John ran into Paul in the dining room the next morning.
John asked Paul if he would like a cup of coffee?
Paul said yes please and thank you.
John asked him if there were anything that he wanted to eat?
Paul told him no I will get a donut on my way out.

John and Paul were needed at the president’s office. They headed to see what Jim
wanted, little did they know Jim was going to have them get a team together. He was
going to have them go to Painted Post, and have them clear it out. He was going to let
them execute their plan to get it ready. Jim was going to use the place as new people
come in were going to stay there for a short time until Dr. Dave gave them a clean bill
of health.

When John and Paul got there Jim told them to go ahead and head to Painted Post
and get it cleared out and make it safe like you two did here. Jim told them what he
wanted to do there.
Paul and John were not happy with what Jim wanted to do there.
Paul told Jim that they wanted to use the place as a backup so if we get over run here
we have a place to regroup.
Jim said that we can still do that but I would like a place to put people that we find out
there to be check before we have them come here. I am only looking out for the people
here, if someone comes in and they are bit and don’t say anything we are going to
have a problem. I would like to have a safe place for them to be so if they turn it won’t
happen here. The two of you made a good place here and I would like to keep it that
way.
Paul said that we could fix up the old super market, we can put a fence around it.
There is plenty of room to do that, plus it just across the road. When the doctor gives
them a clean bill of health we can bring them over and set them up a place to stay and
give them a job they can do.
John agreed with Paul and said that if something happens there we can get there
faster to help.
Jim sit there rubbing his chin thinking about what they said. He sat there quite for a
few minutes, okay sounds like a good plan. I sure am glad I have you two here to help
me.

John and Paul walked out of the office, as they were walking away they started
talking about what Jim said about the small town they wanted to set up as a backup
compound.
Paul said that I was going to have to fight with him about it.
John replied I thought the same thing, I thought I was going to have to stop you
before you punched him in his face.
Paul said I am glad you were there. I didn’t think he was going to go for using the
super market, until you stepped in and said what you did.
I didn’t think he was going to change him mind even then John replied.

John and Paul ran into Mike and Frank on their way back to the school. They
asked what was up and if we were going to the town and clear it.
Paul said no, not right now we have to go over to the super market. We need to fence it
in, we are going to make it a quarantine place so when the groups we send out bring
people back with them we are going to put them there until the doctor checks them
out.
John asked Frank if him and Mike could go and get the rest of the team we are going
to brief them on what we are going to be doing?
Mike said we can do that; would you have me to have Tina come along as well.
Paul told him no John and I were going to go and talk to her we want to know how
her sister is doing.

They headed to the clinic so they could talk to Tina, and check on her sister. When
John and Paul walked in Tina was talking with her sister, it appears that her is
coming around.
John asked Tina how is she doing?
She said that she has come a long way and getting better every day.
Emily hear John asked how she was doing. Emily spoke up and said you could ask me
I sit right here?
John looked over at her with a big smile on his face and said we got used to you being
quite I didn’t think to ask you sorry sweetie.
Tina cracks a joke; sense she came out of her shell she won’t shut up now. Everyone
in the room started laughing.
Emily being a smart ass said fine I will go back in to my shell.
Paul looked at her and said honey if please don’t do that I love hearing speak.
Tina walks over to her and gives her a big hug and said I am only joking.
I know Emily replies; I am just playing with you.
Paul told Tina that we need her over to the school in the dining room for a meeting.
Tina said that she would be right there in a few minutes.

The team was in the dining room waiting for the meeting to start.
Paul told John that he would get up there first and get things started.
John said that fine, I don’t mind.
Paul walks up, and tells everyone to settle down, we are here to let you all know that
we are going to the super mark that we cleared out. We are going to turn that place in
to a quarantine zone. We are going to be sending group out there to look for more
people that they can bring back. When they get here they are going in quarantine until
the doctor say it ok for them to join the compound. We are also going to be going to
Painted Post here in a few weeks to clear out a whole block. There is a building there
that takes up most ofthe block. The building is also joined together; it’s going to make
it easy to clear.
Paul looked over at John and asked is there anything you would like to add.
John stood up and walk to the stage, he climbs up and said yes I would. We are going
to be heading out here soon to the super market I need you all to be ready load up on
ammo you guys are going to be protect the team that is going to be putting up fencing,
so be ready for anything. Now go and get ready and be safe out there.

Tina came up to Paul and John and asked them why did I have to be here. Mike
heard her, and walked over before Paul or John said anything to her and said that I
told them that you are good with a gun and that we are going to need you.
Tina looked at him and told him in a stern voice I am not going out there, I told you
before I am not going to leave my sister alone ever again.
Emily was standing in the door way and heard what Tina said. She walked over and
told Tina I don’t need you to baby me anymore you need to go and help them. I know
you can out shoot any of these guys. Please go I will be fine, but before you do go
remember this if you get killed out there I am going to find you and beat you, come
back safe.
Tina said I can’t leave you I made a promise to dad that I would take care of you.
Emily said you are taking care of me, by make this place safe.
Tina turned around and told Mike she was sorry for yelling at him.
Mike told her not to worry about it, I know you care about your sister and the promise
you made to your dad.

The team met up at the trucks, Paul had the group that were going to put up the
fence loaded and ready to go. John was going to ride with Mike and Tina in the
chopper they were going to head out first if there were any zombies in the parking lot
Mike was to get them to follow us so the other could come in and get the fence up.
Mike, John and Tina got into the chopper and headed to the super market.
Paul radioed them and told them to let them know when they can come in. John told
Paul that there were no zombies to come ahead. Mike landed the chopper on to the top
of the super market. Tina got out and got set up to shot any zombies that she sees.

