“Calleigh?”

“Yes?”

“I want to finish in your mouth.” He pulled out and removed the scarf covering her eyes. As he reached for the light, she remained on her knees looking up at the man in front of her. His penis was encased in a condom and glistened with her juices. His eyes were grave as they looked at her, waiting for her reaction.

She smiled up at him and licked her lips in anticipation. “Does this mean I can touch you?”

“Yes.”

“Anywhere?”

He smiled back at her, quickly. “Anywhere,” he affirmed.

She removed the condom and tossed it to the floor before engulfing him in her mouth. His cock was already lubricated at its blunt tip which she rolled around and around on her tongue, loving his salty taste. Then, she took more of him further into her mouth, almost touching her throat and licked him, rolling her tongue up and down his thick shaft, speeding up then slowing down. It felt as though it was the least she could do for him after everything he’d bestowed on her tonight.

David gently palmed her head in his wide hands, wanting to touch her while she caressed him. He loved watching her work him over using every part of her lush mouth, including her soft lips and agile tongue. Once she settled into a rhythm, she trailed her wet tongue up and down his shaft relentlessly, learning him. His balls clenched up and his lower back tightened right before he released in one long, full rush into her mouth.

She looked up at him, her green eyes sparkling while she took off for the bathroom, returning a few minutes later and offering him some bottled water she’d taken a long pull out of.

A quiet sense of solitude and sorrow invaded as he waited for her to approach. A few of his partners in the past hadn’t been able to handle him. His wants. His desires. The language and submission he demanded. He’d been soft with Calleigh, wanting to ease her in, but even still, anxiety that she’d be turned off and would tell him to take off as fast as he could buzzed around his brain. If that was the case, he’d do it, no questions asked, but his disappointment would be acute.

He took a long swallow, the cool, crisp water icing his throat and momentarily cooling him off as his eyes tracked her progress to the bed where she sat cross-legged in front of him.

“If I invite you to spend the night, will you?” she asked, telegraphing unabashed hope in her eyes.

The revelation of his even, white teeth was his only answer.

Chapter 6

An uneasy feeling percolated through her stomach as Calleigh roused from slumber. The events of the previous night crashed into her with the force of a tornado, exhilarating her and embarrassing her.

Turning her head to the side, she realized the left side of her bed was cold and empty. Cocking her ear for any sounds of shower, brewing coffee or the jangle of keys, and hearing nothing, it dawned on her that he’d left her. Slept with her and walked out on her in the morning.
Bastard.

Disappointment threatened to choke her. After he’d agreed to spend the night, she’d mistakenly thought that meant all night with both of them waking up together in the morning. Her romantic naiveté embarrassed her.

Throwing her legs over the bed, stretching and yawning, her eyes landed on a piece of paper folded in half sitting on the bamboo bedside table, her name scrawled in bold. It had certainly not been there the night before.

Calleigh,

I had a 6:30 a.m. meeting. Be at my house by 7 tonight. Don’t wear any underwear. Heels are highly encouraged.

D.

Cryptic, domineering male, she thought, as his note charmed her and urged a reluctant smile to her lips.

While her ego was sweetly soothed by the fact that he hadn’t left her like a one-night stand under the cover of night while she’d been too satiated to protest, her continued unease left her pensive in the bright morning light.

Last night had been a revelation, about her, her needs, desires and choices. David had shown her things she’d never even fantasized about. Acts she’d never borne witness to in real life or in any form of media. Alright, maybe she’d done a little fantasizing about some soft stuff, like handcuffs, but the dirty talk? The fact he’d powerfully used her vibrator on her during their foreplay? Hotter than she could have ever imagined. More exciting than dropping those final five pounds.

