My breath caught in my throat as I looked at him above me.
“Play with yourself,” he repeated again in a no nonsense voice as his hands ran slowly down the backs of my legs.
I rubbed along my labia and down the slit of my wetness as he instructed, all the while still looking at him as he gazed at my hand.
His pupils dilated and he drew in slow deep breaths.
“Put a finger inside and swirl it around.” His voice had gone low and it made me hotter than ever causing my pussy to drip with my sticky essence.
“Now add another finger, then pull it out. I want to see it on your fingers.”
I pulled out and lifted my fingers for his inspection.
He inhaled the scent of my pleasure. “Put it in your mouth and suck the juices off your fingers.”
I brought my fingers to my mouth and pulled one inside, drawing in slowly. I paused at my lips and rubbed the other finger on the bottom lip, then pushed the finger into my mouth and licked it off clean.
Jordan took a sharp breath as his eyes followed my actions.
“That’s just fucking hot,” he mumbled. He came down to my mouth and took my lips in a deep kiss, sucking my bottom lip into his hot mouth.
My breath increased as I started to squirm below him.
Jordan made me repeat the action several times before he pulled me onto his massive erection. We both mewled with our own sounds of pleasure as he advanced into me, slowly at first, then increased the tempo of his hips. He pulled my legs together so they were pointing straight up and in front of his face. My bottom was hitting on his legs. Jordan continued to pound his shaft into me. The look on his face was fierce as he gazed down at our joined bodies.
My pussy was sliding on his cock, my juices dripping between our joined bodies. “Jordan!” I yelled out.
Following right behind me, he groaned as he filled me for the first time ever with his cum deep inside my body. He continued to move slowly in me as he emptied every drop.
We looked at each other and listened to the sticky sound of his cum mixed with mine. A huge smile broke across his face. I grinned up foolishly at him as 10 years later we experience another first together.
“Unbelievable,” Jordan said. He stopped moving and put my legs around his waist.
My limbs were tired and all I wanted to do was snuggle into Jordan and fall asleep.
He detangled our bodies and got off the bed. Reaching in a corner compartment, he came out with a box of wet wipes and cleaned me off first, then himself. Jordan lifted me up and pulled the cover and sheet from under my body then slid us both under the linens.
I inhaled his unique scent and slowly fell asleep.
Chapter 18
“Babe.”
I open my eyes and look up at Jordan. He was dressed and sitting on the side of the bed rubbing my back. I stretched and yawned. The past couple of hours came rushing back to my foggy brain. A slow smile crossed my face as my eyes fluttered shut again.
“Babe, you need to get up. Come on, lazy bones.” Jordan pulled the covers off of me. “Sorry I kept you up late last night. I know you’re tired, but we’ll be landing soon.” He handed me a large fluffy towel and inclined his head towards the tiny shower.
I got up, quickly showered off my body, then got dressed. I went into the main cabin. Jordan was sitting at the table working on one of the computers.
“She lives. I had some fresh coffee made for us.” He pulled me down on his lap and nuzzled my neck with his face.
I poured some coffee into a cup and relaxed in his arms while I drank the hot liquid. “What are you working on?” I asked out of curiosity.
“I just purchased another high-rise building in downtown Houston,” he answered, as he looked back at the screen with graphs, charts, symbols and numbers.
They all looked Greek to me, but he was quite interested in whatever they were.
“Another? I didn’t know you hand one there in the first place.”
“That is because you totally and completely cut me out of your life, including my business acquisitions that were sure to be on the news or in newspapers. But since you avoided business news of any kind…” he playfully tapped me on my nose.
“Hmm. So you moved back to Houston, bought a couple high-rise buildings. What else?”
Jordan threw his head back and laughed. I looked at him with raised brows. “Let me see…you want me to catch you up on my business dealing in Houston, or around the world? And I should do this in ten minutes?” he finished.
“Yup. Pretty much.” I smiled at him sweetly.
