“That’s enough, Maria. Now rub your
wet pussy over my ass. That’s right. You’re soothing the pain. Fuck me while I
fuck your lover. That’s it. Grind my ass.

“Do you feel it, Sarah? We’re both
fucking you. Reach around and do her clit, Maria. I’ll get her nipples.”

There was no escape. Sarah didn’t
want to escape. “Fuck me,” she screamed. “Yes, both of you. Fuck me. I’m
coming. Can’t I come, Adam?”

“Yes. Maria is already creaming over
my ass. Come for us, Sarah.”

His hips never stopped pounding
until hot sperm lodged deep in her interior. She stretched her torso over the
bed, spent. She’d survived. She’d survived his fury and his passion. If he had
really been trying to punish her, he would’ve stayed with his initial plan of
preventing her from climaxing. He hadn’t possessed the heart to do that to her.

His fingers fumbled at her
blindfold. Even the dim light blinded her momentarily. He reached around her
neck from behind and settled his lips on the corner of hers. She opened for
him. He might be reluctant to use words, but she wondered if he had any idea
what his caresses were communicating.

Maria sat beside her on the bed. Her
lips joined his. They each shared a corner of her mouth. If they didn’t stop,
she was going to come again.

Had they finally crossed the chasm
of intimacy?

“You have one hell of a lot of
spunk, lady,” Adam said, roughly. “More than I gave you credit for.”

The next sound she heard was Adam
snoring softly on her back. He’d never pulled out of her pussy. They were half
on the bed and half off. Oh well. It wasn’t the easiest position for sleeping,
but she was game if he was. She couldn’t even think anymore, much less move.

A couple hours later, stiffness
caught up with Sarah. She had to stretch out on the bed or she wouldn’t be able
to move in the morning. She might not be able to move now.

She turned to awaken Adam and only
then realized he wasn’t there. Maria lay on the bed sleeping, but Adam was nowhere
to be seen.

She crawled onto the bed and
snuggled against Maria.

“He did it again, didn’t he,” Maria
said. “He fled when the emotions got hot.”

“Looks like.”

“But we’ve got him hooked. All we
have to do is play him and reel him in.”

Sarah hugged her lover. “If the play
doesn’t kill me first.”

“You loved it; you know you did.”

Sarah licked Maria’s shoulder,
savoring the slight salty taste. “It was pretty damn spectacular.”

Chapter Eleven

Normalcy. Sarah puzzled over the
latest pics of Alicia James spread across her work table. The young woman
definitely had rising star power.

Maria had shown her several of the
girl’s erotic videos. She was very adept at her chosen profession. Sarah’s
mouth went dry as she recalled the images of Alicia intertwined with two other
women in a meadow of colorful flowers. While it had taken several scenes before
she became comfortable watching her young friend cavorting with naked men and
women, she’d finally acknowledged that Alicia genuinely enjoyed her work. The
air of innocence, enthusiasm and pure unabated enjoyment she projected could not
be taught or coached. It was either there or it wasn’t. Any viewer could be
forgiven for believing Alicia wanted to step through the TV screen to share her
body with him or her.

According to Maria, Alicia now
needed a backer to advance farther up the career ladder. That might be a
director who was willing to give her a starring role, or a financial backer who
was willing to make sure she got that chance.

Sarah picked up a picture of Alicia posing
leaning against her desk. She wore a man’s white shirt knotted beneath her
boobs. While her breasts were covered, there was no mistaking the outlines of
large aroused nipples. With one hand on her left hip, Alicia used the other hand
to hoist the checkered cheerleader skirt high enough on the other hip to barely
show a hint of pussy. Her smile seemed natural, innocent, almost curious, as if
she were willing to go further but unsure of the observer’s desire. The result
was indeed tantalizingly erotic.

Trying to ignore her own pebbling
nipples, Sarah wondered if the girl would want to take acting lessons. Did she
have the motivation and discipline for study? Would those lessons help her hone
her innate acting skills, or would they harm them in some unexpected ways? Alicia
James hardly needed lessons on how to perfect her sexual skills. Even Adam
agreed Alicia had star potential.

Sarah hated being indecisive. She glanced
back at the pictures, studying Alicia’s doe-like eyes. They’d attracted her even
more than her full breasts and undulating hips.

Sarah scrunched her shoulders, then got
up and walked to the couch, where she sat and examined more of the photos displayed
on the coffee table. Why was she agonizing so? Why was she even considering
getting involved? She’d said nothing specifically to Maria or Adam about her
thoughts, though they probably suspected what she was thinking about.

