Julia Derek grew up in Sweden but always knew she was meant to live in America, more specifically, in New York City. A former stand-up comic, she has been writing stories for as long as she can remember. When she doesn’t write or read, she spends her time whipping people into shape as a fitness trainer. She is the author of the memoir Confessions of a Serial Egg Donor, published in August, 2004. It’s only available in print on Amazon.com.