“Smartass,” he grumbled. “I have acquired several large commercial properties in and around the Houston area. I am building a condo with two hundred units in The Woodlands and bought a high-rise there that was going into bankruptcy. Let’s see, there is also a hotel and golf course in Galveston and a couple other things I’m working on.” He lifted me off his lap and led me to the seat across the isle, as we got ready for landing.
“Busy much?” I asked. My head spun with all that he has been working on over the past few months right under my nose.
“Oh, you know me. With time on my hands since you ignored me, I had to find something to do, and since time means money, I made some more while waiting for the right time to get you back.”
The flight attendant came and cleaned the table, and shut off the computers and TV. A few minutes later the airplane landed easily. With renewed energy thanks to some great sex and sleep, I descended the stairs of the aircraft after thanking the captain and flight attendant.
We made our way to the new black Infiniti SUV waiting for us. The luggage was delivered in the back of the vehicle and we headed to my first meeting. Jordan made a few phone calls as I took in the lovely scenery of San Francisco.
The vehicle came to a stop at the main entrance of San Francisco General Hospital. Jordan placed a light kiss on my lips and got out. The driver opened my door and I walked around to the other side where Andre was waiting for me. He was chatting with Jordan about Napa.
I gave Andre a quick hug and waved goodbye to Jordan as he got back in the vehicle. I could not help but take note of several women that paused on their way in and out of the building giving appreciative looks at Jordan.
We walked to the professional building that housed the administrative part of the hospital. The sights and sounds of patients, doctors, nurses and other medical caregivers walking along the hallway or waiting in various offices reminded me of my own clinical nursing not that long ago.
The door to the elevator opened and we stepped in. Andre pressed the button for the 10th floor and looked at me with a grin on his face as if waiting for me to say something about our change in plans or the reason for such changes, but I didn’t take the bait.
We stepped into the lobby. A woman at the desk informed us that the team we are meeting would be available in a few minutes.
Andre placed a call to the Houston office to check on the day’s events and see if there were any immediate issues we needed to help with, but all was well and Veronica had the place running like a well-oiled machine. The only glitch this morning was Mrs. Royden, who requested we keep her on service and not take her nurse away since Robert and I were no longer together. Veronica said she reassured her that her nursing care would not be interrupted.
“Jordan seems to be a really nice guy,” Andre said as we sat across from each other.
“Hmm,” was the only response he got from me. Andre has heard bits and pieces of my past history with Jordan over the years, but had not met him until the night of my birthday party.
“Yeah. Must really suck to have someone chase after you for 10 years. And not just anyone, but
the
Jordan Dawson,” Andre commented as he scrolled through his phone.
“Don’t start, Andre, and don’t go feeling sorry for him.” I pulled my phone from my purse to check for messages.
“Oh crap!” I said, looking down at my phone. I still didn’t know what the password was. I hadn’t remembered to ask Jordan what it was and now I had no access to my phone or computer.
“What’s up, boss?” Andre had a concerned look on his face.
“Um. Do you mind if I call Jordan on your phone? My battery seems to be on the blink.” I made up the sorry excuse as Andre gave me his phone. I stared at the phone since it dawned on me that I didn’t know Jordan’s cell phone number. Think, think…
“So will you make the call or would you like for me to do it?”
I took a deep breath and handed the phone back to Andre. “Here’s the deal, Andre. I, ah, I changed the passcode to my phone and computer and now I don’t remember it.” I avoided eye contact with him.
“So how do you propose to get access to your devices? I can try to hack into it, but am just not that good.” He rubbed his chin as he tried to think of a solution to my dilemma.
“Please Google Jordan’s company office in Houston and speak with his administrative assistant for me? Tell her I need to get a hold of Jordan on his personal cell phone.” Yeah. I am proud of myself for being evasive and clever.
“Here you go. Helen, his assistant, needs to speak with you,” Andre said passing me the phone.
Shit!
“This is Zoe Caine,” I said.
