If you thought that nail polish is an anachronism, it's not. A lady during this age could turn to her cookbook to get a recipe for making nail paints. Paints were sometimes airbrushed on the nails. People also rubbed powders and creams into their nails and then shined them.

Did you wonder if there are really crocodiles in the United States? Yes, today there are about 500 to 1,200 of them, primarily in Florida. Wild crocodiles are considered a vulnerable, threatened species, and are protected under the Endangered Species Act. However, domestically raised crocodiles are used for commercial products such as shoes.
