Matt felt the warmth of the skin against him.  He had gone to park his car, and then had snuck into the nurse’s room where she had been waiting for him.  Within minutes they were in bed together. Matt liked to imagine his sister when he had sex and for this reason the room was totally dark. He felt her contours, her warmth again him and he thrust energetically in to her.  Her hips matching him stroke for stroke. A rising rhythm of sexual need, of desire and of lust.  Matt pressed his fingers into her breasts and kneaded them roughly.  She moaned with the exquisite needles of pain shooting from her nipples.  He increased his thrusting still thinking of Veronique and feeling her beginning to climax he let his orgasm join hers. He withdrew immediately and she lay panting as he started to dress quickly.

“You know what to do,” he said, before he left.

Chapter Eighteen – Dean

T
he door opened to his office, and Matt walked straight in, as Margaret trailed behind.

“I’m sorry Dean,” she was saying as she trotted in.

“Dean.” He shook his hand and Matt sat down. Dean signalled to Margaret to leave them and she backed away, annoyed at the intrusion.

“Hello Matt, what can I do for you? This is such a surprise.” Dean looked across to Veronique’s desk and was grateful that she wasn’t working there any more, but working from her home.

“I was in the area and had to drop by. Your secretary was adamant I needed an appointment but I knew I didn’t for goodness sake.”

“Mmm.” Dean was also annoyed at his arrival but preferred not to show it.

“I guess you are wondering why I am here.”

“A little, yes.”

“I shall come right out with it. Ellen asked me to come and see you.”

“She did?”

“Yes, but she didn’t know how you would take it so I said I would speak to you.”

“Take what?”

“You know how highly she thinks of you. She wants to invest in your business but she didn’t want to offend you.”

“I am not looking for an investor though.”

“No, no I was not suggesting that you were.  But she wants to work with you and she wants to be a partner.”

The thought of working with Ellen had crossed his mind before and this way he could see her more.  As he was thinking Matt took a cheque out of his pocket.

“Here, she wanted to give you this as her entrance level.”

Dean picked up the contract.  In brief she was offering five million pounds for only ten percent of his business.  It was a large and generous offer and whilst he didn’t need the money, the fact that Ellen wanted it, made him think about it.  Matt continued,

“The monies, if you sign the contract, can be wired into your account today.  She wants her own keys to the office, her own desk, and to be fully informed of the business.  She was thinking she could handle your accounts for you to make herself useful.”

“I will need to think about this, of course.”

“You do trust her, don’t you?”

“Of course I do. I am thinking about it because it is her.”

“Well I hope she hasn’t offended you. I was only the delivery boy for her.”

“No. No. Not at all. I am off to Spain tomorrow for a week’s business. I will let you know before I go.”

“Oh where are you going?”

Dean told him the name of the city, and the hotel, he would be staying in, and after a brief chat, he stood up to leave.

“You know Matt, because it is Ellen, tell her I agree and would be delighted to welcome her to the company. One moment, I shall sign this. She will receive the keys tomorrow and we can meet when I get back to go through things further. In fact, I am very excited at the prospect of working with her.”

“I thought you would be,” Matt said wryly. Dean was busy signing the contracts and didn’t hear him.

Matt left the office with a big smile on his face.  Dean left a short while after, also smiling, but he had no idea what a big mistake he had just made.

The next day the keys arrived at Matt and Ellen’s home address, only Ellen was not there. She was still locked up in the psychiatric clinic and drugged out of her mind.  The monies had been transferred from Ellen’s bank account the day before, by Matt, who had power of attorney over all her accounts. Matt picked up the phone, the moment he had the keys to Dean’s office in his hand.

“Ola Julia?  It’s Matt.”

“Darling,” a soft and sultry voice purred into his ear.

“I need a very big favour from you.”

“Yes darling, do tell me.”

“I have a business contact in Spain at the moment; he is there for two weeks only.  I want you to meet him and seduce him.  I will make it very worth your while.”

“Why me?”

