On a more personal level, I must enthusiastically and generously thank my parents, OB and Rita, along with my amazing daughters, Emily, Karly, and Kaitlin, and finally, my wonderful husband, John, for standing by my side and believing in me—even after a loooong wait for the YES to publication. You were my first readers, biggest supporters, and ultimate high-fivers.
