Matthew nodded, “Yes, I’ve heard the quote… more than few times,” he mumbled.
Angelica shifted in her seat and listened carefully. He had her full attention but she still wasn’t sure where he was going with it.
“While working on these projects,” Blake said, “I met and worked alongside other scientists and from them I learned of the hybrids. It was never explained precisely, but I gathered this… A new human DNA has been created by some benevolent highly evolved race and it’s unique, I’ll say that. Apparently, people with this advanced DNA are evolving at an exponential rate, have very strong immune systems, and I’ll just say other special gifts, so I’ve heard.” Blake cleared his throat and looked at Ellen.
Ellen looked at Angelica and spoke softly. “And, they appear to be unaffected by radiation, right Blake?”
Blake nodded and quickly continued. “Essentially, they are changing rapidly. Silly term, but what the hell, I’ll say it… They are becoming exponentially stronger – super-humans. From what I understand, they can’t get sick and are immune to human diseases.” Blake continued where Ellen had left off.
Angelica blurted out, “becoming stronger and immune to diseases?”
Ellen interrupted Blake as he started to speak. “For whatever reason, this DNA strand has been dormant and now it’s being activated. And as this new DNA strand evolves, the new species step out of polarity and no longer judge. They begin to understand everything is interconnected in all ways. You can’t hide anything from them, they are a remarkable phenomenon. They can see the future,” Ellen looked sincerely into Angelica’s eyes. “It is said that they will lead the way.”
Angelica took a breath. “Let’s just say hypothetically that all of this seemingly irrational discussion is true. What does this really mean?” Angelica asked.
“To move into a state where you are immune to disease is extraordinary. In a world where viruses and bacteria are growing stronger, their kind will survive and maybe over time the new and higher level race will be resistant to all diseases,” Ellen responded enthusiastically.
Blake nodded as he spoke. “Ellen is correct.”
“But how would it be possible?” Angelica squinted, trying to process it all. She still couldn’t wrap her head around what Ellen and Blake were saying--the idea of a super-human sounded ridiculous, she thought.
Angelica looked at Blake blankly as she thought for a moment. “How would that be possible?
“I imagine through nighty visitations, and procedures on their crafts,” he said, straight-faced. “We are talking about highly evolved beings here, Ms. Bradley.”
Matthew observed Angelica grappling with all of this from a state of perplexity.
Ellen leaned closer to Angelica. “They don’t just walk in on you in the middle of the night and say, ‘Hi, I’m an alien, and you’re coming with me!’ Well, they might, but that’s probably rare.” Ellen giggled.
Angelica sat there for a moment bewildered, wide-eyed, and trying to contemplate the provocative conversation. “Blake said procedures.”
“Well, with this particular kind, yes. However, the others do it differently. They steal your eggs, and create the life form in their lab.”
Angelica planted her feet defiantly. “So you are talking about two different races that are creating hybrids?” Angelica peered over at Matthew. He was nodding his head. She thought it sounded entirely too far-fetched, and yet Matthew seemed to endorse the idea.
Ellen looked over at Blake and nodded to proceed. Blake started patiently. “The benevolent race looks very similar to humans, but is much taller and more muscular… kind of angelic. Most people have reported seeing the ones with light skin, light eyes, and light hair. However, they are not limited to those features. One of my former colleagues said he had seen an Asian-looking one with light blonde hair while working at the underground base. Supposedly they have been around a long time. This is the group creating a new race of super-hybrids here on Earth.” Blake rubbed his fingers across his lips. “Why? We do not really know. There are a lot of theories out there.”
“Are these human-like beings working with our government?” Angelica asked, as nonchalantly as she possibly could.
“I do not know why they were at Newton,” Blake frowned. “This other race appears androgynous and supposedly originated from
a star system near the Orion Constellation
. I question whether they are the future version of us coming back for some reason. Who knows? Maybe they know our future and are harvesting the human genetics. Anyway, these things are also creating the hybrids, however for a completely different reason, it’s speculated, and they are taking the human-hybrid females eggs, like a fox in the night. In other words, the child is never born on Earth.”
