When he set the glass down, he began to rise, determined to fix whatever it was that was bothering her, only she startled him as she straddled his lap, pushing him back down as she threw off her top and moved her breasts in to his face. He fell back laughing as he squeezed her tight and moved his mouth vigorously back and forth between them.

“Mmmmm. I was just coming to you, baby.” He nipped her breasts, working his way to a nipple. Pulling on it with his teeth, he felt her shudder and quickly dropped a hand to her panties. They were wet, no surprise there. He moved the material aside and worked his fingers on her and in her. He had her bucking in no time. He quickly picked her up and carried her over to the dining room table in the massive suite and set her down. As he dropped to his knees he brought her panties down and flung them like a sling shot. He chuckled when they landed on the glass chandelier hanging over the table as he brought his face in-between her legs and licked her clitoris.

“Nice shot.” She moaned, and her lower body bucked as she spread her leg wide.

He picked his head up. “Yeah?” he said as he worked a couple of fingers inside her and massaged her clit with his thumb. His eyes kept looking from her face to her pussy. Seeing her in the throes of passion and knowing he was causing it always got him excited. He went back down on her as he deftly removed his jeans. Just before kicking them, he felt her legs wrap around his neck and her hands at the back of his head pulling his face into her as she bucked wilder than a bull. And her moans, growing louder and higher pitched drove him mad with want. He stopped fumbling and concentrated on her pleasure.

When he picked his head up his mouth was glistening and she rose up to kiss him, tasting herself on his mouth as she stuck a hand down his briefs.

His cock jerked and he moaned when she wrapped her hand around his smooth shaft. She slid off the table and dropped to the floor, taking him in her mouth. She worked him and she worked him good with long licks from tip to balls, slow and steady until she gave him what he craved. She took him deep, choking while holding him there as she cupped and squeezed his balls.

His gasps and his hands on her head told her he was close. She needed him inside her so she pulled back on his shaft and it popped out of her mouth. It bounced by her lips and Richie looked down, taking his cock in hand and rubbed it all around her mouth.

“Oh, baby,” he said between gasps. “You’re fucking amazing.” He grabbed her under her arm and yanked her up. “Have you been with anyone?” he asked as he turned her around and pushed her upper body down on the table. He already knew she was on birth control.

She found that an odd question. They never spoke about who and when they did someone else. She stopped sleeping with others over two years ago, and that was a one-time thing with the charming owner of The Draft House, a bar near school.  Timothy had liked her from the moment he had seen her in his bar. They had a lot in common and shared the same politics and parallel stories of their childhood. She drank for free whenever he was in the bar. Finally, she had accepted one of his numerous requests to go out with him, and after a wonderful evening they ended up back at his place. The sex with him was good, and she knew it would be amazing if only she’d let go. But she couldn’t. Her heart belonged to Richie Warren and she found herself cursing him out in her head as she drove home that night. The next day, when Timothy called, she told him she couldn’t see him anymore. He told her he was disappointed but understood and thanked her for being honest with him. And prior to that quick little romp, Dee was the last person she’d been with and that was about three years ago. She really was Content to wait for him, but she never told him, in fear of him pushing away. She’d pull out a toy if need be, to hold her over till she saw him.

“No.” And before she could ask anything, he rammed inside of her to the hilt, almost shoving her off the side of the table.

He brought his head down to her soft back and rubbed his face on it as he slowly pulled out and pushed back in, letting her feel him, his size, his length, his cock without barriers.

The warmth he felt inside of her was nothing he ever experienced before. Yeah, he started nice and slow but before long he moved in and out with short quick strokes and he pulled her hair and brought her head back to take her lips with his. Their tongues moved in unison to his thrusts and all you could hear was their labored breathing, the slapping of naked bodies against each other, and the wetness they created inside her. He snaked a hand to her clit and pinched and pulled and flicked it until she couldn’t take it any more. He felt it hard to move when her muscles contracted around him as she came. And her breaths that he was sucking in were warm and sweet. He wanted to hold out to give her multiple orgasms this round but his dick wouldn’t cooperate. He came inside her hard and hot as his body stiffened.

After a moment’s pause, he slowly pulled out of her, hating the cool air hitting his warm cock. Resting his head against her back he was about to utter three words he’d never told anyone before, but at that moment, he envisioned them walking together and someone yelling out ‘hey, that’s Simone, the porn star’. He blew out a loud breath and straightened up.

“What’s the matter, Richie?” She turned around to see him looking at his cock and he lifted his eyes to hers. He smiled as he shook his head. “Nothing.”

She watched as he walked into the hall bathroom and when he came out she was leaning against the wall by the side of the door. “You wanna tell me what that was?”

“What?” He was startled to see her standing right there.

“You didn’t use a condom.”

“Don’t worry, I’m clean.”

“No. I’m sure. I just—”

“That was amazing.” He pulled her into his arms and kissed her.

In bed that night, as soon as they got settled in, he turned her around and pulled her in close to him. “You doing anything for Christmas?”

She shrugged. “The usual. I’ll be spending it with my brother.”

“Think you can get away and come with me to Aruba?”

“What?” She quickly turned back to him, a smile creeping up on her face.
