Saki stood in the shower with the warm water droplets running down her naked body. It seduced her. The closed curtain within the locked bathroom made her feel like this was the only place where nothing could happen to her. In the safety of these walls, she allowed her true feelings to surface. She allowed her mind to run free. Her thoughts were of Dax.
The seductive droplets were Dax‘s touches. He touched her everywhere all at once, and the heat she felt emanating from the walls transformed into the inescapable glow of his presence. It was like he was protecting her within him, yet not touching her. Her body melted being so close to his yet so far.
Saki reached one hand up and clutched her breast. Her hard nipple pressed against the soft skin of her palm. Her other hand touched the round, soft flesh of her stomach and slowly traveled down.
Saki‘s hand sank lower until she touched the dark hairs below her waist. Her heart thumped at the thought of going any further. What would people say if they found out that she had touched herself? What would her mother say?
But she needed more, needed to feel closer to someone than she ever had before, so she pushed her fingers through the curls. The tip of her finger felt her protruding nub. She moaned.
At once, her breathing became difficult. She squeezed her legs together on her hand and waited for the feeling to pass. She glided her fingertips over the raised surface of her areolas.
Breathing became even harder. She felt like she needed to cough. Instead of a cough coming up, her muscles twitched, just in her hips and toes. Something inside her clenched.
Her head was swimming. She felt like she was blacking out. She didn’t want to remove either hand, but she had to brace herself.
She leaned her shoulder on the wall and caught her breath. She felt good but confused. She felt bolder and stronger. She desperately wanted to see Dax. Her heart hurt thinking about them together.
Saki turned off the water, got out of the shower, and grabbed a towel. Slowly drying herself off, she looked at the fogged mirror. She never enjoyed looking at her reflection, but she felt different. She wondered what was on the other side of the misty diffuse. She wondered if the girl looked any different than she had before the shower. She felt energized.
Saki wrapped a towel around her body and exited into the living room, turning immediately into her bedroom door. Locking the door behind her, she looked at the door that led to the twin’s bedroom, trying to figure out how she could lock it, as well. She retrieved the chair from her desk and pushed it up against the door. The chair’s back was too short to wedge underneath the doorknob, so instead she rested the chair against it and stacked books on top.
Slowly, she removed her towel. Naked, she next went to her closet. Opening it she fingered through all of her clothes. She wanted to wear something that Dax might like, but she didn’t have much experience impressing boys.
She did have a short denim skirt. She liked it because the edges spread out when she twirled. It had to be the sexiest thing she owned. So she pulled that out, plus a floral blouse that showed off her cleavage. Pairing it with a pair of dark blue Chuck Taylors, she completed her outfit. She had decided what she would wear the first time she was with a boy.
Retrieving panties and putting her outfit on, Saki next sat on her bed and pushed her fingers through her hair. She was sure of what she looked like. Her hair frizzed out further than anyone could ever find attractive.
Saki gathered all of her hair behind her head and braided it into a ponytail. Her ponytail never had the flowing softness that she pictured in her head. Her kinky hair didn’t allow it, yet it was better than nothing.
She wished that she had makeup. If she wanted some, she would have to get some from her mother or the twins. She was not willing to do that.
Saki turned around and looked at the clock. It was about the time that she had left the night before, which was her best guess of when Dax would be there tonight. So, settling her frantic heartbeat, she gathered her strength and stood up.
Taking a deep breath, she ran her hand down the side of her blouse and skirt. She felt that she was as pretty as she could be and as ready as she would ever be. Removing the chair that blocked the twin’s bedroom door, she crossed her room to exit into the living room.
Her plan was to scurry through the rooms and exit without making eye contact with anyone. She felt like she still had the right after what happened last night. No one had talked to her yet, and she was grateful. Now, if she could get past this leg of her journey, she would meet her prince.
“Sakina. I was just about to call you for dinner. Sakina!” Her mother yelled commandingly from the kitchen. “Sakina!”