Angelica gasped. “They steal a woman’s eggs? They steal her baby!” Blake and Ellen nodded. Matthew didn’t say anything, but he appeared to believe the McKinney’s.
“Wait, I’m confused. You said there was a group creating hybrids here on Earth, right?” Angelica spoke quickly.
Blake nodded. “Yes.”
“Okay, now you say another group is creating hybrids with the eggs of the human-hybrid female that was created on Earth by the benevolent race. Is that correct? I’m sorry but this is confusing.” Angelica glanced at Matthew and shook her head.
“Allegedly, yes,” Blake answered. ” They are using the super-human hybrid DNA, combining it with their own. I’ve heard it’s considered genetically superior to most of the intelligent life forms that exist out there.”
Angelica looked over at Matthew again in disbelief, and then to Ellen before holding eye contact with Blake. She was feeling abnormally submissive. “Go on, please… I’m fascinated.” Angelica leaned in closer and rubbed her temple.
“The non-Earth inhabitant hybrids supposedly look more like the grey ones than human. Like the ones you see on the television.” Blake sat up.
Ellen interjected, “Yes, as you’ve seen on TV and in the movies, the grey ones have large black eyes.”
Angelica thought back on her hypnosis session, and the beings with large black eyes she visualized in her mind at her grandmother’s farm. She swallowed hard, her face ashened.
Ellen put her hand to her mouth and thought for a moment. “Now, it gets a little confusing, so just digest what you can, honey. There are inter-dimensional beings that can move between time and space and operate on different levels. These beings can move between dimensions and appear paranormal to us such as shadows, dreams, disembodied voices, etc. You get the picture.” Ellen shifted around, causing the sofa to squeak, startling Angelica.
“But we won’t go into all that,” Blake’s voice deeply erupted. “You look confused enough.” Blake chuckled.
“Blake!” Ellen scolded, as she reached over and squeezed his arm.
Angelica—suddenly conscious of her expression—shifted and sat up with a poker face. “All right, but there’s one thing I’m struggling with, outside of the idea of these hybrids, of course, which is the craziest thing I have ever heard…” Angelica laughed nervously.
“Let’s get back to the focus of my investigation. We seem to have gone off track a little bit. Who’s doing the cattle mutilations? And why would beings travel billions of miles to our planet to cut up our cattle?” Angelica scratched at her cheek, and then grasped a few strands of her hair and started twisting it in a circular motion. Catching herself in the act, she let go of her hair and put her hand back in her lap.
Blake didn’t hesitate, “That is a good question. I’m not entirely sure, but there is definitely a connection. While at the base, it was an area of experimentation that was very secretive. My theory revolves around something within the cattle DNA that is similar to human DNA and maybe they use it when creating the hybrids.
Angelica glanced over at Matthew and observed him nodding in agreement.
“As you investigate this, you’ll hear the grey ones are mutilating the cattle, and then you’ll hear it’s the supposed benevolent ones. You’ll even hear on occasion that they’re collaborating. I don’t want to speculate any further. One thing is for certain… It is significant. I hope you get to the bottom of it and find some answers,” Blake said coarsely.
“I overheard a scientist at the base say the grey race had to leave their planet because it had become depleted of its resources, and they’ve colonized on an earth-like planet four hundred light years away from earth. He said we’ve located the earth-like planet with the Hubble telescope and its orbiting in the habitable zone of Lyra, with a similar star to our sun. They call it a ‘Goldylocks Zone’ because it is just right for organic life. It apparently has a surface temperature in the comfortable seventies. They’re calling it the “Spring Planet,” since it’s comparable to a spring day on earth. When I heard that, I thought, ‘Hell… that sounds like heaven – a perfect utopia… When do I leave?’” Blake chuckled.
Angelica looked over at Matthew. “I don’t know what to say… wow, okay.” She took a deep breath and shook her head.
