As we wait I take in my surroundings. I didn't really get a good look at them the last time we were here. Not the front of the house anyway. They have a nice small front yard, yet far enough from the road to be comfortable. What they lack for size up here they make up for in the back. Shrubs line the wrap around porch. It's beautiful but modest. You would never know a millionare lived here and I know that's excactly how Braydon wants it.
Ilyanna answers the door looking cute in a flowing flower print sundress. “Looking good momma. How are you feeling?”
“Eh, bored off of my ass, but good. Braydon won't even let me lift a finger. I have about three months left. If he keeps this shit up I'm going to lose my mind.” She gives me a drawn out hug then turns her attention to Brent, treating him to a more chaste one. “Thank you so much for stepping up at the office. Although like I said, your boss has been a pain in my ass but I love him all the same. Come on in, dinner should be done soon.”
The first thing I notice as we walk in is a loud throaty growl surrounded by what I can only assume is music coming from the kitchen. “What the hell is he listening to?” I ask making her laugh
“I think it's Five hand dead slap.”
Her answer sends Brent into hysterics. “You crack me up. The band is called Five finger death punch.” He continues to lose it, holding his gut. “Not whatever the hell you just called it.” He starts off toward the noise and yells out. “Hey man, your girl's in here completely butchering your music.”
We follow him into the kitchen where Braydon's finishing up putting dinner onto plates. We all take a seat at the island. While we eat I fill them in about our trip to my parents house. Thank goodness he's turned that crap off. If I had to listen to it any longer I would have gotten a headache for sure. They sit and listen while Brent and I take turns telling them the sordid details from that day.
“We forgot our bags at the hotel. Being in such a hurry to get her home, it completely slipped my mind that we had dropped them off at the room before we went to their house. So I went to get them at the front desk the next day and paid her father a little visit.” I still can't believe he did that. But I'm glad that he did. He got to have a heart to heart with my dad.
“Are you fucking serious?” Braydon asks him shaking his head with a smile on his face. “Do you have a death wish?”
“Nope. I don't like the way they treated her and I wanted answers. I mean I knew to a certain extent but I wanted him to explain it to me a little clearer how they could treat they're daughter that way.” I loved him a little more then.
After a couple more hours of catching up and listening to music more to mine and Ilyanna's liking we wished them a good night and went back to his place to pack a suitcase for this weekend.
Having him all to myself this weekend has me thinking of all sorts of delicious possibilities. The only thing missing will be the sunblock. Even though we're going in the off season, I'm sure his hands will be mimicking the application process.
I can't help but feel my face flush at the thought.
Paradise
Darkness consumes me. I can hear a loud beeping somewhere in the distance but I can't see a damn thing. I can feel my heart pounding in my chest, the sweat dripping down my slick forehead.
Where am I?
Walking around blindly, I search for something, anything, a door, a window maybe. Suddenly blinded by the sun, I'm standing on the beach surrounded by my friends. Nameless faces smile back at me from the chairs scattered along the sand. Braydon, John, George and Frank all stand to my left wearing tuxedos. Latasha, Ilyanna, Rachel and some girl I've never seen before are to my right in short strapless purple dresses that flare at the waist, flowers in their hands.
A piano that I can't see from where I'm standing begins to play and I look around for Sarah. My heart starts to pound again. Thump, thump, thump. I look all around me. Where is she? A sickening feeling settles in the pit of my stomach as all of a sudden the girl's dresses are no longer purple but black, tears streaking down their faces as they try to comfort each other. I desperately search my surroundings again and catch a flash of white in the distance. I break off into a run, screaming her name as she gets further and further away. As soon as I'm within a few feet of her my sight's gone and I'm pitched into complete darkness again with the beeping growing even louder this time. Taunting me.
Where's Sarah? Why can't I find her? Light, I see light ahead and I start sprinting towards it, too out of breath for any real speed.
It's getting closer.
A door?
I reach for the handle only to be thrust inside. I walk slowly in a daze to the bed where the love of my life lays sleeping. Only she's not. The beeping comes to a halt, bringing my attention to the machine next to her showing a flatline and I start to scream.
“Sarah? Sarah?” I gasp as I feel around me.
I feel her take ahold of my face, brushing my hair from my damp forehead. “I'm here baby, I'm right here. What's wrong?” She takes me in her slender arms holding on tight, still stroking my hair.
“Just let me hold you.” I kiss her neck, making my way to her ear. “I just need to hold you.” And I do just that until my shaking subsides. “I love you.”
“Love you too.” She whispers back before we fall asleep in each other's arms, and mercifully the nightmares stay away this time.
