However, Ashten would weigh almost twice what she did, she shouldn’t worry about hurting him.

Jacky stepped closer and swung her leg over his head, planted her thighs either side of his head on the mattress and stared at his lovely long cock.

Ashten licked her clit and she cried out as heat shot up into her belly. She fell forward and put both hands on his thighs, dipped her head so that she could take him into her mouth.

Yummy.

She wrapped her lips around the head of his cock, got better balanced and encircled the base with her hand.

He groaned and bucked his hips, forcing his length deeper into her mouth. She tried to concentrate on what she was doing to him, but as he began to suckle her clit and lick her pussy opening with eager strokes, her mind wouldn’t focus properly.

“Argh, oh… shit.” Tingles of awareness and pleasure ran all across her body as his tongue slipped over every sensitive spot she had.

Focus.

She used her hands on Ashten’s cock, swallowing as much of him as she could handle and moaning as he pushed her closer to climax. That’s when she felt Raylock’s hands on her.

He began massaging her arse cheeks and running his fingers up and down her spine. She moaned at the double assault on her senses, her belly tightening with arousal as Ashten flicked her clit with his tongue over and over.

Her body exploded and she screamed out, convulsing as her orgasm ripped through her.

Raylock slapped her on the arse, growling. “Good girl. I hope you’re going to cum again for me.”

And before she’d come down properly from her heightened bliss, he thrust his thick cock straight into her wet pussy.

“Fuu...ck!”

She cried out as he pounded into her, grabbing her hips and riding her hard and fast. Shards of white light exploded through her head, her body an undulating mass of pleasure nerves.

Ashten groaned under her and she set her mouth back on him. The race was on now as they groaned, gasped and thumped together. She sucked hard, feeling the tension growing in her belly once again.

Ashten tensed beneath her and she thrust her mouth down on his cock as he spurted into her mouth. She drank him down greedily, the salty tang of him sliding down her throat.

Raylock roughly grabbed her hips and pulled her back on him harder. He fucked her hard and deep until she couldn’t hold any longer. Screaming out to him, she came all over his cock, rippling around him continually.

He groaned loudly and squirted inside her, making her cum again. She cried out, collapsing forward and convulsing against Ashten. Sandwiched between her two men, everything disappeared.

The next day she was beginning to acknowledge that she was way too sore to keep having so much sex. Sure, it was incredible, but her belly actually hurt from so many orgasms and there was a general saddle-sore feeling about every muscle in her body that screamed at her that she needed to rest.

Jacky grinned as she called out to her beautiful chef. “Did you hear that Karen escaped and ran away to go shopping yesterday?”

Raylock chuckled as he cooked them all breakfast, the delicious smell of bacon and eggs cooking in oil and butter filling the cabin.

“Yes, Duncan and Brad were not happy. They wanted to launch a full scale assault until they found her trying on shoes.” Raylock grimaced with distaste and it was Jacky’s turn to laugh.

“I’ve told you Karen is the city chick. I had to bribe her just to come out here for a couple of days, the idea of staying here forever is doing her head in. I’m not sure she’s going to stay, even with all the pheromones and special stuff you guys can do.”

Ashten walked into the small kitchen and scooped her up, placing her on his lap and cuddling her as he always did. The affection from these men amazed her; they never got sick of her touch.

She kissed his nose and cuddled in, amazed at how natural this felt already. She’d be happy to live her life like this forever. She’d need a job, or at least something to do for the men and the business, but there were so many things to do. She already had a list.

She could take visitors for walks, do the tour guide thing. Their website needed major updating too. She’d love all of it.

Ashten tucked her hair behind her ear and said, “I hope you aren’t feeling the same restlessness, beautiful.”

She grinned up at him and reached for a piece of bacon on the plate that Raylock placed down in front of her. She bit into it and moaned.
Yum
.

“No, not at all. I’d love to stay out here with you guys, indefinitely. But I positively need to find something else to do other than have sex and sleep, you’ve broken my fanny.”

“We didn’t go anywhere near your fanny… not yet anyway.”

She frowned and realized that the American translation for fanny was very different to the Australian one. “I mean my vagina, pussy, whatever you want to call it. I love mating with you guys all the time, but I’m sore. And I really want to get back outside and explore the woods again!”

