Wendigo
A term that literally translates as “cannibal.” Originally, the term referred to those who had been possessed by the Wendigo, meaning they had resorted to cannibalism in order to survive. Over time, inhabitants of the region have claimed that the Wendigo is, in fact, a very real creature that looks somewhat like a Sasquatch/Bigfoot with antlers.
were-cat

werewolf
A common term for one who is in the state of lycanthropy.
zoanthropy
A term used in psychology to refer to a state of mental delusion in which the afflicted individual harbors the belief that he or she can assume the form of an animal.
