“How could they just toss me aside?”

“Those fucking bastards,” he seethed.

“I’m going to…”

“Don’t,” I said, shaking my head.

“Just hold me.” I crushed my body to
his.

I couldn’t help myself.

Everything I was feeling…

I just wanted him to take it away.

I knew that Nathan’s touch would wipe out my
problems.

I pressed my lips to him,
urging him to touch me.

I took his hands
and pressed them to my breasts underneath my denim jacket.

He was hesitating for some reason.

He just held his hands there, like he was
afraid to touch me.

I sucked his bottom
lip into my mouth, biting down gently.

Just as I was about to give up and pull back, his hands took hold of my
breasts and began squeezing and kneading.

His hands wrapped around my waist and hoisted me up my
palming my ass.

He set me on his desk
and stepped in between my jean-clad legs, wrapping them around his hips.

He thrust his rock-hard length against me repeatedly.

I threw my head back with a loud moan,
leaning my body back on the desk.

His
hands followed, grasping my breasts and rubbing them together.

Fuck, this wasn’t me.

Halfway to having sex on a desk where anyone could walk in?

I knew I should stop this but having Nathan’s
hands on me was wiping out the sadness within me with lust and pleasure.

His mouth began sucking over the pulse point
on my neck, kissing and nibbling.

My
hands shot down to his belt just as the door began opening.

“Fuck,” I panted, pushing Nathan back so I could stand up.

“No, that’s okay, Louise,” Adam called.

Shit, it was him.

I
looked at Nathan and noticed that he was sporting a rather large tent in his
trousers.

A look of horror crossed my
face.

How the hell were we going to
explain that?

Nathan grabbed my arm,
quickly taking a seat and pulled me down on his lap.

Not very professional but if that’s what he
thought was best.

As I made myself comfortable on his lap Nathan’s hands
tightened on my hips and I froze, realizing that I wasn’t helping the
situation.

If any, I was just making it
harder.

Pun definitely intended.

I wanted to laugh but he looked genuinely
serious.

Adam came through the doorway still talking to Louise.

“Can you bring in the new tender regarding
Peter Jennings?”

Louise looked panicked but soon relaxed when she saw it was
safe to come in.

As she looked at me she
blushed.

Okay, if she knew what was going on we were never going to
be able to fool Adam.

The door closed quietly and Adam smirked as he turned
around.

“Chloe, lovely to see you.” Adam winked at me.

I waved shyly in response.

“You know, you’re more than welcome to sit in
a chair,” he teased, smirking.

“Why would I want to do that?” I grinned, wrapping my arms
around Nathan’s neck.

“I’m quite
comfortable where I am.”

Every time I
moved Nathan looked even tenser.

Poor
baby.

This must be torture for him.

I wanted to laugh but remembered where we
were.

Adam rolled his eyes in response, taking a seat on the other
side of Nathan’s desk. “Seriously,” Adam said, leaning forward.

“What do you see in my little bro?”

I wanted to say he was teasing but he had a wicked glint in
his eye that I wasn’t completely sure about.

“I mean,” he continued, grinning, “he learned all his tricks
from the master.”

He indicated himself
when he said that.

I laughed out loud at that comment.

“Nathan does fine all by himself, thank you
very much,” I replied.

Nathan grinned when I said this, leaning in and pressing his
lips to mine.

“You two are making me sick,” Adam said with disgust,
rolling his eyes.

“You’re more than welcome to leave.” I grinned, threading my
fingers in the back of Nathan’s hair.

Nathan chuckled. “What can I do for you?” Nathan interrupted
our teasing.

Adam’s eyes immediately flickered to me, hesitating.

Whatever it was, he wasn’t going to say it
around me.

I cocked my eyebrow at him.

“Never mind,” he said, shaking his head, standing up.

“Come see me when you’re done with her.” He
indicated to me.

My eyes narrowed.

It
worried me the way Adam said that.

I was
being paranoid.

I knew that.

I knew he didn’t mean it the way it sounded
to me but I couldn’t help but wonder if Adam knew something me and Nathan
didn’t.

“That’s not going to happen anytime soon,” Nathan threatened,
tightening his arm around me.

So I wasn’t the only one who was reading too much into
Adam’s words.

“We’ll see,” Adam cockily replied.

“Meeting in fifteen with Dad, Nathan.”

He smirked as he shut the door behind
him.

I wanted to follow him and ask what his problem was.

One minute it’s great and we’re getting along
like friends.

The next he’s back to
being an asshole.

It’s a wonder him and
Chase don’t hang out more.

They’re
exactly alike.

I was pissed all over again.

Not only did we have our own issues to deal with but had to put up with
everyone else trying to cause trouble and putting doubts in our heads.

It ended now.

I was with Nathan and I wasn’t going anywhere.

Nathan sighed deeply and I jumped off his lap, storming to
the door.

I slammed my hands against the
wall on either side of the door and hung my head, glaring at the floor.

I sighed out of frustration.

I was sick and tired of all these
people.

I was surrounded by them.

Since the moment I arrived in London I had
been surrounded by people telling me what to do, where to go, how to live.

