“I saw who she loves. She mustn’t leave,” said his father. “Your mother is as much a manipulative bitch as she ever was. But I haven’t given up yet. You mustn’t either. Take your night. Use it well. If all fails, you can keep the memory in your heart.”
Niall nodded and turned to Oisin. “My quarters?”
“Ready for your return, brother. Use the pool. I’ll lock my side.”
Niall moved to hug Oisin but he turned away, his face downcast. Niall wanted to tell him he’d rather die than come between him and Stephanie, but for the time being it was better left unsaid. This was Niall’s mess to put right. His responsibility. His sacrifice. Niall put a smile on his lips and held out his hands to Roo and Taylor. “This will be the best night of our lives.”
A tear slipped down Roo’s cheek and Niall kissed it away. “Only tears of joy allowed.” He pressed his face close to theirs. “No talking until we’re alone.”
Niall led them down the maze of corridors to his suite of rooms. Once they were inside, he put a ward on the door. It likely wouldn’t stop his mother for long, but it afforded them some degree of privacy. When he turned, Taylor stood staring at him.
“Marrying Stephanie? Why didn’t you tell me?”
Niall swallowed. “How could I? What was the point? I won’t marry her. She loves Oisin.”
Taylor frowned. “Then why does your mother want her to marry you?”
“Oisin was born with only one arm. Our mother won’t take the risk of him passing the deformity to his children. She only wants perfection.”
“Why is she so full of hate?”
“I’m not sure. I
do
know that I don’t want to waste any more time thinking about my mother. Through that door is an area shared between Oisin and myself. All ours tonight.”
“Is there chocolate?” Roo asked. “I really feel in need of chocolate. Did you see me standing in midair? I almost wet my pants. Though that would have been tricky because I’m not— Why are you both looking at me like that?”
“Like what?” Taylor asked as he advanced on her.
Roo laughed, but as she turned to run, Niall slipped in front of her and she bumped into his chest. He slid his arms around her and Taylor moved up to her back.
“I don’t know of any woman who could have almost died in the way you did who’d bounce back as though it were the sort of thing that happened every day,” Niall said.
“Well, I’m sort of thinking I must have fallen over while I was dressed as a chicken, knocked myself out and I’m dreaming all this.”
“Do you want to be dreaming?” Taylor kissed her neck.
“No.”
“Open that door,” Niall said.
Roo walked toward it, tugging Taylor. “Promise it’s not a hundred foot drop on the other side?”
A little dart of worry teased Niall’s stomach and he did a mental check. He also conjured something to make Roo happy.
“You hesitated,” Roo wailed. “Does that mean you’re not sure?”
Niall rolled his eyes and pushed open the door.
Roo gasped and ran toward the pool, then saw what Niall had created on a table and changed direction, then spotted the waterfall and headed for that only to jerk to a halt and run back again to the table. She stared at the chocolate fountain and started tapping her foot.
Taylor laughed. “Rather dive into that?”
Niall never took this room for granted. It was an open-air courtyard between his room and Oisin’s, which they either shared or took turns to use. In the center was a heated, sunken pool with a waterfall at the far end. There were small trees around the sides festooned with lights so that at nightfall it looked like a glade in a star-filled forest. It was a place to relax, to float free of worries. Tonight it was a place to make memories.
Roo circled the table and swallowed hard. “A whole fountain of chocolate? I was thinking of a bar. How does it work? How can dark, milk and white chocolate stay separate like that? And fruit?” She picked up a strawberry, swiped it through the dark brown liquid and popped it in her mouth. “Mmmmm.” Roo swallowed, licked her lips and said, “So what are the options?”
“You on top, me on top, Taylor—”
“You know that’s not what I meant,” Roo said, sliding her finger under the flow and lifting it to her mouth to suck.
Niall lost his train of thought. He shook his head. “No options,” he said. “You go back tomorrow and I stay here. I won’t marry Stephanie. My brother loves her. I’ll find a way to make them happy.”
