“Just watching Lilly. She is happy,” Orin said with a sappy grin he knew was on his face.

“She is amazing, isn’t she?” Davis smiled, looking at his wife.

“The best,” Orin agreed.

Both brothers smiled as they watched a pale-faced Jacks walk up to them. Neither said a single word as he grabbed their drinks and quickly downed them. But when he started to cough, he captured the attention of everyone in the room.

Patting him on his back, Orin laughed. “Jacks, you look like you’ve seen a ghost. What is it?”

“Twins. She’s having twins!” he shouted, and everyone cheered.

Orin froze.

Davis grabbed Orin so he wouldn’t faint, muttering, “Oh God!”

“Two of them!” Jacks shouted in fear.

And just because he couldn’t help it, Orin blurted out, “Don’t worry, I have a plan!”

After high school, Rebecca met and married her own military service member and now devotes her time to her husband and children.

Her “spawns” as she lovingly calls them, demand and expect allot of her attention. When she is not catering to the whims of her family, Rebecca spends her quiet time reading or writing.

As an avid reader from an early age, Rebecca decided to try her hand at writing while her husband was away on a deployment to pass the time. Since then, she finds time in her hectic day, to scribble her hopes, wishes and dreams.

life, Rebecca tries to balance each with whit, sarcasm and humor… “Screwing up takes practice…I think I’m well rehearsed!”
