I can hear my men stirring in the camp
outside. The clinking and clanking of many armored men, the sounds
of a hundred swords being pulled from their scabbards. I’m ready. I
will make my father proud.
A great wind came up, and the air suddenly
grew unnaturally chill. Brother Claradon Eotrus, Lord of Dor
Eotrus, rose, adjusted his sword belt and picked up his shield.
Moments later, his Knight Captain and his House Wizard rushed into
the command tent, fearful looks etched their faces.
“
Lord Eotrus,” said the wizard,
“It’s time. The fog has returned!”