And from Taylor’s face, Niall knew he’d guessed how far he’d go.
“We could run tonight. Now.” Taylor wrapped his hand over Niall’s shoulder. “We’ll find a way past the guards. We should at least try. Maybe get those creatures to help.”
“If I go back to the other side, I won’t last another day.”
“So we run on this side,” Taylor whispered. “Find another city and live there.”
“We’d never be safe and Stephanie would face my mother’s wrath.”
“She comes too,” Taylor said.
“She won’t leave Oisin and he won’t leave here. He should be the next king, and our mother promises him he will, and yet he fears she plots to make that not happen. She would track and destroy us. You go and I stay, and if you love your sister, you’ll leave her here. I promise she’ll be happy, loved.”
Taylor’s mouth tightened but he nodded.
Niall took hold of each of their hands. “I want this night to sustain me when you’re no longer here. I want this night to be perfect. No more talk of what we could do when there is
nothing
we can do. Once I know you’re safe, and the tarsis is removed from me, I’ll try to return to you. Let that be enough.”
Niall knew they’d never see each other again, that his mother would find some way to stop it, but hoped the lie would make the parting easier. Yet looking at their faces, he suspected they saw the truth.
“Right. Clothes off,” Roo said. “I’d like two chocolate popsicles. White and dark.”
Chapter Twenty-Five
Roo trailed her fingers in the chocolate fountain, the silky liquid warming her fingers. She couldn’t fathom how the three types of chocolate stayed separate, but guessed it was Niall’s magic, along with the fact the temperature was perfect and this room was fantastic.
She had a plan of her own to put in place tomorrow as long as the queen listened. Roo would go back, drop dead, do whatever the bitch wanted as long as Taylor could stay with Niall. They could share a different woman, though not Stephanie of course. The thought of her guys with another made her heart ache, but Roo plastered a smile on her face. Niall was right. This night was special. It was all about now and not what was to come.
“Hey, chocolate girl!” Taylor called. “You want that or us?”
The two men stood naked in front of her in the silvery light, muscles rippling, cocks erect and a wave of heat swept over her, every cell instantly aroused. Roo swallowed the lump in her throat.
“Turn round and don’t look until I tell you,” Roo said.
They did as they were told and Roo stripped out of her blue dress, staring at their cute backsides and admiring the solid muscles of their thighs. Her mouth tightened as she looked at the mark running down Niall’s body. How could his mother do that?
Roo used the dark chocolate to paint a bikini on her body. Not as easy as it sounded. She dripped everywhere.
“Oh damn,” she said. “You might as well look. I’m not much of an artist.”
They turned and laughed.
When Taylor reached for her, Roo pulled back. “Ah, no touching me. Not yet.”
She trailed the fingers of one hand in the milk and the other in the white chocolate and wrapped them around their cocks, smearing the velvety liquid up and down. The guys groaned in unison. Three more coatings until Roo was satisfied. She twirled chocolate-covered index fingers around their nipples and sighed. “We’re going to make a mess.”
Taylor laughed. “You’ve already made a mess. It’s even in your hair.”
“It doesn’t matter,” Niall said, his gaze fixed on her eyes. “It’s easily fixed and there’s a shower in the corner.”
He pulled them to a lounging area, kicked cushions aside and tugged them down onto a padded mattress. In moments they were a tangled knot of sticky limbs as they laughed and licked and sucked wherever they could find chocolate. Roo ran her tongue along Niall’s cock while Niall worked on Taylor’s. Taylor buried his head between Roo’s legs, and she groaned and moaned around the cock in her mouth, which in turn made Niall buck into her.
The sweet taste combined with the salty tang of precome sent Roo’s head into a spin. Not just her head. She felt as though tornadoes swirled in her body, every part of her teased into excitement so that the slightest touch on her skin sent bolts of fiery current shooting along her veins. And when the guys pinned her on her back and tussled over who licked her where, she thought she was in heaven.
Taylor’s tongue lapped the hollow of her throat while Niall sucked her nipple. Someone’s finger was sliding over her clit.