Was Alicia the daughter she never
had? Sarah hugged herself. If she was about to go out and find a daughter, why
did it have to be a porn starlet? “Why not,” she muttered aloud.

She hadn’t dared breathe a word of
her musings to the girl. There was no need to get her hopes up and then have
them dashed by something not yet considered. It wasn’t the money. She could
easily afford bankrolling Alicia’s career. If she did, though, she’d expect a
percentage return on her investment. This was strictly a business deal she was
evaluating.

Well, okay, not exactly. She
was
emotionally tied to Alicia. It wasn’t sexual, but it was emotional—and that
could be much more dangerous.

So was it normal for her to consider
becoming a patron of the arts—of an adult film star? She’d supported the arts
when she lived in Chicago. But no one, not even she, had questioned the
propriety of that support.

Eyebrows would go up questioning her
involvement with Alicia James. Many wouldn’t think of the porn industry as an
art form worthy of patronage. Detractors would question its entertainment,
moral, or educational value. There would be those who’d naturally assume she
and Alicia were lovers. Daniel would, if he ever found out. But did any of that
matter?

She knew better. She’d come to know
and respect a number of the women who’d approached her for help with their
portfolios. Like her, they had goals, laughed and cried, and wanted happiness. Some
were wives. Some were mothers. Some saw themselves contributing to causes
larger than themselves—sexual freedom, women’s rights, sexual education. She
wasn’t naïve. She was aware of the underbelly of the industry—of too many
drugs, too much intimidation, of too little attention to the health of the
performers. Plus there was always the issue of equitable pay. Those were issues
that challenged many industries and professions, yet the pervading view held
that participating in the erotic industry was not normal—and now that would
include her, if she decided to underwrite Alicia’s career.

Sarah laughed softly. There was very
little about her current lifestyle that smacked of stereotypical mid-western
normalcy. She’d been back in California for four weeks and something resembling
a routine had set in.

Adam was turning into the kind of
compassionate lover she’d always believed him to be. He could be quite
demanding in bed, but then she’d discovered somewhat to her surprise that she
could, too. The three of them played at finding innovative ways to express
themselves sexually. She smiled. Adam remained much more expressive with his
fingers, tongue and cock than with words.

Without establishing anything
resembling a schedule, they had made time and space for each other. They were
together as couples and as a threesome. Sometimes the third party watched,
sometimes not. There were no rules and thankfully there seemed to be no need
for rules on how to divvy themselves up.

They’d become comfortable as a
sexual threesome, for which she was grateful. But they had not yet achieved an
emotional equilibrium. She and Maria outdistanced Adam on that score.

He still hadn’t spent an entire
night with them. That emotional rampart proved more than he could apparently surmount.

Yet, she was surprisingly quite satisfied.
She’d adjusted. She probably couldn’t have stayed in a relationship with Adam
without the presence of the effervescent Maria. Her Latin lover supplied her
the emotional fervor and nurturing that Adam at least thus far seemed unable or
unwilling to share.

Would Adam come around? She hoped
so—she and Maria were counting on it. Right now they were giving him time, but
there was Maria’s biological clock. At some point they’d have to come to terms
with it.

She placed Alicia’s pictures back in
the folder she’d established for her. There was nothing stopping her from
trying her wings as an arts patron for the adult film world. She’d request a
formal business meeting with Maria and Adam. That was the first step. She had
to know if what she was considering had business merit.

Was she considering a pipedream? Sarah
rose to her feet and filed the folder away. Alicia James. Would Alicia even
want a patron? If so, would she accept Sarah Atkinson as that patron?

Sitting at Adam’s round office table,
Sarah chewed on her cheek waiting for Adam and Maria to respond to her idea. Maria
had flashed a smile at him when she’d begun to set forth her business plan. Sarah
had laid out the whys, the costs and the potential benefits as well a marketing
scenario. Marketing was her forte. She’d made hundreds if not thousands of such
presentations. So why was she so nervous?

Adam leaned back and scratched his
ear. “This isn’t a shock, of course. You’ve been asking a lot of leading
questions the last several days. My gut says your plan is quite plausible. I
would suggest upping your take from any film Alicia stars in. That’ll be significant
as she becomes more recognized by the industry and the public and therefore becomes
more in demand.”

“I appreciate the suggestion.” Sarah
nodded and smiled. She inhaled deeply. “So I’m not totally crazy. It’s not like
I need to make a lot of money from this venture, but I don’t want Alicia to
believe this arrangement is a gift or charity.” She turned toward Maria. “What
do you think?”

