For judgment I AM come into this world.

Two thousand years ago Jesus told Peter, “I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” (Matt. 16:19) Today Jesus gives us these keys for the binding of the fallen angels.

The apostle Paul affirmed this empowerment when he told the Christians at Corinth: “Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? And if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Know ye not that we shall judge [the fallen] angels?” (I Cor. 6:2, 3)

Jesus has given us a specific prayer for the binding of the fallen angels and foul spirits who prey upon the children of God. It is called “They Shall Not Pass! A Call for the Judgment of the Fallen Angels Who Have Sworn Enmity against the Children of God.”

“They Shall Not Pass!” is an empowerment to check the proliferation of evil, to halt injustices. We do not give this prayer to get even with individuals. We give it because without our intense supplications for divine intercession, many innocent souls could become the victims of the greed, lust or hatred of evildoers, from child abusers to international terrorists. We always submit our prayers to the will of God, for God is the ultimate judge.

“They Shall Not Pass!” is an accelerated form of spoken prayer known as “decrees.” Decrees, like prayers, are spoken petitions to God. But more than that, they are commands for the will of God to be manifest. When we decree, we are scientifically commanding God’s light to enter our world for alchemical change. We are directing God to send his light and his angels into action for personal and world transformation.

Many have wondered why it is really necessary to
ask
God to help us. Isn’t he omniscient? Doesn’t he already know our problems and how to take care of them?

According to God’s laws, he and his heavenly representatives may not intervene in human affairs unless we specifically ask them to. When God created us he gave us free will, and he respects that free will. You can think of earth as a laboratory where God has given us the freedom to experiment and to evolve. If he hadn’t given us free will and let us experience the good and bad results of our actions, we wouldn’t be able to learn from—and grow from—the lessons of life.

Before giving “They Shall Not Pass!” it is best to establish a forcefield of protection around yourself with the “Tube of Light” decree. The tube of light, shown in the
Chart of Your Divine Self
, is a shield of protective white light about nine feet in diameter that descends from God and extends beneath your feet.

The tube of light can guard against malicious energies that may be directed at you through someone’s anger, condemnation, hatred or jealousy. When you are unprotected, these negative energies can make you irritable or depressed and can even cause you to have accidents. The tube of light helps you stay centered and at peace.

It’s a good idea to give your “Tube of Light” decree each morning before the hustle and bustle of the day begins. If throughout the day you feel de-energized, depleted or vulnerable, you can repeat this decree as needed.

Visualization and meditation:

As you recite the “Tube of Light” decree, see the dazzling white light from your I AM Presence (the personal presence of God with you, depicted as the upper figure in the
Chart of Your Divine Self
), brighter than the sun shining on new-fallen snow, coalescing to form an impenetrable wall of light around you. Inside this scintillating tube of light, see yourself enfolded with the violet flame, the spiritual fire of the Holy Spirit.

From time to time throughout the day, you can reinforce this spiritual protection by visualizing the tube of light around you and repeating this decree.

I AM calling forth violet fire
To blaze and transmute all desire,

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL

But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes [archangels], came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia....

But I will shew thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth: and there is none that holdeth with me in these things, but Michael your prince....

And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.

The next step in creating a forcefield of protection is to invoke the intercession of Archangel Michael. Archangel Michael is the most revered of angels in Jewish, Christian and Islamic scriptures and tradition. In the Old Testament, Archangel Michael figures as the guardian of Israel. He appeared to Joshua as he prepared to lead the Israelites into battle at Jericho and revealed himself as “captain of the hosts of the L
ORD
.”

In one of the Dead Sea Scrolls, Michael is the “mighty, ministering angel” through whom God promises to send perpetual help to the sons of light. In Catholic tradition, he is the patron and protector of the Church. In Muslim lore, he is Mika’il, the angel of nature who provides both food and knowledge to man.

Archangel Michael has numberless angels at his command whose job is to protect the children of God from physical and spiritual dangers. He is the guardian angel who oversees our spiritual practice.

You can give decrees to Archangel Michael every morning for the protection of yourself and loved ones, and you can give them at night to protect you while your soul travels out of your body during sleep. Throughout the day whenever you feel the need to reinforce God’s protection around yourself or around those who may be suffering, you can stop and summon this powerful archangel.

Visualization and meditation:

Start by saying a prayer to Archangel Michael and his legions of angels to place their protective energy around you as you go through the day.

Visualize Archangel Michael as a majestic angel, arrayed in shining armour and wearing a brilliant sapphire-blue cape. See him standing before you, then behind you, then to your left, to your right, beneath, above and in the center of your form. See him accompanied by untold numbers of angels who will protect and escort you wherever you go.

Imagine Archangel Michael wielding a sword of blue flame to deliver you from all negative conditions that work against your soul’s progress on the spiritual path. You can also imagine yourself wearing a helmet and armour of blue steel that will prevent any physical or spiritual danger from reaching your body or mind.
