When Finn’s feet touched the liquid, he realized they were in the water. He felt a moment of body jarring panic as the incident with the Spider came flying back at him. Swallowing hard, Finn pushed it aside and forced himself to move on until the water was to his waist.

Unlike the water at the lake, the pool was nice and warm. Which was a major plus. If Finn did end up drowning, at least he would be nice and toasty while doing so. But then he remembered how Simon had saved him the last time, so surely he would save Finn if he floundered again. There was no way that Simon would go to all that trouble only to lose him again. Or at least Finn hoped so.

“Okay, do you know anything about swimming?” Simon said.

When Finn shook his head, Simon let out a sigh. “I was afraid that was going to be my answer. I guess we’ll start with teaching you how to float on your back and work up from there.”

Finn didn’t see how that would have helped in the Spider situation, but since Simon was in charge, Finn was willing to go along with it. He tried to float on his back only to find out that it was hard. He kept going under the water, each time getting a face-full of the wet stuff.

“You keep panicking. You just need to relax and let your body go loose,” Simon advised.

Finn tried, only to find that was a lot easier said than done. After his encounter with the Spider in the lake, he was mortified to find that he’d developed a fear of the water. Which made him all the more determined to learn how to swim. He just needed to get over his damn phobia first.

Simon came over and put a hand under the small of Finn’s back and his shoulder blades. “There you go. See, it’s not that hard.”

“Only because you’re holding me up. You’re not always going to be there to rescue me.”

“No, I guess I won’t be,” Simon muttered.

Simon let go of Finn, and Finn got to his feet so he was looking at Simon. “I could always go to Chris and ask him if he would make me an assassin like you. That way you could always protect me.”

Simon let out a small chuckle. “Somehow I don’t see you having it in you to go out and kill people on orders alone.”

* * * *

Finn tilted his head to the side, making him look all the more endearing. “I guess you have a point there. The only time I can kill is if my life depends on it, and even then I feel bad about it afterwards.”

Simon cupped the back of Finn’s head and brought him in for a brief kiss.

“What was that for?” Finn asked. “First in the car, and now here. I thought you hated me.”

The truth was Simon didn’t know the answer himself. There was just something about Finn that called to Simon and made him want the Omega more than he wanted anybody ever before. Now that he’d gotten a taste of Finn, Simon knew he’d be hard pressed to ever stop touching him again.

“I don’t know,” Simon admitted. “There’s something about you that appeals to me. Besides, I don’t exactly see you pushing me away.”

“Touché,” Finn replied with a slight grin. “Your kisses aren’t all that bad. I’ll give you that.”

“Then why don’t you give me another one?”

Finn looked around nervously. “What if somebody sees us?”

“There’s nobody around. Remember, I reserved the pool for private lessons. It’s just you and me in here. We can do whatever we want and nobody will be the wiser.”

Finn ducked his head and got a slight blush on his face. “Yeah, but they could still come in at any moment.”

“Trust me, the felines won’t think anything of it. They’re a frisky bunch. I’ll tell you what. You give me one last kiss, and we can call it the end of the day. You must be starved. We can go back to the pack and get something to east.”

Finn looked up from under his spikey, wet lashes. “You have a deal.”

He twined his arms around Simon’s neck and they shared a kiss, this one much slower and more passionate. By the time they pulled apart, both of them were gasping for breath.

“How did I know that you were going to be trouble from the instant I saw you?” Simon asked.

Finn gave a slight pout. “I don’t know if that’s a compliment or not.

Simon gave him another kiss. “Trust me, at this point it’s a huge compliment. At the time, it freaked me out, though. The last thing I wanted was to be attracted to a Wolf.”

“What is it you have against Wolves?” Finn asked.

“I had a really bad encounter with some of them. They ended up almost killing me. If it hadn’t have been for Toby stepping in and saving my hide, I would have died.”

Now that Simon said it aloud, he realized how stupid it sounded. He really shouldn’t have hated a whole breed just based on the actions of few members. It had been really narrow-minded of him.

But, Finn didn’t get mad at him, he simply reached out and cupped Simon’s cheek. “I guess I can see where you’re coming from. I feel the same way about Ravens. If I could I would kill every single one of them out there. I wouldn’t feel one ounce of remorse over it, either.”