Niall’s?
Roo’s fingers sank into their hair, twisting, turning, tugging. When Taylor’s mouth drifted to her ear and then his tongue slid inside to trace the curves, Roo’s body quivered with pleasure.
“You even have chocolate inside your ear,” Taylor whispered.
“It’s everywhere,” Roo moaned.
Taylor laughed. “I’m not complaining.”
Nor was Roo. Niall trailed a half-coated strawberry over her lips and then dragged it down her body and gently pressed it inside her. Roo whimpered.
Taylor’s eyes darkened. “What a good idea.”
Niall licked the chocolate path he’d made, pinned her legs apart, fluttered his tongue over her clit and then ate the strawberry.
“Ooooh,” Roo wailed as she felt her body begin to tip over the edge.
Taylor tickled her nipple with another strawberry and Roo groaned. Torn between hanging on to stretch out the pleasure or letting go, the decision was taken from her as Niall sucked hard at her clit and she flipped like a switch. Taylor caught her cry of release as he pressed his mouth to hers. Roo wrapped her arms around him and clung on as aftershocks rocked her body.
When awareness returned and she sensed them about to trade places, Roo shuffled down to lie between their hips and shoved at Niall to make him move up so she could lick from one cock to the other. Roo held their hot shafts tight together and ran her tongue as fast as she could over the velvety plum-shaped heads. Chocolate long gone, Roo’s mouth filled with the taste of them. She glanced up to see the guys kissing, and smiled. Taylor rubbed Niall’s cheek with his fingers and the gesture of tenderness tugged at Roo’s heart. She pressed her thighs together to capture the rush of pleasure. All three of them were covered with smears of chocolate, and usually Roo hadn’t imagined she’d like this sort of messy play, but obviously she hadn’t fantasized with the right guy.
Guys.
They groaned into each other’s mouths, sounds of excitement, lust and pleasure echoing around them as she licked and nibbled and lightly nipped their cocks.
Roo explored with her fingers as well as her mouth. She ran her tongue over the smooth, slick heads, traced the thick veins, laved the wrinkled skin of their balls, feeling it tighten under her caress. Roo caught both cocks in one hand and with her other massaged Niall’s balls, his thighs tensing and then relaxing against her. She switched her attention to Taylor’s and sucked gently at the heads as she squeezed their cocks.
“Ah fuck,” Taylor gasped.
“Hold your cocks together,” she said.
Once the guys had done as she asked, she kept her mouth moving over their crests and slid her sticky fingers to the sensitive area behind their balls. Roo rubbed gently, and with each wet slide drew closer to the puckered holes beyond. When Roo pressed against the entrances to their bodies, circling with her fingers, a low cry broke in Taylor’s throat, echoed by one from Niall. When the tips of her fingers slipped into them, both men groaned loudly.
“Can’t wait any longer,” Taylor muttered. “It’s going to be embarrassingly fast anyway. One hour instead of two.”
Roo and Niall laughed. She pulled her fingers out and Niall pressed a wet towel into her hand.
Where did that come from?
“Roo sandwich?” she asked.
Niall’s green eyes glittered and he tugged her until he was pressed against her back.
“Condom,” Taylor said.
“I’m on the Pill,” Roo blurted. If this was the last time she’d do this, she wanted to feel Taylor as she’d felt Niall.
Roo could tell from the expression on Taylor’s face that he wanted to do this unprotected, the flare of his nostrils, the widening of his eyes. Niall produced a string of condoms from nowhere, just as he had with the towel.
“In case,” he said.
“Can we wash first?” Roo asked.
A second later, she squealed because all traces of chocolate on their bodies had gone.
“I can’t wait,” Niall whispered.
Taylor lay on his back and Niall pulled Roo round to position her with her knees either side of Taylor’s hips while he remained at her back, his hands over her breasts.
“Jesus,” Taylor gulped, and he wrapped his fingers around the base of his cock and squeezed hard as he pushed down on his balls. “You two look so beautiful.”