The boys shared a look and Raylock served them all breakfast, an absolute mountain of food. No wonder her men were so big, there had to be over a dozen eggs scrambled and half a pig on the table.

“We’d rather you stay with us.”

Ashten scooped up some eggs and began feeding her.

She jumped off his lap and pulled her plate in front of her as she sat down on her own chair. She wasn’t a child. “Look, I know you guys are trying to take care of me, but I can definitely feed myself, dress myself and preferably go for walks by myself. I’m a big girl, have been for a long time.”

Ashten served himself breakfast and cocked his head at her in a gesture of surprise. “We thought by spoiling you, in bed and out, you would be more likely to stay.”

That had definitely been the right decision, she most certainly wanted to stay!

“And it has been amazing, but I’d love to just see what life would be like if I stayed. You know, show me what you guys do every day. Show me the land that you say is yours. I’d like to meet your brothers, all of that.”

She looked at Raylock who just grinned and began eating, fried eggs, tomatoes and bacon flying off his plate and down his throat.

Wow. And I thought I could eat.

“Alright. Let’s start with a tour of the grounds and you can meet some of our other brothers.”

Jacky gave them both a huge smile and shoveled some of the eggs into her mouth, growing excitement building in her chest. Being able to spend her days exploring this property was a dream come true.

“By myself?”

Raylock grunted. “No way.”

She looked to Ashten, the calmer and more communicative of the two.

“It’s not safe, beautiful.”

“But you said there are rules about what can happen on your land. What could possibly happen if I stick close to the lodge?”

“No.”

Ashten smiled gently at her. “One of us will come with you, especially to start with. Once you learn your way around the place, we’ll see.”

“Oh thank you!”

She jumped for Ashten, giving him a kiss on the lips, then leaned over to kiss Raylock.

Raylock grunted and kept eating. “We’ll see.”

Chapter 4.

The afternoon was simply beautiful, sunny, clear skies with a little breeze.

“Please, please, please. Let’s go explore!”

Raylock stood up, pulling on a shirt.

“I have to go deal with a vampire situation. We were dealing with it when you and Karen turned up and we got called home. Some of the boys turned up last night and left word that the situation has got worse.”

“Vampires? Really? Now that’s cool.” Visions of sexy, ancient men swam through her head and Ashten growled next to her.

“Don’t go romanticizing them like the movies do. Vampires can be vengeful and especially nasty about property. And since they live practically forever, it means everyone has a beef with everyone else. It’s a pain in our arses.”

Jacky frowned. “All of them? What a shame.”

Raylock grunted. “No, not all. Some of them are decent people just wanting to go about their business, but this Amire crew… they aren’t seeing sense and I’m not sure we’ll be able to make them see it.”

Jacky bounced over to her huge man-mountain and threw her arms around his neck.

“Well, good luck then. I’ll see you later?”

He nodded once and dropped his head for a kiss that took her breath away and did nothing to douse the always smoldering fire in her belly.

“You will. Be careful.”

He stomped off and she was left alone with Ashten.

She turned and gave him her biggest smile. “Where shall we begin?”

****

Ashten held tight to his beautiful mate’s hand as they traipsed around the land, pointing out sights, animals and trees she wanted to know about. She had a hundred questions and her enthusiasm was a joy to watch.

“This is all so beautiful, Ashten! Let’s get higher, I want to see the view.”

Jacky broke off from his hand, the coldness as she left him rushing over him was amazingly powerful and he took off after her. She was running through the forest, her happy laughter echoing around him like the most beautiful music.

“I’m going to catch you.” He growled playfully and darted around the trees, pinching at her gorgeous bum and letting her continue to run.

Ashten growled and stomped, his heart pumping and adrenaline streaking through his blood as he ran in the sunshine with his mate.

They broke free of the forest and Jacky splashed into the low stream that flowed at the boundary of their property.

Shit. I didn’t realize we were this far out.

“Do polar bears like water?” She teased as she kicked her legs in the cold water, her delighted face one of true beauty.

He stood still and watched her stretch her arms out wide, turning her face towards the soft winter sun.

“We love it actually. This is the boundary to our land. It runs the south and eastern borders.”

