“I… can’t…”

“Oh you can, Santa wants you to,” I slid inside her again, held still then pulled back out. “In fact he demands it.”

“But…”

She groaned so erotically when I forced my finger into her ass and my cock into her pussy that I had to bite my lower lip to stop myself coming. “Tell me, baby.”

“Oh shit...”

Her body was vibrating under me. Reaching round I pinched her nipple hard as I slid my cock along her sex, teasing her until her brow started to bead with dots of perspiration.

“Jesus Cade!”

“Tell me!”

“I…”

“I will fuck so damn hard if you tell me. I’ll make you come apart under me, baby. I won’t stop until you’ve come over me time and time again…”

“I’M PREGNANT!”

Everything froze, even my breath. Her own eyes widened in the mirror as if she hadn’t realised she’d just blurted it out.

“What?”

She swallowed. “My gift to you… it’s a baby.” She looked nervous when I stood up straight and gawped at her. Slowly she turned around. “We’re having a baby, Cade.”

We had been married for three years and trying to get pregnant for the last two. The doctors had told us that she had suffered some trauma from the past making conceiving more difficult for her. We had just come to terms with it not happening for us…we still had each other, but I knew deep down she yearned for a child and I would be a fucking liar if I said I didn’t want to see her eyes looking up at me from our child.

“Well shit. Santa pulled one on me didn’t he?” I breathed.

Her smile morphed into the biggest grin, her gorgeous eyes twinkling with delight when I couldn’t hold back my own huge fucking grin.

“Holy – fucking – hell!” I choked out. “I’m gonna be a Dad?”

She nodded. “Yeah.”

She squealed when I lifted her high and spun her round, her skirt flaring out and dragging numerous cosmetics off the side.

“Merry Christmas, Cade,” she laughed.

I slid her down my body, cupping the side of her face. “Shit. God I fucking love you.”

“And I love you.”

I nodded briskly, feeling utterly stupid when I felt a trickle slide down my face. The make-up artist would go wild but fuck her, fuck everyone. I was going to be a father.

I leaned down and kissed her softly, my heart swelling at the way she kissed me back with so much love.

“Merry Christmas, Faye. Merry fucking Christmas, baby.”