Sitting at my kitchen table waiting for Sarah to finish her shower, I reflect back on my nightmare. I know it stems from my talk with her father. The cancer. The scene he painted for me when they thought they had lost Luke. I know we've spent every night together in the past couple of weeks since we've reconciled and I don't want it to stop . I have to come up with the perfect plan this weekend to ask her to move in with me. I know she told me Latasha owns her apartment so she won't have to give notice. Even still, it's only been two weeks. Is she ready to take the next step? I sure as hell hope so. Not sure what I'll do if she says no.
Sarah walks into the kitchen looking sexy in her sheer cover up with bright pink bikini peeking at me through it, shades propped on the top of her head, wavy auburn hair draped over her shoulders and a devilish smile on her lips. Coming up behind me she puts her arms around my shoulders and bends to kiss my cheek. “You ready baby?” We were going to stay at her place last night and grab a bag from mine but instead we ended up doing the opposite. Latasha has a key to the apartment so she can feed Fenway while we're away.
“Whenever you are.” I get up and walk to the door where my bag sits on the floor. Normally I would try to ravish her, wearing next to nothing but my nightmare's still fresh in my mind and honestly I'm not in the mood. “Let's do this.” We decided to drive my car. It's a perfect day to take the top off. The water is still way too cold for swimming so I know we won't be going in the ocean. I'm surprised Sarah has her suit on, considering it's only the middle of April. When I questioned her after seeing it laying on the foot of the bed she told me she's being optomistic. The sun's shining and that's all that matters. Even if we end up in the room most of the day and starting a fire on the beach at night, it will still feel like a paradise away from our worries. I have to agree with her there. We need a break. She starts to laugh at me still standing in the kitchen. “What?” I cock my head to the side trying to figure out what's so funny.
“I need to change. You didn't really think I was going to wear this out of the house in April did you?” I think I glimpse a slight frown on her face as she turns on her heel and walks in the direction of my room. I'll have to tell her about my dream. I don't want to talk about it, but at the same time I refuse to let her think that I don't desire the hell out of her. I follow after her, caging her in from behind and burying my face in her neck.
She starts to squirm in my arms, provoking me. “Let me help you with this.” I slide my hands under her wrap and glide my fingers up the soft skin covering her ribs to her bra, slipping a finger inside each cup. I lightly caress her nipples making her back arch and she lets out a small cry at the sensation. “We'll never get to the beach at this rate.” I tease her while biting the shell of her ear.
She reaches behind her and grabs my cock as she replies. “The beach isn't going anywhere, but this will if I don't take care of it.” Giving me a tender squeeze, she turns in my arms and kneels down on the floor in front of me. I love my cock in her mouth. It's one of the best, if not the very best feeling in the world.
She rubs me through my shorts, looking up at me and licking her lips. Fuck, she's gorgeous. I love it when she wears her hair down. Feeling her silky tresses run through my fingertips as she bobs up and down on me. Just thinking about what she's getting ready to do has pre cum leaking from my tip. I hope she hurries up so I don't embarrass myself. “What you do to me. I'm ready to explode and you haven't even wrapped your lips around me yet.” Needing no more encouragement she frees me and runs her tongue along my length in one long agonizing lick. I hiss through my teeth when she finally sucks the tip into her mouth and makes a gentle suction. She's so fucking good at this, knows just how I like it. My body wants instant gratification yet my mind wants drawn out pleasure.
She strokes my base, paying special attention to my balls with her other hand. Looking down at her I see my cock stretching her mouth, my shaft covered in her saliva. Pumping my hips, I drive myself deeper. She gags and pulls her mouth away, gasping for breath. Licking and sucking my heavy sack, she breathes, “You taste so good baby. I can't wait to feel you burst on my tongue.” I can feel the pressure building up in my shaft and it won't be long now.
Grabbing the hair at the back of her head, I guide her back to take my hardness into that luscious mouth again and it only takes a few more trips to the back of her throat until I shout out. “I'm gonna cum baby. Cum so fucking hard in your mouth.” She moans around me and I watch as she pushes her panties aside and shoves two fingers in her pussy, rushing to completion with me. “I love the fact that sucking me off gets you so wet” I groan as I explode.
Oh I can do better than that. Once I'm certain she's drained me of every last drop I bend down scooping her up and tossing her on the bed. If I spend the next hour with my face buried in her sweet cunt then so be it. We'll get to the beach eventually. Licking and sucking, making her writhe beneath me, I lose count of the times she's climaxed. I slick a single finger and bring it to her tight pucker, coaxing a high pitched yelp from her lips. “Oh my God, Brent, I'm so close.” Taking it as an invitation I breach her up to the second knuckle, effectively sending her flying over the edge as she bucks, pushing her pussy harder onto my face. I happily lap at her juices as they flood my mouth. My face is slick when I finally remove myself from the middle of her thighs.
I watch as she lays with her arms flung over her head, a fully sated smile on her face. Why can't we just stay home all day? This is my personal paradise.