Relinquishing control with all the power controlled by him unleashed a vibrant current of freedom that sung through her entire soul. The rush excited her, awakened her to a sexual horizon full of promise and undeniable pleasure. Maybe this was what she’d been craving all these years without knowing it. How could domination and submission be so sexy? How could she have reached her age with a varied and diverse dating history and remained completely in the dark about what last night felt so natural? So right. So easy…almost. Practically run of the sexual mill. As though everything he had done to her last night was the most natural thing in the world. As ordinary and normal as a soft kiss on the lips or a peck on the forehead.

Concern about whether she’d pleased him plagued her. They’d quietly fallen asleep together and she’d been too nervous to ask him the question that burned through her mind. Surely, she’d committed some amateurish moves, but he had to have expected it. She was, after all, a complete novice in the submissive department.

The previous night’s chain of events played throughout her mind all day as she futzed around her loft, punished the pavement during a seven mile run, and attempted to distract herself with online shopping until the time approached to begin preparing for the night ahead.

David switched on his porch light as twilight kissed Portland. All day he’d looked forward to tonight, anticipating what was to come. He’d dragged himself out of Calleigh’s bed only because he couldn’t postpone his meeting and conference call with two players’ agents in New York. Any other day, he would have continued where they left off the night before. Ten years had passed since he’d initiated a novice. Even then, they’d pursued him and knew exactly the tone of the dance they were entering into with him. None were ever completely naïve about his expectations or his promises. Each and every one knew the boundaries and expectations.

She was an entirely different female. Strong and vulnerable. Beautiful. Unsure. BDSM for the uninitiated required that he immediately make moves to confirm her acceptance of it – acceptance of herself as the submissive partner with him as her dominant. The quicker that happened, the more likely she would be to fully embrace it.

The stuff he had planned for her tonight? Out of this universe. Designed to rock her world and introduce her to darker pleasures she would never look back from.

Candles lit the house with no assistance from lights, creating a soft, romantic feel. Fresh, t-shirt cotton sheets graced his bed. Two bouquets of yellow and white roses bookended each nightstand on either side of his bed. That afternoon, he’d purchased some wine, both white and red, which he
could
offer her in the event she wanted to loosen up before they hit the sheets.

The last time he’d expended this much effort eluded him, but she was worth it. Worth all of it and more, potentially. He hoped she viewed his efforts as romantic. That she would see what they did in bed as not only sexy, but romantic as well. He preferred that she be absolutely, one hundred percent sober for tonight and harbor no doubts about what they were about to embark on.

Last night, he’d ambushed her, albeit in her own apartment. He’d picked up the ice cream on a whim after he followed her after the game. On the way over to her apartment, he’d only intended to apologize and maybe, just maybe, engage in a little hanky panky. Maybe a little strategic heavy rubbing right where it would do the most good. For both of them. Instead, looking at her, he’d rolled the dice and went all in. No sense beating around the bush which would only delay the inevitable.

He liked what he liked. Always had and expected that he always would. Over the years, he’d refined his tastes, both in and out of bed, but the bottom line was that he always came back to the tried and true method of being a sexual dominant in ways that filled him. Which didn’t include sharing his partners with anyone else. Or making his partners serve anyone else, sexually or otherwise. For a lot of doms, sex, and BDSM in particular, was about power and control. And part of that power and control included demonstrating to your partner, that you were in charge of all things, all ways, all days.

He’d never been comfortable with that. It didn’t fit him or his personality. He didn’t like to share.

He also didn’t feel any particular need to dominate his partners outside of their sex lives. He was dominant enough in bed that if he tried to assert his control out of it, he feared his partners would entirely lose themselves and their identities so the only remnant of who they were, was how submissive they were in bed with him.

Yeah, that was never happening. Not in this lifetime, or any other time. He enjoyed being challenged, intellectually and emotionally. He liked discussing politics and current events and preferred a woman who could go toe to toe with him outside of the bedroom.

Hearing a car door, he loped to the front door and opened it in welcome.

Smiling at her, he said, “Thanks for coming.”

Four inch stilettos almost evened out her height with his own. A short navy skirt hit her right at her knees.

Returning his stare with a sheepish look of her own, she moved past him and into the house, averting her eyes the entire time. “I didn’t think I had a choice.”