He pointed down towards the area where the river winded between two massive Alaskan cypress trees.

“Really? Who owns this side?”

Jacky jumped out of the stream and strolled towards the farm next to them.

Ashten’s heart began to pound as fear skittered along his spine.

“Jacky, come back. You’re not safe when you’re off our land.”

She turned and smiled at him, raising one eyebrow. “You gonna come and get me, big guy?”

“Oh, you wanna play again, do you?”

Which wasn’t a bad idea. He needed her back on their land as soon as possible, and if that meant carrying her back over the threshold, then so be it.

She squeaked and started running.

“I’m going to get you.”

He stepped into the stream and cold water soaked his shoes and the bottom of his pants. “You’ll pay for that, my beautiful girl.”

He started running after her and something caught his attention. A noise, a whooshing. Something running. That smell. Death.

“Jacky!”

Pain thumped through the back of Ashten’s head and a high pitched cry pierced his eardrums.

He hit the ground.

Another scream sounded and Ashten jumped up, his magic flowing faster than it ever had before. He reached out for the male vampire in front of him, his white paw gripping the vamp’s neck and squeezing hard.

“We…”

Ashten threw him to the ground and slammed his foot through the vampire’s head. He didn’t care. He’d deal with the fall out later.

Jacky.

He began running in the direction he’d last seen her running.

He circled around and around the trees, her sweet smell lingering, but there was nothing but air and grass.

He roared into the sky, his heart cracking in his chest.

He ran, true fear trickling along his skin like ice water as he got closer to his brother.

Raylock came running out and Ashten reluctantly let his bear go, shifting back to human.

“What the hell’s happened?”

“Jacky’s been taken. Vampires. I killed the one who attacked me, but they grabbed Jacky when my back was turned.”

Raylock growled, clenching his fists and pacing in front of him.

“This is our land! That’s impossible.”

“It’s not impossible. We were playing by the stream and we both stepped over onto the McGloughlin land. I was only a few feet on the farm, they must have been watching. None of that matters now. All that’s important is that we find her. How are we going to do that?”

Raylock didn’t stop pacing as white fur sprouted out his face, then disappeared, returning a moment later. His anger and fear was obviously causing a problem with his shifting control.

“Those fucking bastards! What do they want? They have to have a reason for grabbing her!”

Ashten nodded, his mind clearing now that he had shared the problem with his brother and he needed to find a solution. “True. Let’s go find our brothers and get a hunting party together. Let’s get our mate back.”

“You better let me go. Or there’s going to be hell to pay.”

The three vampires in the room laughed at her, their strange faces contorting in the half light. It was sundown and her men still hadn’t found her. How was that possible? Weren’t they like,
super
paranormal?

“We’re damned no matter what, remember? So what can your peacekeepers do that are worse than that?”

“They can make sure you get there sooner.”

One of the older males, although their actual age was almost impossible to determine, appeared in front of her, staring down at her, where they’d left her sitting in a chair. She wasn’t tied up, but she assumed that was because they knew she had no way of escaping. They were so strong, and so fast, she still couldn’t believe the way they’d literally flown in and stolen her.

The man stared down at her, his red irises glowing with ill health. “If I were you, I wouldn’t try to upset us. We won’t kill you yet, but that doesn’t mean we won’t take you as close to death as possible, before we barter with your Peacekeepers.”

Jacky bit her lip and tried not to shiver outright as the goosebumps flowed over her skin. She didn’t say anything else so he moved away and she could breathe again.

Woah, they’re scary.

She looked around the room once again for clues to where she was, but soon gave up. Even if she could work something out, how would she communicate that with Ashten and Raylock? Impossible.

One thing was annoying her though.

“How come you’re able to walk around in the sunlight? I thought vampires couldn’t do that.” Unless all the movies and the stories are completely wrong. She really should have asked Ashten and Raylock more questions.

The group around her, composed of three men, looked between themselves with amused expressions and the older one spoke to her again. “You don’t know much, do you?”

She shook her head, deciding that pleading ignorance was definitely an advantage here. “No, I only arrived a few days ago. Before then, vampires, werewolves, shifters… they were all fairytales.”

