“Yes, yes, yes!” she yelled. She could feel her clit tightening, felt the dip in her stomach. She could feel herself coming apart just outside of her reach. Cirro reached up with his free hand, twisting and pulling at her nipple. The bite of it curled her toes. The throb pulsed though her. She wanted to finish, to end the sweet torment, but then wanted to go on forever.

“Please, Cirro. Please!” she whimpered.

“Now, énteka, now.” Cirro pulled the clamps from her nipples, jack-knifing his fingers in her as he nipped her clit. The combination sent her careening into the sun. The pleasure tore through her stiff body. She gripped Cirro’s hair, for the moment uncaring that he didn’t command her to do it. This was what she had been missing, this freedom, this release. Cirro had given it to her.

“It’s not over yet,” he said then. His face was shiny with her juices and she pulled him into her for a kiss. She could taste herself on his tongue, swirling with the taste of him.

“Don’t fear me,” he growled his voice different, lower, his cat closer to the surface. Sasha relished it, her own cat leaping into the fray. His chest heaved with his exhalations, his torso chiseled like the walls around her. His cock stood long and thick between the oaks of his thighs. The trailing hair on his stomach stopped in a patch around the proud member. Cirro gripped it, nails still clawed. He pumped it with sure strokes.

“I will keep you safe.”

“I never doubted it.”

“Just feel, and know this you will always have.” With that statement he slammed into her. He gave her no moment to prepare. He pushed through tight, warm tissues unerringly, cockhead kissing her womb. She wrapped her arms around him. Cirro sucked the spot where her neck met her collar bone, tongue soothing, right over his mark. Then she felt him bite down as he pumped harder. She lost any awareness of herself.

Her cat roared in her head, taking over. Her gums burned and the odd sensation of her teeth growing was only momentarily distracting. Cirro pushed harder against her, and she was helpless to stop his advance.

“Bite me. Mark me,” Cirro said roughly, then clamped back on her neck. The sting propelled her as pleasure overwhelmed her. She couldn’t fight if she wanted to. She struck, biting deeply in the side of his neck. Cirro roared against her throat, pounding faster. He was moving too fast, too hard, but it was so good. She didn’t want him to stop. She held on for dear life as he shot her into the sun.

“I love you,” she screamed as she came, her body tensing and then shattering into a million pieces. Cirro held her through it all. He was her anchor, her rock in the storm of him. As she came back to her body Cirro unlocked her from the collar and carried her back to the bed.

“I love you too,” Cirro said as he lay down next to her.

“So I’m a wereleopard now?” Sasha asked.

“Yes. You will have to make some changes if you want to keep practicing law. But I’ll be here to teach you. Selene is the pack’s lawyer, as you know, but you have different pulling power. Who knows? We may be able to reach places we haven’t before.”

“Cirro, are you just using me for my brains?”

“And your body. Don’t forget your body.” Sasha laughed and slapped him on the shoulder playfully.

“Honestly, though, Ice’s case was supposed to be later this month. What happened with the bodies? The detective?”

“It’s been cleared. Selene went to work. Pietr and Maddy, as prominent physicians in their field, certified that you were getting the best care after the attack. Some of the leap stayed in animal form in cages, you should have seen that, to lend credence to the wildlife preserve. They had enough evidence on Matherson and Ice on the scene to go after the cartel itself. Their deaths were ruled as self-defense, we’re in the clear, and are determined to help in any way we can.”

“I missed everything.”

“It doesn’t matter. What matters is that you’re safe and I won’t lose you,” Cirro said turning off the side light. He lay back down and wrapped her in his arms.

“We did have something interesting happen though,” Cirro said then.

“Oh really?”

“I was offered a job, a special team, after the FBI agents saw my work. They’ve requested my team be debriefed.”

“Do you want to do it?”

“I don’t know. It’s a lot to think about. I just got you, I have the leap to think about, and their protection. I can’t be leaving on missions like that. And they can’t know we’re cats.”

“But do you
want
to do it?” Sasha asked.

“I’d like to. I just don’t know the logistics.”

“We can figure it out. We’ll all sit down and go from there. The main women of the house have backup with the kaurtetos, and Maddy won’t be human for much longer. We can help keep everything safe when you’re gone. Who knows? Some new blood in here may just get some of the women here mated,” Sasha finished.

“That mind of yours. Yeah, I’m definitely using you for your brain,” Cirro said with a laugh.

“That’s okay, I’m using you for your c—”

“Don’t you say it!”

“What? I was going to say concentrated efforts in pleasing me,” Sasha said, laughing.

“Yeah, I’m sure you were. Go to sleep, hellion. Everyone will want to see you in the morning.”

She liked that. They were family now, and she’d do what she could to protect her own. Cirro may have struggled against claiming her, but he’d come through more than ever. Now she just had to help Beth, Lauren, Adelis, Drea, Rachel, Lucy, Mei, and Tristine. They’d benefit, just like Maddy, Selene, and Sasha had from that girl’s night out so long ago.