Which really pissed him off.

“Stop right there, Calleigh. You always have a choice with me. Always. If you don’t want to be here tonight, with me, right now, then please leave. I guess I assumed that by showing up tonight, you were interested in picking up where we left off about three-thirty this morning. If I was wrong, just go. I’m not going to beg you to stay here. Believe it or not, I’m not hard up for female companionship.”

She faltered and shuttled her eyes downward before glancing up at him and responding.

“I’m sorry. I’m just, umm, really out of my league here and I don’t know what to expect. Or what to do. Or evidently, even what to say. Can I get a do-over so we can begin tonight again?”

Her words and honesty softened him.

“Of course. Look, I hope you’re here because you want to be here. With me. Because you enjoyed yourself last night,” he said, searching her eyes to divest her of her hesitation.

“I am. I did. For what it’s worth, I even wore the heels,” she said, extending a lovely leg that ended in sky-high peep-toe, pink, green, and blue snakeskin pumps. They were quite possibly the sexiest pair of shoes he’d ever noticed.

“Very nice, Calleigh. However, did you wear any underwear?”

She visibly swallowed before answering. “No.”

Smiling at her, he said, “Good. That’s very, very good. Take off your coat.”

She took it off and extended it to him.

“My bedroom is in the back. Go back there and sit on the bed. Don’t do anything else until I tell you to.”

She looked like she wanted to say something, but instead she turned on her very high heels and jaunted towards the back of the house.

Entering his bedroom a minute later, giving her just enough time to do as he’d instructed, he discovered that she’d done exactly as he’d ordered. She was perched in the middle of the king-sized mattress, her feet on the floor.

“Is there anything you want to ask before we begin?” he offered.

She shook her head. “No. I still get a safe word, right?”

“Yes, you always have a safe word. Always. We will never do anything that you don’t want to do. Ever. You say the word and everything stops. You wanna use the same one you used last night?”

She smiled at him, a smile that did something unexpected to his insides. “Yes, ice cream has a nice sound to it, don’t you think?”

“I think if that’s your word, it works for me. While that’s a very pretty dress you’re wearing, stand up and take it off.”

She complied, loosening the side tie so that the navy wrap-dress opened up to reveal her breasts before she shrugged out of it, revealing herself in her naked glory. Her breasts were small and buoyant enough to not require a bra for additional support. Now she stood before him clad in only the snakeskin heels, utterly lickable.

“Turn around and bend over, placing your hands on the bed.”

She did with her ass in the air, practically inviting him in. He went up behind her and placed both his hands on her hips, completely feminine in their shape and roundness, rubbing them, trying to warm her up.

“How do you feel?” he asked.

“Cold. My skin’s cold, but I’m also hot. In certain places.”

“Calleigh, Calleigh, Calleigh. What did I tell you last night? Were you not listening? You need to use your words,” he said as he continued caressing her hips with each of his hands. “Where are you hot?”

“In my pussy,” she responded.

“Good girl. I’m sorry you’re cold. I turned up the heat, but not enough. I promise I’ll warm you up soon. Tell me. Have you ever been taken in the ass?”

She hesitated, so he pinched her lightly reminding her who was in charge.

“Answer the question.”

“No.”

“Why did you hesitate when you answered?”

“Because I want to please you. And if you want that, I don’t want to disappoint you.”

He could tell the admission cost her. So he rewarded her by lavishing kisses up and down her spine.

“You can never disappoint me by being honest with me. Ever. Thank you for that.”

He straightened up and returned to the work of seduction. Her rump rested lightly against his cock that was constrained by his silk slacks.

“Do you feel that?” he asked.

“May I ask what you’re referring to?”

“Nicely done, Calleigh. You remembered to ask. I was talking about my cock. You feel it?”

“Yes.”

“How does that make you feel?”

“Your cock feels different because it’s still in your pants.”

“Do you like the way it feels?”