“It’s because you are the best in the business. He is single and you never know, this one may marry you!”

She laughed.  “He would have to be mega rich to afford me!”

“He is darling, he is.”

“Okay, give me his details. Send them by email. I’ll do what I can.”

“I knew you would. I shall make sure you won’t regret it.”

“Thank you sweet heart but all I want is you.” Her voice dropped huskily and he laughed in response.

“You, you have me already.”  He hung up and emailed her all of Dean’s details and a picture taken from the wedding for her to recognise him by.

O
pening the door to Dean’s office, Matt strode in confidently. He went straight to Margaret, the secretary.  In Dean’s absence, she was quietly working her way through a pile of urgent contracts.  She turned and smiled at him, having been informed by Dean before he went away, that there were going to be some surprising changes, namely that Ellen was now involved with the business and that Matt had been by to sort some things for her.

“Oh hello Matt. I didn’t expect you today.”

“I know. I am sorry Margaret but Dean didn’t want to tell you himself and Ellen is busy but things will be changing in the company.”

“Yes I know this.”

“Yes, changing but not in the way he may have outlined to you.” Her face paled. “As of today you will be given your notice, with immediate effect.”

“Immediate effect?” He loved seeing fear on women’s faces; it turned him on.

“Yes, but don’t worry, here is a year’s salary as a redundancy package, plus three months notice on top, and you will also find a generous bonus there for all the hard work you have put into the company since you started.”

“Oh.”  She sat down, paler than before. “But...”

“But...” Matt held out an envelope, and her hand came up and took it without thinking.

“If you are concerned about references, you will also find glowing references inside this envelope, and if you are interested, I have another company that requires your skills that I can promote you into.  It pays double what you are earning here...”

“Well I guess I need a job as of today. I could be interested. This is most unexpected.” She looked more than flustered. She looked confused too, as though she were in a surreal dream.

“Don’t worry, Margaret. I shall look after you. You can start with me tomorrow, if you wish, or you can take a break and start whenever you wish. Just let me know.  We can work out the details.” Matt smiled kindly and put his hand on her tense shoulder.

“Oh you are most kind Matt, but I need a little time to think.”

“Of course,” Matt said with just a hint of irritation, annoyed that she hadn’t jumped at his offer.

“Who will do these contracts now and the typing here?” she held up the urgent contracts she had been working on.

“No one Margaret. The company is closing. Those will all be cancelled today.”

“Closing?  Why?” Her face had an expression of torment and disbelief.

“Yes. Things have not been going well and so we are closing this company.”

“But I thought things were going very well.” She looked at all the contracts with confusion.

“Oh, did Dean say that? Hmmm.” He stared off into space, and let her think he was trying to find a polite way of telling her it wasn’t true, but without him actually saying anything.

“I shall need you to clear your things; I have a lot to sort out for him. That is why he has gone to Spain, for a break... He can’t bear to be here when the administrators come in.”

Matt turned around and found an empty box and placed it in front of the slow moving and still thinking, Margaret.

“Here, you can use this. Would you like me to make you a coffee whilst you pack?”

“Oh no. Thank you Matt.” Margaret started opening the drawers to her desk and putting her things in the box; her photographs, her snacks, her books, and the rest of her personal items. Matt watched her with satisfaction. He loved the way she wasn’t even questioning him, and his authority, in the company. He had felt a bit of resistance from her but once he had smooth talked her past the confusion, she was just obeying without asking further. He gave his business card to her as she left.

“Here, call me and let me know when you would like to start.”

She took the card, and smiled, and then the door was closed behind her. She was gone.  Phase one of Matt’s takeover of Dean’s company had gone very well. Now all he had to do was transfer all the contracts and assets, including all the yachts, to his own company, empty all the company bank accounts of all funds, including the five million sterling he had deposited only yesterday. His final to do would be to close Dean’s company.  It would all be done and dusted and over before Dean even heard anything about it.  By then it would all be too late. Way too late.