This time the younger male with red hair chortled. “We’re far from being fairytales.”

Jacky relaxed into her chair. Maybe she could get them to tell her why they’d taken her? Perhaps she could make them take her back to her men? If they had a chance of saving her it was together, and where they could see her.

She tried for a smile and lifted her voice to a higher pitch.

“I’m pretty new to this world. Won’t you tell me how you can be out in the sunlight? Please? It’s all pretty amazing to me.”

They all shared a look and the older one arrived in front of her again.

“Most vampires cannot be out in direct daylight for long, but here, the strength of sunlight in Alaska is low, and we have a higher tolerance, being older than three hundred years. We cannot be out for too long, but for the time it took to grab you, that was tolerable for us.”

She feigned awe, opening her eyes and blinking at them. “You certainly were fast. Too fast for Ashten, who’s a Peacekeeper. You must be very powerful indeed. But why did you guys grab me? I mean… do you want anything in particular?”

She looked around the room at the other men, keeping her voice light and her eyes all wide and innocent. She needed to find out what they wanted, and maybe she could organize a trade of some kind.

The man standing over her grabbed her chin with cold fingers and tipped up her face to meet his gaze. “We want the territories we were promised by our maker. The Peacekeepers have the final decision and power, and if we have you, then they are much more likely to agree with us.”

“Your maker?”

“Yes, the man who sired all four of us. He owned the territories of Alaska and across the northern states of Canada. We’ve roamed there for over three hundred years with no challenge to our claim. Now, a new coven has moved into Nebraska and we want them out.”

That seemed like a hell of a lot of land for only four vampires, but what did she know about this world?

“Do you need all that land? I mean, you can only live in one town at a time. Couldn’t you split the townships evenly?”

“No! It is not the towns themselves, it is the people in it that we wish to feed from. We must maintain anonymity without raising alarm bells for our community. We must follow the rules of our kind, which means never killing too many people in the one area. We must keep moving, and we cannot start sharing with vampires that could destroy our routes.”

Jacky swallowed hard at the vehemence in their voices. It sounded like a bit of communication wouldn’t go astray, but she wasn’t saying anything of the sort. If they killed those they fed off, she didn’t want to upset them.

“I agree with you. Maybe I can talk to Ashten and Raylock for you? Convince them that for your safety and that of your kind, things need to stay the way they’ve always been. Surely these new vamps can go somewhere else?”

The man twisted away, speaking in inaudible tones amongst themselves.

Finally, the younger stepped forward, his auburn curls adorable in a strange way. “You would speak for us?”

She nodded vigorously. “Of course I would. It doesn’t sound like this other family, or whatever you called them, has any claim on your land at all.”

Hopefully she sounded convincing, part of her agreed with what she said. It must be hard, after so many centuries, to deal with change. Her own father couldn’t handle sleeping in past 6 a.m. after he retired, forty years of routine got to a person.

The three men spoke together and then picked her up once again, the older one carrying her in his arms like a baby. She rolled her eyes and let her arms awkwardly fall over her legs. She didn’t even need to hold on. They wouldn’t drop her, not by accident anyway.

“You know I’m actually very heavy.”

He snorted at her and started running.

She closed her eyes and squeezed her hands into tight fists. She was never getting used to this.

Hopefully Ashten and Raylock could get her out of this, because even though she knew she’d done the first step in getting back to her mates, she also knew there may be blood shed before the night was out. There were going to be two lots of vampires and a whole lot of pissed off Peacekeepers to deal with, and if she was lucky, they’d forgive her for bringing the fight to them.

****

Raylock’s heart thudded against his ribs like it was trying to escape, slamming into his lungs over and over again.

He could barely breathe without his mate.

Where was she? What were they doing to her? No one had seen hide nor hair of the vampires that had taken her, and corpses didn’t speak. If his brother hadn’t been so stupid, first allowing Jacky to leave their land, and then killing the only link they had to the vampires, his mate would be asleep in their bed rather that out there alone.

“They’ve been spotted by Brad, Raylock! By the river where she was taken!” Ashten’s excited voice had him running towards the back of the lodge. It was dark now. Vampire territory.

“What? Didn’t we check there three times already?”

“Yes. Let’s go.”
