He placed the document on the table and reached into his toy bag, withdrawing a bundle of rope.

“If you need to adjust to make yourself more comfortable, I suggest you do it now. It might be a while before you get to move again. Let me know when you’re ready for me to continue.”

She shifted her feet and spread her legs a little wider. All the while obsessing over the fact he was about to tie her down to a table. Minutes passed where neither of them said anything. This was her chance to stop him.

Technically, she agreed to this when she signed the contract. She remembered the paragraph about discipline with stark clarity. The hardest part for her to wrap her mind around was the fact that she wanted this from him. She hadn’t thought about this happening, but now that it was, she couldn’t bear to disappoint him.

“I’m ready, Sir.”

He went to work right away, draping several strands across her back in various locations. He then clipped the ends into some unseen device that tightened the rope to almost no give. Not enough to hurt her, but enough to keep her in place.

He walked around the table several times not saying a word. When she started to breathe a little easier, his hand was suddenly between her legs.

“I guess this isn’t so bad after all, you’re fucking soaked.” His fingers coaxed her aching flesh, first soft, then hard. Outside. Inside. He was everywhere.

He drove into her again and again, bringing her to the brink without letting her go any further. Sweat beaded across her skin as she fought against the ropes in an attempt to get his fingers where she needed them.

“Greedy as ever, I see. Except you don’t get to come right now, do you.?”

She shook her head. He was damn well going to torture her first.

“As much as I adore pleasuring my submissive when she’s sweet, I also have to punish her when she’s bad.” With his fingers still working over her pussy, he again reached into his bag and withdrew a long thin stick with a leather handle on one end.

“Mason, ple—” Her protest died on her lips when he started rubbing across her clit. For a few seconds she thought he was going to let her come, then his hand went away and he was rubbing his cane across her ass.

The first blow stung enough to make her jump, but the pain quickly morphed to something far more pleasurable. The quick subsequent slaps cracked against her flesh and left lasting pain. She was starting to get the idea this wasn’t going to be all fun and games.

“You know what my favorite thing about the cane is? The pretty, little lasting marks it leaves behind. You’ll think of me every time you try to sit on this gorgeous ass over the next several days. I won’t even have to be in the same room. You’ll probably get wet as well.”

As if to punctuate his statement, he shoved several fingers repeatedly inside her until her legs shook from the need to come. His withdrawal this time made tears burn in the back of her eyes. His punishment continued with biting pain across every inch of her buttocks and upper thighs. He never seemed to hit the same spot twice and just when she thought she couldn’t take another, he coaxed her with his fingers to accept more. After a while, the more he touched her, the farther away she seemed to go. It felt like her whole body buzzed with electricity.

“Damn, baby. I think you like a whole lot more pain than either of us thought.” He brought the cane down again, this time the pain biting into her skin.

She cried out, then writhed in her bindings with a string of whimpers.

He continued with the cane, this time turning her body into a mass of sensation. Her brain refired and registered each blow until tears streamed down her face. Then the pain was gone and his hands were on her body, soothing the tender skin of her bottom. Things were starting to get warm again and he pulled away. “One more time, baby. Do. Not. Come.”

“Yes, Sir,” she whispered.

Thwap
.

She tried to arch and couldn’t. How he thought she’d come when she couldn’t even breathe she had no idea.

“If you think you need to come, tell me to stop.”

Before her brain comprehended his fingers were on her clit again, rubbing hard. Within seconds she was panting and on the verge.

“Oh God. Stop. Please.”

His fingers immediately disappeared.

This was so much harder than she expected and so fucking good.

He soothed her fiery skin and comforted her with soft whispers. When she started to relax he did it again. Stroking her hard and fast, bringing her back to the brink in seconds.

“Stop, please.”

“No. Don’t come.”

She didn’t think it would stop. The pressure it kept building.

“ Stop. Can’t. Stop.”

“Listen to me, Rebecca. Hear my voice. Do not come.”

She wanted to look at him. Plead with him. But she could no longer speak, moaning her only option to communicate.

“Fuck.” His hand disappeared and instead he prodded her opening with his cock, before thrusting into her in one savage thrust. While she was lost in the never ending agonizing pleasure, Mason fucked her hard, digging his fingers into her hips.

She screamed when she came and he drove harder. Taking her up and over the edge more than once. On the verge of possibly passing out, Mason plunged deep one last time and groaned his release.

Rebecca wanted to lay there forever and never move again. His cock fit perfectly.

“Gotta move, my love.”

She froze. What did he call her? She was still trying to process when the rope came off and disappeared.