*****
As we cross the border into New Hampshire she turns towards me to ask the one question I've been dreading all morning. “So? What were you dreaming about that had you in such a panic?” Taking her glasses from her head, she holds one end in her teeth as she pulls her hair up into a clip, exposing her neck, making me want to pull over and distract her from her inquisition.
I swallow hard, not really wanting to answer but knowing that I have to tell her something. “I couldn't find you, it was dark. When I finally found you, I lost you again.” I focus on the road in front of me, not wanting to allow her a good look into my eyes. I'm not lying per se, just omitting some details. Losing her is an understatement.
She takes my hand that's resting on the shifter and pulls it into her lap, carressing me. “I'm not going anywhere.” She's turned looking at me and my words are stuck in my suddenly parched mouth.
If only the reason she left me in my dream, correction nightmare was within her control I wouldn't be so hesitant to believe her. “I know.” I force out, my tongue feeling like sandpaper. I let go of her hand just long enough to take a sip from my iced coffee sitting in the console that I had custom made to fit my car. When I first had the stang fully restored I didn't think I could love anything more. I was dead wrong.
“I love this song.” She yells and reaches to turn the volume up. Honestly all of this twangy country sounds the same to me but as I listen to the lyrics about knocking walls down and loving you like a wrecking ball I can't help but picture making love to this song. I'll have to somehow make that a reality. I make a note to download it to my phone for later use and continue to let her listen to this crap for the rest of the ride to the beach. She may not know it yet but the radio's mine on the way home.
I check the forcast on my phone. If we're going to venture around I want to be prepared for cooler weather tonight. It's a sunny seventy one right now with a low of forty eight tonight. “Did you want to check in and change into some jeans, maybe even grab a sweater before we head out? It's supposed to get chilly later.”
“That sounds good. I would hate to have to walk all the way back here later. What street are we on P? The boardwalk's a good hike.” I follow her to reception to get our room key and we make a quick trip to our room to get ready.
“Walking by everything is half the fun. I love staying this far away. I feel like I'm not going to miss anything.” This beach is my go to place when I need to relax and forget about life for awhile, that's excactly what we need. A nice little getaway.
She let's out a loud whistle when she makes it to the far side of the room. “Wow, the view from here is incredible.”
I walk to the sliding glass doors that open up to a small private balcony and look out over the tops of a bunch of smaller buildings at the calming waves of the ocean. The beach itself is mostly deserted except for a few people that I can see in the distance. “Not as incredible as you.” I tell her as I take her in my arms. We stand this way for a few minutes and I reluctantly let her go. “Do you know what you want to do first?”
I watch her as she shimmies out of shorts. She does so slowly, bending over taunting me. Damn she's insatiable. Right now I don't want to bury our troubles in sex. That's too easy. I want to spend some quality one on one time with her and I won't let her seduce me every time she tries. Righting herself she shrugs. “I don't know, I was thinking about checking out the casino ballroom and seeing if they're having a show tonight. It's off season, but maybe they will be. If not can we eat at the Purple?” She laughs while sliding on some jeans. “Damn. I can't remember the exact name of it, just that when I was kid I always wanted to eat there because purple was and still is my favorite color.” When she smiles at me like she is I'll do anything she wants. I'm putty in her delicate hands. “Anyway, I'll know it when I see it. Let's get this show on the road handsome, before I hold you hostage in this room.” She says it like it's a bad thing.
“After you beautiful,” I say as I follow her out of our room. My eyes stay trained on her firm ass as we leave the hotel only to lose my view as she falls into step next to me and takes my hand in hers.
Hampton has always been one of my favorite spots to visit. Before Sarah, it was to check out all of the chicks in their bikinis but now it's to admire the fresh crisp air and natural beauty it has to offer. I have all the woman I will ever need walking beside me. A group of kids flying down the narrow sidewalk on their bikes don't have enough room to go around us so our hands have to break free from each other and we seperate to part for them. A boy about thirteen or so apologizes as he breezes by and we just laugh at the freedom of youth and continue our journey to the strip.
The sunset casts a shimmering hue onto the crystal blue water and it's almost as breathtaking as the person sitting across from me. “Your quiet.” She observes as she finishes her dessert. Dinner was delicious and we're going to take a walk down the beach once we pay the check.
“It's so peaceful. What I wouldn't give to have a house here. I feel like we can just be us and forget about everything else.” Her mouth turns up at the corners when she smiles at me and I thank my lucky stars once again that she's forgiven me.
“It is beautiful.” She looks out the window overlooking the ocean.
“I can think of something, or, I should say someone that puts this view to shame.”
She looks back to me and her green eyes seem haunted almost. Like she's thinking dark thoughts. I don't know what put them there but I have no plans of them sticking around. “What are you thinking about?”
