he book of Ruth takes place in two primary locations: Bethlehem (in Judah) and Moab. Today’s assignment is to get a geographical context for this passage of Scripture by seeing what you can discover about these two places. First use a concordance and see what you can find out from Scripture alone. (You may not be able to look up all the references, but examine enough of a sampling to discover some patterns.) Then, if you wish, consult other sources to see what they have to say about the significance of these two locations in the Bible.
