series, as well as
The Mammoth Book of Pulp Fiction
and more recently
The Mammoth Book of Pulp Action.
Other well-received anthologies include:
London Noir,

Fresh Blood, Past Poisons, Chronicles of Crime

A regular broadcaster, he is the crime columnist for the
Guardian.
His fiction includes
