His laugh rumbled in her ear and through her body as he pulled her upright to lean back against his solid warmth until he was soft again. His penis slipped from her, and she sighed.

He stripped off the condom and washed them both down again, before turning off the water and wrapping her in a big, fluffy bath sheet.

He dried her carefully, checking her spanked ass and reapplying salve, and even dried her hair. He opened a cupboard and pulled out a new blue paper gown.

She blinked at it in confusion. Surely this was over now?

“Sam?” he said.

“I thought... you were leaving now.”

He smiled, and dropped a kiss on the top of her head. “No. You need constant monitoring throughout the night. And I want you to have a little rest right now.” He unfolded the gown and helped her put it on, this time with the ties at the back. The crinkling paper still gave her a thrill.

He stripped the bed with brisk efficiency and remade it with clean, fresh-smelling linens. A man who could make a bed like that? Very impressive.

“Lie down on your stomach,” he said, turning off the lamp so that the room was lit only by moonlight.

She stretched out with a happy groan, and he sat beside her. She felt him opening her gown, and heard him open a cap. Then his hands were sweeping expertly over her neck, back, buttocks, legs, and even her feet. She made very happy noises to encourage him, and struggled to stay awake to enjoy it, but soon lost the battle.

A little later, she woke herself with a nightmare. Master Dan sat in a chair beside the bed, watching her with concern.

“Sorry,” she said, a little embarrassed, even now, after all they’d done.

He shook his head. “Nothing for you to be sorry about. I didn’t want to wake you in case I scared you. Want to talk about it?”

“No, thanks, I can’t even remember exactly what it was about,” she said. “It’s more just a feeling of... “ she trailed off, trying to find the words. “Terror, I guess. Helplessness. Anger. I’m just... processing a lot right now.”

He nodded. “I’m aware of that. How are you feeling now?” he said, handing her a bottle of water. “You’re obviously in a bit of a fragile state, and some of the things we did tonight would push even an experienced guest. I hope it was a good kind of release, and not too much for you.”

She shook her head. “I was a little scared sometimes, especially during the enemas and the catheters, and when the other doms came in, but I knew you wouldn’t harm me, even though some of it was really uncomfortable and difficult.” She gave a rueful grin. “And unbelievably embarrassing, but incredibly sexy at the same time.”

He grinned, and nodded. “I understand that, Sam. Playing on that volatile combination of feelings is a way of getting past your defences and bringing you to that point of release. Everybody reacts to it in a different way, and has different boundaries and barriers that we have to work with. The process of getting through those was probably harder for you tonight than it might be at another time, because of your recent experiences. Did we do right by you tonight?”

She was touched that he’d actually asked. “Yes, it was perfect. Not always what I
wanted
, but you seemed to know exactly what I needed. I don’t know how you did it, but thank you.”

He leaned in, cupped her face in his hands, and kissed her again. “It was my pleasure, Sam. You’re a tough cookie, and definitely one of my more challenging clients, but for me, that’s what made our session so rewarding. Just remember that letting people take care of you when you need it doesn’t mean you’re weak. Be strong enough to ask for what you need.” He grinned. “Or what you want.”

She grinned back. This could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship. “Sir, would you please take my temperature?”

He laughed. “I thought you’d never ask.”

End.