He brushed the wet hair from her eyes and stroked her lips with gentle kisses. “I missed you so much. Please don’t scare me like that again.”

“Missed you too.”

“C’mon let’s get you in the tub before those marks really start to hurt.” He lifted her upright then scooped her into his arms, being careful not to put too much pressure on any sore spots.

“Mason.”

“Yeah?”

“I know I’m not supposed to say this, but since you dragged me here after I tried to stay away and then you beat my ass and tortured me until I came so hard the top of my head nearly blew off, I think I have to say it.”

He laughed. “Sounds serious after all that.”

“I’m in love with you.”

He stopped midstride and stared down at her. He couldn’t have heard that right. “Come again?”

Some of the fear from earlier appeared on her face and she bit her lip. “Please don’t make me say it again.”

Instead of going to the bathroom he veered back to the living room and took a seat on the couch with her on his lap. He grabbed a blanket and wrapped it around her.

“I was hoping for a little more time before things got heavy.”

Her brow furrowed and her lips pressed thin. “I’m not going to apologize for being honest this time. And I’m okay if you don’t feel the same.”

“It’s not that, Rebecca. There are some things you don’t know about me.”

“I already know more than you think. I know Tucker’s your brother. And probably Levi too. Not Gabe though. His blood type is completely incompatible with the rest of you. Of course, that makes Nina your sister, which explains soooo much. While the night your father died is a little unclear, I suspect there’s a lot more to the story than what Mrs. Lewis announced to the press. Can you reach my purse? I brought something for you."

Shocked by how much she already knew, he plucked her purse from the sofa and handed it over. She pulled a thick, well worn manila folder out and gave it to him.

“This is everything. All my research. All my notes on your family. I want you to have it.”

“Why would you give it to me? Don’t you need it for your story?”

Her shoulders sagged a little. “You should know by now I wasn’t really looking for a story. I wanted to know who my sister’s Master was because I thought there was more to her death.” She shook her head. “No, that’s not completely true. After she died I found her journal. I read and re-read it so many damn times I convinced myself the only way I’d learn the truth was if I walked in her shoes. I was so captivated by what she wrote in those pages, I lost perspective on everything.” She pulled the blanket around her legs tighter. “And eventually I lost myself.”

Other than the journal, she wasn’t telling him anything he didn’t already know. “You’re not lost now. I didn’t come after you because I was angry. Well, I was obviously upset, but that’s only because I’ve been going out of my mind trying to find you. And while I do expect you to honor your contract, that’s not why I came after you either.”

“You were horny?”

“Smart ass.” He pinched her leg in retaliation.

Rebecca squirmed around in his lap until she was on her knees. The blanket fell from her shoulders and it took a great deal of restraint not to touch her breathtaking body.

She grabbed his face and held it between her hands, pressing the sweetest kiss on his lips, making his heart ache for her all over again.

“I know you thought you needed to rescue me, but I don’t need you to rescue me all the time.”

He shook his head. “That’s not it.” He pulled her forward and kissed her deep, stroking his tongue against hers. She gave so much and asked for so little in return. Little did she know he planned to give her the whole world.

“Baby, I needed you to rescue me.”

She sat back on her feet and stared at him slack-jawed. “What are you saying?” The question was spoken so quietly, he barely heard her.

“I’m saying I love you too. But my life comes with a lot of baggage and you need to know the truth.”

“Did you not read your own research on me? I've got my fair share of baggage.”

“That was Victor’s doing, but yeah, I read it.”

“Then you know I got fired and evicted.”

“I covered up the truth about my own father’s death.”

She shook her head. “I’ve been declared mentally unstable twice.”

“I falsely accused you of trying to trick me into marriage.”

“So what you’re saying is that we’re both pretty fucked up?”

“And together that makes us perfect.”

She sagged against his chest and wrapped her arms around his waist. “That’s some pretty insane logic.”

He kissed the top of her head. “Guess that means we need more ground rules. Maybe even a new contract.”

She laughed. “You’re insane if you think I’m going to sign a new one. Oh and speaking of... What are we going to do about that crazy stunt in Vegas? I don’t need a marriage certificate to be your new sex slave.”

He rolled them over until she was under him and he came down on top of her. “Maybe I do. Although that means another trip to Vegas because apparently the first one was a fake.”

“Really? We were never married?”

“Nope.”

She grabbed her head and moaned. “Don’t tell me anymore. My little heart can’t take it.”

“We still good?”

She stared back at him, her gaze never wavering. “Yes, Sir. We’re better than good.”
