A classic Eating for Health spice that adds aroma and zest to your food, this is great sprinkled on smoothies, fruit, yogurt, and desserts.

4 tablespoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon cardamom
3 tablespoons ginger powder
2 teaspoons nutmeg
2 teaspoons allspice
2 tablespoons dried orange peel
Mix all of the spice powders and orange peel together. Store the mixture in an airtight container.