I
n Spain, Dean’s lap was suddenly covered in an ice cold drink.

“Oh, I am so sorry. How very clumsy of me. What an idiot I am.”  The woman grabbed a napkin and started gently dabbing at his groin. She smiled apologetically as her hands were moving slowly at the wet patch around his zipper. She leant over and her perfume enveloped him, her long hair obscuring a lot of her beautiful face.

“Please Madame.” He held her hand in his and stopped her from patting the wine stain further and from creating an even more embarrassing situation, caused by the erection he could feel himself getting. “It doesn’t matter.”

“Oh you must allow me to pay for them to be cleaned.”

“Certainly not.”

“At least to replace your drink? It is the least I can do.” She eyed his groin and noted with satisfaction, a slight swelling caused by her hands dabbing him.

“No. No, it is alright.”

“I insist.” She sat beside him and called the barman over to them. “Allow me to introduce myself.  I am The Contessa Julia de Varpasquez.”

“Dean Montalban Smythe.”

“A pleasure I am sure, but again I must apologise for my actions. I am not normally so...so...” she looked for the right word.

“It doesn’t matter,” He said as he looked back to his groin.  It wasn’t often that such a beautiful woman made the first move on him and Dean was sure that was what she had done. He could find no other explanation as the woman had not tripped before spilling her drink and it was so well aimed. However, she was such a splendid creature that he was starting not to mind her obvious tactic to meet him. In fact he was flattered, very much so. She was a radiant beauty, with flowing dark hair and flawless skin, which had been kissed to bronzed perfection by the European sun. She was so stunning, she was bordering on unreal.  Women that looked like her were normally in magazines and only after they had been Photoshopped. He didn’t know a natural beauty such as hers actually existed.  She looked at him quizzically.

“What are you doing here?  Holiday?  Business?”

“Business.”

“Mmm, what business are you in?” She cocked her head to one side and twirled a long strand of blue-black hair around her finger. Long red nails had been filed into talons which whilst not the current fashion seemed to suit her perfectly.  She bit her lip seductively and he almost forgot what he was talking about. He was starting to feel like prey and at the same time he was trying not to think of the shimmering silver metallic figure-hugging dress that caressed her body. It was a very expensive designer dress, that much was obvious to him, although he hadn’t a clue about women’s fashions. It barely concealed her body, but managed to accentuate every curve a man would be interested in.  Her breasts, barely contained by the dress, were orbs that had been perfected by a surgeon’s knife, but he didn’t care. They looked so inviting, so juicy and so touchable that had Mengele himself performed the operation, he would have applauded him.  He could see the outline of her hardening nipples, and all he could think about was burying his head between her breasts, and nuzzling at them like a puppy searching to suckle milk from its mother. He felt his dick start to harden again and he changed his position.

“My business is not exciting,” he said solely to shift his thoughts from having sex with her.

“Oh, I think you are just saying that, no?”  More drinks arrived and she started to play with the olive in her glass. It was almost an absent-minded gesture, but he doubted that the way she played with the olive was anything short of planned. His mind suddenly zoned in, making it as though he were watching the events on a large screen in his minds eye. He watched the olive slowly enter between her lips. It was agonisingly slow in his mind; he focused on her lips, the olive brushing against them, the redness of her lipstick against the dark blackness of the olive. In and out, as she sucked the drink off it, and then took a little exquisite bite. The way the olive skin tore slightly, before she popped it in her mouth.  She started talking to him and was laughing, a deep husky laughter that matched her sexy speaking voice perfectly.

“You haven’t been listening to a word I have been saying have you?” She laughed again.  Her voice made his soul vibrate like a C string on a cello. It went right through him, and he could not help but resonate with her. His every sexual need heightened and now she was the only person in the world that mattered. Whatever tune she would play, he was going to dance to it like a puppet. Whatever seductive power she held over him, he was now lost to her completely, and she was in control. He hoped she would want to seduce him; to give him the hinted pleasures that her body and mind promised. “Am I boring you?”