“I expect Alicia has found what she
needs in you whether she was looking for it or not.” Maria crossed her arms and
tilted her head slightly. “But I wonder if you are at all aware of the stigma
you’re setting yourself up for? Most people don’t think fondly of folks
involved with porn. Some of your friends will think you’re certifiable no
matter how highly they thought of you before. Are you ready to handle the
negative fallout?” Maria settled back into her chair. “Of course, you could
stay behind the scenes, so to speak. I could front for you.”

“No.” Sarah shook her head
vigorously. “I appreciate what you’re saying. But if this is right for me to do,
then I don’t want to hide. There aren’t many people close to me I have to worry
about anyway. And maybe even my folks would’ve approved.”

Adam cleared his throat. “What about
Daniel?”

“What about Daniel?” she snapped.

“He’ll bust a gut if—let me correct
that—
when
he finds out his ex-wife is a patron of the adult film world.”

“Tough shit!”

“You go, girl.” Maria piped,
grinning broadly.

“Adam, I have several sizeable certificates
of deposit signed over to me as part of our divorce settlement that still
identify Daniel as the original owner. If I use those for this venture, would
Daniel be at all implicated?”

Adam tried unsuccessfully to hide a grin.
“Not legally. But the press would have a field day. You’re not really thinking
of doing that? He’d probably recover, but he’d have to do some fancy wheeling
and dealing.”

“That’s what I figured. I’m planning
to save those funds for a rainier day than this one. But if Daniel wants to
give me any crap, the next funds slated for the arts are those with Daniel’s
signature appended. Not bad, huh?”

“I wouldn’t want to cross you if you
ever got ripping mad and me.”

“Don’t you forget that, bad boy of
Bumper, Iowa.” Sarah flashed him a quick smile. “I’ve told you before you should’ve
taken me for a ride on your motorcycle. Think what might’ve happened if you had
offered me a single ride.” She hollowed her cheeks mimicking a sucking notion,
in case he’d forgotten.

He shook his head at her and
murmured, “My mistake. Clearly.”

She stood and crossed her fingers. “Hopefully,
Alicia won’t balk at this idea.”

“She’d be a fool if she did.” Adam returned
to his desk.

“Alicia James may be young,” Maria added,
following Sarah toward the door, “but she’s no fool.”

The next afternoon, Sarah rose from
her work table to greet her visitor. “Come in, Alicia.”

“Hi, Ms. Atkinson. Good to see you
again.” She matter-of-factly unzipped her top and her large full breasts sprang
forth with nipples quickly pebbling.

“Whoa, Alicia,” Sarah hurried to
say. “Zip back up. This isn’t about more pictures.”

“Oh.” Alicia looked confused but tucked
her boobs back in.

Sarah breathed again, congratulating
herself for resisting the urge to palm those amazing boobs and tease those attention
seeking nipples. Why did the girl have to be so damn innocently provocative? How
many adults had ever wanted to talk to Alicia with her clothes on? “Why don’t
we sit at the table? It’s small, but it’ll work.”

“Okay.” Alicia sat down, still with
a  puzzled look on her face. “So what’s on your mind if not pictures, Ms.
Atkinson?”

Where to begin? How to begin? Why
did this girl throw her off kilter so easily? “First,” Sarah said, steepling
her fingers, “nothing that I have to say should be interpreted as having anything
to do with us sexually.”

“Okay.” Alicia arched an eyebrow. “But
what else is there?”

“We’ve gone over this before,
Alicia. Yes, I find you quite attractive. No, I will not now or ever entertain
the idea of going to bed with you. Is that clear enough?”

Alicia shrugged. “I’d like to be
able to be that clear with some people.”

“I’m sure you would. What I have to
offer you is a business opportunity that Maria, Adam and I believe can benefit
both you and me.”

“Okay.” Alicia winced and slouched
farther down in the chair. “You’re taking a long time to get to the point, Ms.
Atkinson.”

“I’d like to financially support
your career.”

Alicia gawked. “You’re kidding. In
the adult film industry?”

Sarah nodded.

“Wow. How would you do that? You
already aren’t charging for my pics.”

Sarah leaned back and chuckled. “I
have much bigger aspirations than that. I watched three of your videos with
Maria.”

“You did! Wow!” Alicia sat up
straighter. “What did you think? Did you like what you saw? Am I good, or what?”
The blonde scowled. “And you still don’t want to have sex with me?”

“Maria provided a helpful
commentary. You are quite good, Alicia. We feel your goal to become an adult
film superstar is reachable, if you have the proper sponsorship.”

“How would you sponsor me?” Alicia
had turned surprisingly serious.

“Marketing is my expertise. We’ll
package you in ways that play up your genuine innocence and your apparent
willingness to try anything sexually.”
