“No,” Fliss shook her head, “I’ll come with you—”

“Fliss, wait,” I interrupted. “I sort of feel like I owe ya an apology.”

“It’s fine, Denny,” she said. “Don’t worry. You shouldn’t have to apologize for
me
throwing myself at you. You don’t like me. I think I
finally
get that.”

“I do like ya, Fliss.”

“Denny—”

“Felicity,” Maeve quietly piped in, “do you mind if I go on ahead? I have to find a loo pretty badly.”

Fliss looked over at her roommate, back to me, and then again at Maeve. “Go ahead, Maeve,” she said. “I’ll be along shortly.”

“Slán,” Maeve quipped an Irish goodbye as she scurried off into the crowd, leaving the two of us alone in the sea of people milling around us. Now that I had her undivided attention, though, I wasn’t sure what to say. She was still glaring at me, silently telling me that, regardless of what I said, I’d dug a pretty deep hole for myself and I wasn’t likely to find my way out anytime soon.

“So what do you want, Denny?” Fliss pointedly asked as I struggled to find the right thing to say.

“I told you,” I said, “I feel as though I should apologize.”

“And I told you there’s no need. I should know by now that you want nothing to do with me,” she spat. “You never did. I thought something had changed when we got here, but I guess I was wrong.”

“Nothing had to change,” I began, wanting and not wanting to tell her how I’d felt about her all these years.

“Well, I’m not sure what the friendly Denny act was all about when we got here, then. Maybe you just felt bad for me, but I don’t need your pity playing games with my head anymore.”

“I’m not playing games,” I growled.

“Then what are you doing?” she asked, stepping closer. Looking me right in the eye.

“I don’t know,” I sighed. “I just wanted to make sure you were okay.”

“Why? You don’t care, so why does it matter if I’m okay?”

“I don’t know that either. And it isn’t that I don’t care.”

“Well, I’m fine,” she said quickly. “All healthy again. Plenty of company. I’m studying my ass off during the week and fucking it off on the weekends.”

I flinched at her crass words. “Jaysus, Fliss, you really think I want to hear about that?”

“Then don’t listen. Go away and leave me to my
hooring
,” she said, enunciating the last word to parrot the way I’d thrown it at her before. She began to turn away, stopping when I grabbed her arm.

“I shouldn’t have said that,” I growled.

“Why not? It’s exactly what I’ve been doing.”

“Fliss—” I warned, but she continued.

“It’s what I did that night,” she spat. “It’s what I have planned for tonight, too. I might try to find someone to take me dogging.”

“Felicity, is this tosser buggin’ ya?” one of the lads from inside the pub said, walking up behind Fliss.

Fliss spun around to face him, practically crackling with restless anger. “Have you ever gone dogging, Sam?” she asked him.

“Jaysus, are ya slaggin’ me?” he gasped.

“Fliss,” I growled, “you don’t just walk up to someone in a pub and ask them about shite like that.”

“But I want to see it,” she turned to me and said. “How else would I find out about it?”

“Feckin’ hell,” the other bloke murmured, and seemed to shake the gobsmacked first guy enough to mumble a response.

“Are you serious?” Sam asked in a hushed tone, looking around furtively. Cautiously.

“Absolutely,” Fliss replied.

“Well, there’s a place that’s just a good spit from here,” he said, still sounding a bit dazed by the fact that we were discussing this… here… in the open. “Wouldn’t take long to get there, if ya’ve a mind to check it out.”

Fliss looked over at me, eyes narrowed.

The other bloke just sorta stood there, blankly staring with his jaw practically on the ground.

“I kind of want to go see,” she said, shooting him a flirty, suggestive glance, “to watch.”

“Fliss—” I began, but she interrupted me.

“And maybe a little more,” she added.

“Jaysus, Mary, and Joseph,” I muttered.

Fliss looped her arms through those of each guy standing beside her and gave me a determined, yet deviant, smile as she started to lead them away. “Do you want to come along?” she asked. “You said you like to watch.”

The three of them turned as one and started down the street. My throat filled with bile as I watched them walk away. I didn’t want to follow her. I definitely didn’t want to see their hands on her and hers on them. It was bad enough to imagine her fucking someone. Seeing it would kill me.

I didn’t want to follow her.

But I did it anyway.

I followed them to Sam’s car, climbing into the back seat with the other dodgy little fella who introduced himself as Roddy. As we drove through the night, they began to explain the overall rules. For the most part, they acted like I wasn’t even there, although I did see Fliss glance back towards me a few times, giving me a glimpse of her apprehension.

Something was driving her. Something in that stubborn head of hers, something I didn’t know how to fight. She exuded an energy that was all at once sexy and innocent, seducer and seduced. She seemed reckless and desperate.

“So nobody will touch me without asking, right?” Her voice was a little shaky.

“The ladies are respected,” Sam said. “Without them, it would be a bunch of blokes with their cocks hanging out, so it is standard to ask.”

“And if I do start and want to stop?” Fliss asked.

“You just say the word, and it stops.”

I leaned forward and whispered into her ear. “I don’t know what you’re trying to prove, but you don’t have to do this, Fliss.”

She glanced back at me with a stubborn tilt to her chin. “Can you give me a reason I shouldn’t?”

Pushing. I realized that she was pushing me. I could feel it. Trying to get me to act.

I was still pissy, but that made me think she wouldn’t go through with it. She was playing some fecked up version of chicken.