“Miss Caine, I hope you had an uneventful trip to San Francisco this morning. I’m sorry, but I have strict orders from Mr. Dawson that if you ever call the office, I must speak to you personally to make sure you are well and whatever your needs are, I will endeavor to take care of them promptly.” Ever the efficient administrative assistant, Helen was polite and professional.
“I’m fine, Helen. The flight went smoothly and all is well with me. I do need Jordan’s cell phone number. I must have misplaced it somewhere.” I knew that was a lame excuse but I was at an impasse.
Helen gave me the number and I jotted it down on a notepad. “Miss Caine, please allow me to call Mr. Dawson for you.”
“That won’t be necessary, Helen. I will call him myself, but thank you.”
“I am so sorry, Miss Caine, but I have strict instructions from Mr. Dawson, that if you should call for him, I must call to give him a full report immediately to make sure that I have taken care of your issue to his satisfaction.”
Really? I was trying to stay amenable with Jordan but this was just ridiculous. I thanked Helen for her help and told her I would hold on the line for Jordan. A few seconds later Jordan came on the line and Helen disconnected on her end.
“I need the passcode for my phone and computer.” I got right to the reason for my call since I was feeling more than a little exasperated.
“The code for your phone is the last two numbers of the year I was born then the last two numbers of the year you were born.”
My eyebrows shot up with the new code. I wanted to argue with him about it but I didn’t have time.
“And the password for your computer is hotSexyZo30 with the s and z capitalized.”
With that tidbit of information I got up and walked down the hall to have a few words in private with Jordan since I didn’t want to do it with an audience.
“First of all, it is my phone, so my numbers should have come first, but more importantly, I cannot possibly use that password for my computer,” I told him as I paced the quiet hallway.
“I want you to think about me as much as I do about you, so since you use your phone often you will do just that every time you make a call. Now why is the computer password a problem?” he asked.
“What if for some reason I need someone to access my computer? That is just not appropriate for me to tell my employees.” My reason for not wanting to use the new password was plausible, but Jordan argued with me about it for another minute, all the while I could hear a hint of teasing in his voice. He finally told me that he could change my password to something more appropriate, but for today I would need to work with what I had.
I returned to the waiting area just in time. We were summoned to the conference room where we met with someone from the legal team, human resources, nursing services and accounting.
“Miss Caine, my name is Emma from hospital administration. I wanted to personally welcome you to San Francisco and thank you for expanding your nursing services to this area. As you know, nurses are in high demand and the shortage is great nationwide. We hope to form a partnership with your agency as we continue to serve the communities in our area.” Emma seemed to be a few years older than me, but it was surprising that she is here from administration and seemed ready to sign my contract before the meeting even started.
“Thank you, Emma.”
A middle-aged balding man nodded his head in Emma’s direction and focused on me. “Miss Caine, I am Earl Newell from the legal team. We are honored that you have chosen San Francisco General to expand your agency and welcome you and your nurses with open arms. It is indeed a pleasure to be associated with such a stellar professional business owner as yourself. We have your file with accolades from many businesses including physicians from the Houston medical community about your agency, and the fine work that you have done to make so many hospitals run more efficiently as you provide much needed relief to full-time nursing staff.”
I was thrilled that my agency’s reputation is good and has always provided my nurses with training and education while expecting professionalism from every one of them, as they represented the agency in their workplace.
“Miss Caine, my name is Irene from Human Resources. I will be working closely with your office to maintain your employees’ records, credentials and licenses. We are excited to work with your agency and look forward to have your nurses ready to work in our hospital just as soon as they are processed in our system.”
And last, but not least, was the accountant that said he would expedite payment to the agency on a bi-weekly basis.
The attorney had our contracts ready to be signed and would be sending the signed documents via computer file to my office in Houston.
I looked it over with Andre as we focused on the most important part, such as protecting the nurses and agency in liability issues and other such matters. They had all the necessary operating and business licensing credentials for the agency. The meeting lasted a little over an hour and left my head spinning.