John got a call on the radio to come back to the compound and to bring Tc with him.
John radioed back and asked what’s going on?
Mia got on the radio and said your daughter is going to have the baby soon get your
ass back here and bring Tc with you.
John radioed back and said I am on my way back, don’t let her have that baby until I
get there.
Ha ha John your funny, Mia replied.
Paul yelled up to John and said that Tc was on his way up, and congratulation
grandpa.
Thank you uncle Paul, John replied.
Mike, John and Tc got into the chopper and headed back to the compound. Mike
dropped them off and headed back. John and Tc ran to the clinic, when they got there
Mia came out and sent Tc in to be with his wife. Mia and John stayed out in the
waiting room.

It seems like it took forever, Tc came out and said that it was twins one boy and one
girl. Mia and John went in, so they could see their grandkids and to see how their
daughter was doing. Sabrina was doing fine, and that babies were also doing good the
Dr. Dave said.
Mia asked, so what are their names?
Tc spoke up and said their names are Tim and Kate, would you like to hold them.
President Jim knocked on the door and asked if him and the first lady can come in?
Mia said yes come on in.
It wasn’t long when Paul, Frank, Mike and Tina all showed up and came to the clinic
to see how the new babies and Sabrina were doing.
John met up with them out in the hall way. They asked how was everything going?
John told them that everything was good, the babies are healthy and Sabrina is doing
great. She said that she was tried but other than that she is good.
Tina said she thinks she tried now, what until she has to get up in the middle of the
night to feed and change them.
John said Tc will be there to help her.
Yes, but it going to wear on him to as well, Tina replied.

The president made announcement to have everyone in the compound to come to the
dining room. The president was going to make a speech at noon today. The guard
were told to have their radios on to hear the speech. John and Paul didn’t even know
what the president was going to speak about. Paul and John headed to the Jim’s office
they wanted to know what his big speech was going to be about.

Paul and John walked into Jim’s office, they walked right in.
Jim looked up and said what we don’t knock on doors any more you just come in here
like you own the place.
John asked what is this speech you are going to make today all about?
Jim replied in a stern voice I am the president I do what I want when I want I don’t
need to you or anyone else know what I am doing. If you must know I what my speech
is going to be about, I am going to let the people know that we are ready to start to
move into the city.
Paul asked do you think that’s a good idea?
Jim said that you two have cleared the city, you and your men made it a safe place
there had be no zombies seen in over two weeks now it’s time.
John said are you sure it’s the right time to do this?
Jim told John and Paul both that if anything happens that he will be the that people
will blame, and yes it’s time to make the move.

Jim had Paul and John sit down, I have a plan that I need to know what you two
think about it. Jim went to the door and called in his staff that was left, he had the
come in as well.
Everyone entered the office and sat down at the large table in Jim’s office.
Jim stood up and said I have a plan that I would like to start sending out two groups
of people to look for more survivors. There would be one group that will fly out in the
plane, I have already talked to Mike he can fly any plane made. The other group
would take a truck and look for survivors as well. Now group one will go to airports,
Mike will land there and the group would look for a truck or van they can use to find
people and bring them back to the airport they will load them on to the plane and
Mike will fly the back here were we will put them in the old super market until the
doctor says they are clear. Now that group is going to have to clear the airports before
they can head out to look for people.
John raised his hand to ask Jim if he knew how was going to be in these groups that
were going to going out there?
Jim said that is where I am going to need yours and Paul’s help. I want you two to
pick the people for this operation. Now they have to be good shots and know what they
are doing out there, I need them to come back safe.
Paul said the best people for that is John and myself, we have the team that knows
how to make it out there.
Jim said I can’t have you two out there I need you here.
Jim’s wife comes into the room and told him he need to get to the dining room for his
speech.
Jim told her that he will be right there. Jim tells everyone in the room I need to have
everyone in here to come back here right after the speech.

Paul and John followed Jim to the dining room to hear the speech that he was going
to make. On their way their John was talking to Paul about Jim plans on going out
there and looking for people.
Paul said that it was about time to start looking for other people out there, but I would
feel better if we were going along.
Look Paul in know what you are saying, because I feel the same way but what if
something happens here and we are not here to help John replied.
Paul says I think the people here can handle anything that comes up. We have trained
them well; they can handle it.
John tells Paul that he is right, now we have to convince Jim that we are the best ones
to send out there.

There standing there listening to the President’s speech, waiting for him to get done
so that could get back to the office to convince Jim that they are going to head up one
of the groups.
It took the president two hours to give his speech, now they were all back in the office.
Paul and John told Jim and his staff that they were going to lead one of the teams,
and Cpl. Frank and John’s son Willie was going to lead the other on. It took them
most of the day to convince the President and his staff that they would be fine out
there and that the people they leave here are well trained to handle anything.

Jim had one of is people to have Mike, Frank, Willie, Mia, Pam, and Tina come to
his office.
Mike and Tina were the first one to show up, they were wondering what was going on.
We told that they will know when the others got here, it wasn’t long before everyone
was there.
Paul got up and started the meeting, he told them the plan and that John and him
were going to be going as well.
Mia asked when we were planning on leaving, and about how long we were going to
be out there?
John spoke up and said that they were going to be heading out after we get everything
set up in the city of Corning, and we still have to get the market set up before we can
get people ready for the survivors they bring back.
Paul said that it was going take a couple of weeks before we go out there.
Paul and John told Mike that they were going to be flying with him, and Frank and
Willie would be taking the other team out in the trucks to like for survivors.
Willie asked what about the plans for Painted Post?
John said that is where Tine come in she is going to fly the chopper there, with a third
group to clear it and to set it up for a back if needed.
Paul looked at Tina and told her that she was going to be in charge, so whatever you
tell them to do they will do it.