Saki immediately paused. She couldn’t help it; it was her mother’s voice. It always stole her will from her. She had to pay attention. She had to obey.
“What?” Saki asked, resentful that her mother had broken her silence and that she was being pulled from her path.
It was clear her mother wasn’t as confident as she seemed when, instead of reminding Saki of the way she should speak to her mother, her mother simply continued on. “We are having dinner together tonight. Call your sisters because dinner’s just about on the table.”
Saki stood just a few feet from the front door. She didn’t know what to do. The knob was slightly out of reach, and it would be easy to take a few steps and go. She didn’t, though. She couldn’t. Her mother had a hold over her she couldn’t explain.
Saki turned and watched as the twins exited through her bedroom into the living room. It angered her that they so freely used her bedroom. Saki knew they had no choice. That was the only way out for them. It angered her nonetheless.
Saki knew that this was the closest she would get to having her own bedroom until she was either away at college or had paid for her own place. The way her life was going, neither seemed like a realistic possibility for a long time.
“Sit down, Sakina,” her mother demanded.
Saki stamped her feet as she marched to the dining room table. She knew it was childish, but how else could she express her anger? She didn’t want to be there. A beautiful boy wanted to be with her. She wanted to be with him. But here she was, trapped with her three least favorite people in the world, playing out some sort of fake happy family moment.
Taking a seat on the opposite end of the oval table from her mother, Saki took a big scoop of mashed potatoes and slapped it on her plate, trying to get a response from her mother. To Saki‘s surprise, everyone at the table remained silent.
Wanting to push it a little more, she grabbed another large scoop and slopped that down as well. Still nothing. So retrieving one of the baked pork chops from the pool of gravy, she dropped it on her plate and dug in.
If nothing else, the food was good. It was her mother’s one saving grace—she could cook. The pork chops were laden with spices, while the mashed potatoes were fluffy and caked with salt and butter. Saki managed to get through half of it before the silence was again broken.
In a lighter voice, her mother spoke up. “I want you girls to understand that when a man isn’t being good to you, you can’t be with him. No matter how hard it is, you need to get away from him. That’s why I had to leave Bill.”
Her mother’s words made her want to throw up everything she had been fed. Saki couldn’t believe that her mother was playing the victim. “Maybe if you were nicer to him…” Saki said staring down at her meal.
“What did you say?” Her mother asked with indignation.
“You’re pretending like you had nothing to do with it. But maybe if you were nicer to him, he would have been nicer to you.”
“How dare you speak to me like that? I’m trying to teach you something about the way you let people treat you. I’m trying to teach you about life.”
“What do you know about life? All you know about is how to control people. That’s why he wasn’t nice to you, because all you wanted to do was control him like you control us. But it didn’t work on him, and you couldn’t take that fact.”
“How dare you speak to your mother like that?”
“You think that all we are to you are your little puppets. We have lives too, you know.”
“I am here struggling to put a roof over your head and food on the table. Do you think that Bill wanted you to stay there? Is that what you believe? No, you were only there because he wanted me. He didn’t want you. So if you like your friends and the life you had there, then you have me to thank for it, not him. You understand?”
Saki‘s body shook with anger. She never hated her mother more. She wished she could jump across the table and shake her until she saw the truth.
“Do you understand me?”
Saki wanted to scream. She was no longer a child, and her mother couldn’t hit her anymore. But sitting under her roof, eating her food, Saki couldn’t speak. She wanted out desperately. She wanted to be free of the consequences of her mother’s bad decisions.
Saki felt like she was suffocating. She felt like the walls were closing in. The more intensely that her mother stared at her, the more she felt like she was going to explode. She needed to get out, but locked in her mother’s gaze, she couldn’t move.
“I said, do you understand me?” Her mother yelled at the top of her lungs.
“You’re a bastard. Do you hear me? You’re a bastard.”
The dining room table shook as her mother moved her large mass from underneath it. Saki, startled out of her frozen obedience, scrambled out of her chair. Her mother was charging her like a bull. Saki knew the beating that she would receive if she didn’t escape, and she wouldn’t be able to hide it even if she wanted to.