“Supposedly, there are beings that don’t believe the human race is capable of evolving because of its current genetic structure. Too many mutations have been created through pollution, genetically modified food, and vaccines. They don’t believe enough humans will shift to a higher consciousness, and thus create a new paradigm as they had hoped. So they are now being very selective.
“To them, we are lost, too far gone to save ourselves. However, the benevolent ones do believe in the human race and they have created, through hybridization, their way-showers. These hybrids are an important part of the future of the human evolution. They’re born with a very special purpose.”
Angelica leaned back further into the sofa and thought for a moment. “This sounds like some bizarre science fiction movie.” She nervously scratched her neck. After she lowered her hand, her neck revealed red splotches. Matthew noticed Angelica had started to break out in a rash.
Angelica dropped her shoulders and looked blankly at Ellen, and then Blake. Was Ellen even credible? And Blake, just because he worked for Newton… didn’t mean squat. It was just too unbelievable, she thought.
Angelica looked at Matthew and opened her mouth to speak, but nothing came out. She then turned back to Ellen. “Forgive me, but I’m at a loss for words,” Angelica whispered.
Ellen smiled sympathetically at Angelica. “It’s understandable.”
Angelica looked over at Matthew. She was afraid to ask any more questions for fear it was just going to get weirder. Suddenly, her filter vanished and she realized she was speaking her thoughts out loud. “This is too much! There are hybrids… come on. Seriously?” Angelica challenged, shaking her head.
Ellen got up from her corner position on the couch next to Blake and sat next to Angelica, causing the interruption she had planned. Angelica looked at Matthew and shrugged her shoulders, mouthing the words, “What is she doing?”
Matthew shrugged his shoulders and mouthed the words, “I don’t know.”
Ellen was in Angelica’s space. Angelica leaned back into the armrest. Ellen lowered her head and then looked back up. Angelica noticed little sparks of light no further than a few feet from above Ellen’s head. There were several flashes, similar to fireflies, as if they just entered the room. She looked over at Matthew who was watching Ellen intensely. It didn’t appear that Matthew had noticed them; he was looking downward. Maybe she was starting to faint.
Ellen patted Angelica’s hand and smiled as Angelica just sat there with her jaw clinched, facing Ellen. Matthew decided to intervene. He stood up from the recliner and said, “Well, we should be going.”
Ellen appeared genuinely concerned. “Oh? Well, all right. But she doesn’t look well. Maybe she should sip some water before she leaves.”
“No, thank you, I’m fine. I just need some air.” Angelica managed a smile as she spoke through clenched teeth. The only thoughts in her mind were the traumatic images from her last session with her doctor. Did she really witness the terrible scene as a child? Her mind flooded as she felt disoriented.
Ellen stood up and gave Angelica some room to get up from the sofa and apologetically stepped back. Angelica stood up, leaned over to grab her satchel, and then followed Matthew to the front door. Before she stepped over the threshold, she looked back at Ellen and Blake. “Thank you. I must confess… this was not at all what I had expected.”
Ellen walked over and took Angelica’s hand placing it gently between hers. “Angelica, I know you are leaving here today questioning what you’ve heard. You may convince yourself it’s not true, but you’ll come around soon enough. If you need anything, please do not be afraid to reach out to us. We will help you in any way we can. Good luck my dear and be safe.”
Angelica smiled at Ellen as she gently slid her hand away and turned toward the door.
Before she was outside, Blake spoke in a hardy tone. “Angelica, keep a healthy guarded suspicion! It’s very hard to tell who the good guys and bad guys are, and it will get even more convoluted and complicated the deeper you go into your investigation. Use your intuition and watch your six!”
“I will. Thank you,” Angelica appeared dazed. Angelica sensed the hidden pieces to her past were now falling into place. The thought gripped her.
Matthew stepped off the porch and turned back to Ellen, still standing in the doorway. “Thank you, Ellen. I’ll see you soon.”
Ellen raised her hand and gave him a slight wave. “Yes, Matthew, see you soon,” Ellen turned around and went back inside, letting the metal glass door shut behind her.