My own family even arranged where I’d
work.

They blacklisted me with every
major company so that the only option I would have would be to work for
them.

They made me unemployable.

No one would touch me.

Nathan’s arms wrapped around me from behind.

He buried his face in my neck and
sighed.

The action caused shivers to
break out over my skin.

“I’m sorry,” I sighed.

“What are you sorry for, angel?” he asked, his lips
whispering against my skin.

His arms
tightened against me, rocking me from side to side.

I leaned back against his chest, placing my hands over his
arms.

I tilted my head back so I could
look into his chocolate orbs.

They
always made me feel at ease.

I smiled up
at him and wrapped my arm around the back of his head.

He sighed as I did this, his eyes closing
briefly.

“Is it worth it?” I asked, speculatively.

He frowned when I said this, looking on the
verge of anger.

“I wonder… will I be
worth all the hassle that comes your way?”

Nathan’s hands turned me around.

When I looked at him he let out a deep sigh.

“I mean, look what’s happened already.

Your parents don’t like me, Adam’s
being…”

I hesitated searching for the
word.

Nathan cocked an eyebrow,
patiently watching me with a smirk on his face.

“…Adam.” I chuckled.

Nathan
grinned when I said that.

“Chase has
evicted me from my home, I’ve lost my job, my father has basically cast me
aside.”

I laughed when my words sunk in.

I had to laugh to stop from crying.

I was doing a stellar job of showing Nathan
everything I had to offer.

“Are you saying you’ve finally decided I’m not worth it?” he
asked, cocking an eyebrow at me.

“What?” I shouted.

“No!

I’m just trying to explain…”

“Yeah, I get it,” he said angrily, “I’ve cost you
enough.”

He pushed me away and my hands
immediately grabbed onto his jacket.

“No!” I yelled, pulling myself to him.

He wouldn’t look at me.

I was allowing my issues to leak out onto my
relationship with Nathan.

I had to stop
this…

Now.

I stood up on my toes, taking his head in my
hands.

“I love you,” I said, stroking my
fingers into his hair.

“I don’t mean to
make you feel like I don’t want this because I do.

I want you so much.”

“Show me … show me how much you love me.”

His fingers dug into my hips.

“How much you want me.”

My lips immediately met his, sucking his tongue into my
mouth.

He groaned when I did this,
tightening his grip on my hips.

I pulled
back from him and smirked at him.

“What?” he asked, grinning.

His lips were red and swollen from our kissing and he couldn’t have
looked sexier.

I took his tie in my hands and took a step backwards.

I crooked my finger at him in what I hoped
was a sexy gesture.

Judging by the
growing grin on his face it was working.

His feet slowly followed my footsteps and I wanted to high five my inner
awkward girl.

I could do this.

I was nervous at what I had planned but being
with Nathan made me feel sexy.

He made
me feel like I could step out of myself and try new things with him without
judgement.

Hopefully this would be one
of those times.

I pulled him toward me and grinned up at him, turning him
around so that he was facing away from the leather settee against the
wall.

Just as he leaned down aiming for
my lips I pushed against his shoulders and he sank down onto the settee.

His grin was full of mischief.

He was also biting his lip and I wanted
nothing more than to climb on top of him.

That must have been what he wanted also.

He grabbed my hands and pulled me towards him so that I was
kneeling over him.

I pressed my lips to
the side of his neck, sucking and kissing as I went.

His hands were immediately on my ass, palming
and groping.

I palmed the back of his
hand and licked his lobe.

“Can I taste you?” I whispered, using his own words back on
him from the previous night.

His head shot to the side so he could look at me.

I laid my head down on his shoulder, shyly
looking at him.

“Fuck, baby,” he said with a gasp, “don’t say shit like that
to me.”

Rejection.

That was
what I felt.

I began to pull away when
he grabbed my wrists, holding them to his chest.

I couldn’t look at him.

“Do you want to?” he whispered.

When I looked at him, I didn’t see disgust or
rejection in his eyes.

What I saw was
need and want.

He wanted me to taste him.

In response I pulled my hands away.

Nathan immediately loosened his grip, placing
his hands at his side.

I noticed they
immediately tensed into fists.

He was as
desperate for me to do it as I was.

I
smiled shyly when I realised this.

I
quickly undid his belt buckle and opened his trousers.

When my cold hands met his skin, he tucked
his stomach in with a sharp breath.

I
giggled at this.

I dipped my hand inside
and grasped his hard cock, pulling him out.

With the amount of times we’d been together I was still
shocked at how big he was.

I grabbed
him, stroking him slowly.

I gasped when
he continued to grow hard.

How did he ever fit?
I wondered in
shock.

Nathan chuckled when I continued
to stare.

I looked up at him, stroking
him faster.

His chuckle quickly cut off,
dropping his head back with a moan.

I
stood up, dropping to my knees in between his legs.

“Are you sure, angel?” he whispered, stroking his thumb
across my cheekbone.

I nodded,
blushing.

He nodded his head in
permission, swallowing heavily.

He
looked extremely tense.

I leaned
forward, wrapping my lips around the head.

His eyes never left my lips.