Saki ran to the door, unlatched it, and was on the concrete path toward the chain-link fence before she looked back again.
“Come back here, do you hear me? Get back here now, or I will never let you in again. If you think you’re a grown woman then keep on running. But you’re never coming back here again. You hear me?”
Saki continued running. She heard what her mother was saying, but she didn’t care. She needed to escape her, and her only chance of escape was the beautiful boy who somehow liked her. He was her only hope.
Saki ran down her street and continued down Chippingham Road toward the Fish Fry. She didn’t know how long had passed while she ate dinner, but she was sure that it was too long. Descending the hill toward the open field and the pier, she saw the stream of cars leaving. Was Dax in one of them? Saki couldn’t understand why he would have been there to begin with, much less why he would’ve stayed.
Saki continued to run toward the lighted area as a large overhead lights begun to shut off. “No!” She cried. “Wait!” She begged.
Approaching West Bay St., Saki danced in a hurry to cross. Almost no one was left now. Dust billowed as the cars drove off, and forcing a gap between the traffic, she crossed the street into the field. Slowing to a stop, she scanned the space, looking for him.
“No. No.”
He wasn’t there. Why wasn’t he there? She needed him to be there. She would give him anything just to be there.
“Saki?” A familiar voice said.
Saki turned around and found a red Jeep with the doors off. It was him. He had come. He wanted her. Saki ran back toward the street, and Dax slowed to a stop, allowing her to climb in. She clutched the handle in front of her, and Dax drove off, leaving all of Saki‘s troubles behind.
Saki sat, desperately out of breath. Her mind was awash with thoughts. She was intensely grateful to him for showing up, and she would give anything for him to keep her safe. Wanting to express herself, she stared at him wantonly. She desperately wished that she could climb inside of him or that he could climb inside her.
Dax‘s mouth hung open as his eyes darted around, trying to figure out what was going on. He kept looking back at her and her gaze never shifted. Dax could barely concentrate on driving, and as they approached The Cave’s, the first place he could turn off the street, he pulled the Jeep to the side, shut off the engine, and threw himself on the girl whose eyes called to him like a siren song.
For Saki, Dax‘s touch was electric. His full pink lips pressed against hers, sending tingles through her body. His hand brushed against her thigh. In a moment of weightlessness, her chair fell back, and his chest pressed against her round breasts. Climbing on top of her, he slipped his free hand behind her neck and pulled her face toward him.
Saki felt safe in Dax’s arms. She felt controlled, and she liked it. As his left hand slowly moved up her thigh, it lifted her skirt. Saki felt her skin exposed to the night air. It thrilled her, and her heart beat rapaciously.
When Dax took Saki‘s breast in his hand, Saki was overcome with emotion. The sensations were overwhelming. She wanted more. She wanted to slip inside Dax and feel him all over her. When he slipped his tongue into her mouth and twirled his tongue around hers, her body burned like it was on fire.
Saki needed more, though. She needed to touch him. Slipping her hand around him, she touched his ass.
Instinctually, she moved her hand away. She didn’t mean to, but she couldn’t think. Replacing it on the small of his back, she could feel the lines of muscle. It amazed her. The power of being able to touch what she had only admired from afar thrilled her.
As her desire grew and as she explored more of his muscular back, she pushed her hand down to his round, firm ass. This time, it wasn’t a mistake. When he slipped his hand under her blouse, unlatched her bra, and held the warm flesh of her naked breasts, she knew that she would let him do anything to her.
Saki felt more of her young flesh exposed to the night air as her blouse moved further up on her stomach. Before now, she’d always been self-conscious about her body, but all of that vanished. If she was what he wanted, then she would give herself to him. When he stuck his finger between her legs and brushed the hot swollen flesh of her lips, Saki flashed her eyes open. His ice blue eyes were staring back. He had not touched her by accident. She was what he wanted. Saki relaxed into the idea that she was pleasing the boy she loved.