The car slowed and turned off onto a long narrow stretch of street to a dark secluded car park, very remote and surrounded by trees.

Sam looked off to each side as he slowly pulled into the car park, glancing at a few cars on either end. About twenty meters away off to the right, a car flashed its brake lights.

“There’s a signal,” Roddy said from the back seat.

Sam responded by flashing his brake lights back, then pulling up behind that car.

He opened his car door and got out as a man and woman climbed out of the other car and came around back. They drove an estate car, and the man lifted the boot open. Roddy opened his door to climb out as well, and Sam leaned down in to look at Fliss.

“With her getting right out and coming around to the back like this, I’d wager that they’ve done this before.” He smirked down at her. “You can just sit back and watch if you want. Feel free to diddle yourself a bit if you’ve a mind to. I’ve left the key in place for you to open your window if you want someone to touch you. Open the door if you’re wanting to go a little farther.”

“Okay,” Fliss breathed.

“Don’t be nervous,” Sam said with a lascivious grin. “It’ll be great craic.”

Fliss gave him a nervous, tremulous smile and nodded as he closed the car door and walked around to the front where the couple was talking with Roddy.

“Fliss, this… feckin’ hell, you don’t have to do this,” I stated over her shoulder.

She tipped her head down, back a little towards me. “Why, Denny?” she replied with a question of her own. “Give me a reason I shouldn’t.”

“I can think of quite a few reasons you shouldn’t. You have no idea what you’re doing. This is not who you are.”

“You don’t know who I am. All those years, and you haven’t a clue.” But her voice quavered slightly. “You didn’t have to come with me, you know.”

“Fuck that,” I growled.

“So, if I go through with it,” she stated as she turned in the seat to look back at me, “do you want to see it? Is that why you came? You’ve told me yourself how you like to watch.” Her voice lowered, taking on a seductive tone. “Do you want to watch them fuck me? You might even feel inclined to join in.”

I shook my head. “No, Fliss. I will stay to make sure you’re safe, but I sure as feck don’t want to see this. And I’ll not touch you.
Not ever.”

She angrily squared her shoulders and turned back to face forward, focusing on the scene that was playing out before her in the back of the car parked directly in front of us. Roddy had his cock out and the woman was stroking it as she lay back, just barely inside and at an odd angle to allow Sam to bury his face between her legs. The man from the other car stood watching, tugging on his own dick clearly enjoying the sight of his wife or girlfriend or whatever she was writhing and moaning.

“Holy shit,” Fliss murmured.

It was pretty hot. The woman was stunning, quite a dollybird all dressed up for a night out, as she leaned in to lick up Roddy’s dick, stroking his balls. I could hear Fliss’ breathing hitch at the live porn going on right in front of us. The angry tension that had filled the small space began to morph into something else. Something needy and primal.

“It’s something to see, isn’t it? Watching it happen right before your eyes?” I murmured, leaning forward to whisper in her ear.

Fliss turned her face to the side, offering me her profile as she spoke. “It’s… oh, wow…”

“Probably get some stragglers coming and going, trying to get a quick ride in. Maybe a taste of her.”

“What about the guy she’s with? Why does he let her do this?”

“He probably likes it. Gets off on it. Seeing her filled up with other men’s cum.”

“Jesus Christ,” she breathed.

The windows were starting to fog up a little with our increased rate of breathing. The heat from our wanting bodies. The car felt warm and humid, thick with a sexuality that was stifling. As I’d anticipated, a few other tossers wandered up, stroking their dicks in anticipation of their turn. One after another, they rode the woman. Her cries became more pronounced, louder and sharper, as her lips closed around another man’s cock.

Hedonistic. Wrong. Everything about it screamed ‘
you’re going straight to hell for watching.’
For wanting.

One man noted us in the car yet, and came over to cup his hands to the window, peeking inside through the slightly foggy glass, causing Fliss to lean back from the window.

“Why is he looking in here?” Fliss asked quietly.

“He’s hoping you’re doing something. Or that we are doing something. Something he can watch.”

“Oohhh…” she moaned quietly. “He wants to watch us?”

The man must have heard her through the window because he nodded, unzipping his trousers to reveal his chubbed up junk. Fliss gasped and looked back at me.

“What should I do?”

“Nothing,” I growled, knowing it would be sheer torture to be so close if she started to…
God. Fuck.
I couldn’t even let my mind go there. “Just let him go away.”

Fliss was quiet for a moment, taking a shaky breath. She looked back at the tosser outside, then again at me. Her eyes were wild. “What if I kind of want to do something?” she asked.

I closed my eyes and clenched my jaw, not trusting myself to speak. I wanted to reach up and grab her.

“Would you watch me?” she whispered.

“Fliss, don’t—”

“Don’t what, Denny?” she asked, leaning closer to me. “Don’t touch myself? You know, this dress… it’s a wrap dress. Only held closed with a little string.”

My dick lurched in my jeans painfully.

“Stop it,” I growled, angry at the way she was making me feel.

She settled back into her seat, but didn’t stop. “It’s so easy to just tug the neckline a little to the side…” she trailed off.

I heard a rustle of fabric, and the wanker outside began stroking harder as he watched, letting loose an audible moan. Fliss had her back to me, sitting before me, but I caught just the barest curve of flesh as she leaned her head back and ran her fingers down her bared breast.
