Lani turned a puzzled frown to Greg. “We have kids? God, how long was I out?”

He tapped her nose. “The Whittakers are staying with us for the time being. They needed something normal yet unique and fun.”

Was it any wonder she loved him as much as she did?

“I’ll talk to you later.” Seaberg tapped two fingers to his forehead in a mock salute and left.

Greg braced his forearms on either side of her. “We’ve got at least forty-five days before we’re officially released. Marry me on day forty-six.”

“Absolutely.” She traced her fingers along his jawline. “What better way to celebrate our trip to Maui.”