“But I don’t hate you. In fact, what I feel for you is far from hate,” Simon shocked himself by admitting.

Finn gave a bashful grin. “I feel the same way about you. Even though you can be a real jerk at times.”

Simon opened his mouth in outrage. “I’m not a jerk. I just say what’s on my mind.”

“Yeah, well sometimes it helps to put a filter on your mouth. It would make life a whole life easier on you.”

“You sound a lot like Tabitha, one of the assassins in our group.”

“She’s right. You should take her advice. You really are a smartass sometimes.

“Says the pot to the kettle.”

Finn nipped at his bottom lip. “Okay, I guess that’s something we both could work on. It sure as hell would help us from butting heads so much.”

Simon put his arms around Finn’s waist and brought him in closer. “Yes, because I like it much better when we’re getting along.”

Finn let out a moan. “So do I.”

They shared another kiss before they got out of the pool, dried off, and went into the locker room. When they found it empty, Simon ran his hands up Finn’s hips. “How about we take a shower and get some of this chlorine off of us?”

It was a flimsy excuse to see Finn naked, but Simon was near desperate to see all of the Omega’s body. Finn gave him a shy smile before saying, “Okay, all this pool smell is wreaking havoc on my senses anyways.”

They stripped off their suits and, for the first time, Simon finally got a full view of a naked Finn, and what a view it was. Finn’s ass was perfectly rounded with just enough meat to grab onto and hold onto tightly while fucking. And his cock—it was surprisingly large for such a little guy. If the tiles hadn’t been so hard and bumpy, Simon would have been tempted to drop to his knees and start worshiping it right then and there. As if was, he couldn’t stop himself from reaching out and stroking it.

Finn let out a moan as he tilted his head back, exposing his neck to Simon in a show of ultimate submission. Simon leaned forward to lick the area of skin, but he didn’t bite down, not wanting to scare Finn. Now that Simon had the Omega right where he wanted him, he wasn’t about to lose him.

“Let’s get into the shower,” Simon suggested.

Finn gave an absent minded nod. “Sounds good to me.”

They walked into the shower stall. While it was made to contain several men, it was now empty save for Simon and Finn. Simon turned on one of the taps and adjusted the temperature.

“How does that feel to you? Is it too hot?” he asked.

“No, it’s perfect,” Finn said with a moan.

The sound went straight to Simon’s cock and he almost let loose with a moan of his own. Instead, he settled for running his hands up and down Finn’s water-slicked body.

“I could fuck you right here and now,” Simon admitted.

Finn gazed up, water droplets clinging to his long lashes. “I could let you.”

Oh, how tempting it sounded, but there was just one detail that was holding Simon back. “You’ve never had sex before, have you?”

Simon didn’t know how he was certain of that fact. Maybe it was the desperate way Finn kissed. Or it could be the way Finn blushed. Or perhaps it was simply the vibes Finn was putting off. Whatever the reason, everything about Finn just screamed
virgin.

Finn ducked his head, nipped his bottom lip, before he nodded. “I’ll understand if you don’t want to be with me now. I understand how some guys only want experienced lovers. I promise not to get mad with you if you want to call a halt to this.”

Simon tucked his fingers under Finn’s chin and forced him to look up. “I still want you very much. I just don’t want your first time to be in a shower.”

Finn gave him a crooked smile. “It’s that obvious that I’m a virgin?”

“No, I just know the signs when I see them. That still doesn’t mean we can’t have fun until we get back to the pack, though.”

Somehow, Finn’s eyes managed to get even darker with passion. “And what happens when we get back there?”

Simon leaned in until his lips were mere inches from Finn’s ears. “I’m going to show you how it is to be truly and thoroughly fucked.”

Finn took in a shuddering breath. “I think I would like that. In fact, I
know
I would love it.”

“Then let’s get into the shower and take some of the edge off.”

Finn’s brows drew down into confusion. “How do we do that?”

“There are so many ways, I can’t even begin to count them, but we’ll start with just one. I promise you’ll like it.

Pulling Finn in tight to him, Simon began to kiss him in earnest. At first Finn was timid, his kisses sloppy and uncoordinated. But, he soon caught on and was giving back as good as he got.

Never breaking the kiss, Simon reached between them and fisted both their cocks together. Then using the water as friction, he began to rub both of them off.

Finn let out a gasp that was lost in in Simon’s mouth. Then the Omega stood on his tip-toes so Simon could get at him better. Simon had to bite back a laugh. It looked like Finn liked the foreplay after all.

After a few moments, Finn let out a cry, then jerked before his cock went off, hot streams of spunk covering Simon’s hand. The look of pure bliss on Finn’s face was so beautiful that Simon only lasted for two more passes. His own orgasm hit him hard and fast, his cum mixing with Finn’s.

Simon came down from his high slowly, gradually becoming aware of the water still hitting him on the back. Some of the semen still clung to his hand. He could have easily washed it off, but instead he brought it to his mouth and began to lick it off, savoring the taste of his essence mixed in with that of Finn’s.

Finn didn’t act disgusted at all. Quite the opposite. He leaned forward and darted out his pink tongue, helping Simon clean up the mess. Once every drop was gone, Simon captured Finn’s lips in a long, heated kiss.

“I hope you don’t have any plans for tonight, because I intend to spend the better part of it doing all kinds of illegal things to you,” Simon said.

“Believe it or not, my schedule is surprisingly empty for this evening,” Finn teased.

They finished washing up, got out, then got dressed. As they were walking out of the building, Simon couldn’t resist the urge to hold Finn’s hand. It was a completely sappy move of ownership, but Simon couldn’t help it. Finn was his and he wanted the whole world to know it. Consequences be damned.

Chapter Seven

On the long drive there, Finn couldn’t resist stretching out to continually grope Simon. Not that Simon was complaining any. In fact, he seemed to be enjoying it more that Finn, if that were even possible.

Simon let out a moan. “You keep this up, and you’re going to get us into an accident.”

“That’s okay, we’ll just tell Chris it was an oopsie.” Finn ran his hand up Simon’s inner thigh, coming close but not quite touching his cock.

“No, I refuse to lie to him. I’ll make you tell him the truth. Plus, you’re not even buckled up. If we were to get into a crash, you could get hurt.”

Finn gave a slight pout. “But I can’t reach you if I have my seat belt on.”

“Put it on. I promise you. You can touch me all you want once we get back to the pack dwelling.”

Since Finn liked the sounds of that, he got fully back in his seat and snapped his buckle in place. That still didn’t stop him from devouring Simon with his gaze, though. For once, Simon didn’t have that damn hood on, and Finn could see the man’s features in all their glory.

Simon really was the hottest man that Finn had ever seen, and Finn wasn’t just saying that because he was about to give his virginity to the guy, either. Simon had the whole rugged-yet-sexy thing down pat, and he wore it well. Plus, when he wasn’t directing it Finn’s way, his sarcasm could be endearing in its own special way.

After what seemed like a million years, the pack dwelling came into view. After being at the feline coalition, it looked so much smaller, but Finn found himself liking his home better. The Wolf dwelling seemed more homey and welcoming and less like a military outpost. He wouldn’t trade places for anything.

“Call your brothers,” Simon ordered.

“Why?” Finn asked. “They aren’t expecting me back for at least a few more hours.”

Simon undid his belt, reached out, and grabbed Finn by the back of the head. “Because what I have planned for you will take all night.”

Oh, boy! Finn was really playing with the big boys now. There was no more denying it. The thing was, he didn’t want to back out. If anything, he wanted to dive in head first, smiling all the way.

With shaking hands, he called Kline. He knew that his twin would be the easiest of the brothers to deal with. While he waited for Kline to answer, Finn looked out the window, so Simon wouldn’t see how nervous he was. Kline finally answered on the third ring.

“What’s up?” Kline asked.

“I won’t be coming home tonight,” Finn replied, bluntly.

Might as well not beat around the subject. He had better things to do with this time. Besides, he’d learned long ago the less he said to Kline the better things went.

“Why not?” Kline demanded.

Finn sighed. He should have known his brother wouldn’t make this easy on him. Whoever said
curiosity killed the cat
had obviously not met a certain Omega Wolf.
