He leaned toward me ever so slightly. "That's all right. Neither do I."

We met halfway, and then his lips were on mine. Such soft, determined lips he possessed. My arms reached round his neck and I thrust out my breasts so they touched his chest. Waiting for his tongue took an eternity. First it licked at my lips, asking permission. Opening my mouth wider in invitation, I greeted him with my own tongue and danced a tango. How long had it been since I'd been laid? Weeks? Ah, yes. My last conquest had sported a tiny pecker and giant balls. He'd thrust twice, ejaculated, rolled away, and fell asleep. A girl needed a good, solid thumping every so often, especially this girl. Unfortunately, finding the right enduring man was somewhat of a challenge.

Ariston's hand found my breast and squeezed. His hand slipped through the V in my top and crept beneath my silky bra. Finding my ample breasts, he cupped one, weighing it in his hand. Then his thumb and forefinger pinched my nipple. Ah, how I hoped he wasn't one for drawn out foreplay. It had its place, maybe the second time around, but right now I wanted lustful, heart racing, hardcore fucking.

"Ariston?" I purred.

"Yeah?"

"I...need you. Make me feel alive." Pulling away from him, I laid right down on the couch.

"Sure, baby," he agreed. He unbuttoned and unzipped my pants, yanked them down, and tossed them on the floor in record time. He got to his feet and began removing his clothing. I sat up and pulled off my shirt while admiring the awesome bod he revealed. He was tanned all over. His chest had a smattering of dark hair and was rippled with firm muscles. His biceps bulged. He had a couple of tattoos. One on his left arm of a black cobra, and a weird, detailed star on his back right shoulder—check out that ass! What tight, small buns he had. I was licking my lips when he turned around and I felt my mouth drop open. His enormous cock stood straight and proud, thrusting out like a steel sword. As he bent down to take off his socks I undid my bra and shimmied out of my panties. I suppose the lady-like thing would have been to let him undress me—but I couldn't wait.

He got on the couch, and when I opened my thighs he settled down between them. He lay overtop of my body, balancing his weight on his bent arms. Dipping his head he kissed my lips first then seared a hot trail down to my breasts, giving each nipple equal attention. Beneath him I arched my back and squirmed, gently digging my nails into his back. I really wanted him to go down on me, but after seeing his giant cock, all I could think about was having it inside me. I flung my legs up over his back and reached down to grip his ass.

He took the cue.

The head of his cock bumped against my opening then slowly pushed inside. I felt a moment of uncertainty as to whether I could take him as my walls stretched to accommodate his enormous size. Unaware of my sudden discomfort, or despite it, he surged forward, making me gasp.

"You're...so fucking big!"

"I know." He withdrew enough to make me think he'd taken mercy on my tight pussy, but then he thrust again, and again, and again until I was mindless with his erotic torture. I wanted him to stop, and yet I wanted him to go on. As though sensing my discomfort, he paused momentarily.

"Want me to stop?"

Is that a smirk on his face?

Before I could reply, he began to plunge again. His head lowered to kiss me hard, his tongue darting deep inside my mouth to simulate the movement of his cock. Faster and faster he plunged, cresting a peak until I was pushed over the edge of ecstasy. With one last plunge, his tongue down my throat, his cock buried to the hilt, he came hard. I dug in my heels and we rode out the waves together. Slowly we lowered to the Earth, both of us a sweating, trembling, entwined mass of spent lust. Ariston rested his head on my forehead.

"Sweet," he said, and then moved to get up off of me.

I stared at him in wonder as he rolled to his feet and began to dress when I could do no more than lie there helplessly and think,
What the hell was that?

Chapter 3

Ariston had to help me to my feet. Then he even helped me to dress. Very thoughtful of him considering he'd just given me the thumping of my life. He smiled smugly when he saw me wince pulling on my pants.

"Sore pussy?"

"Thanks to your giant dick." I wasn't sure whether to be annoyed or impressed.

Fully dressed, we faced each other. Both of us reached for our wine and chugged what was left. There was a sparkle in his blue eyes that I couldn't help but respond to. I'd practically begged him to make me feel alive, and he'd delivered. Big time.

"I don't know about you, but I'm starving," he said.

"Worked up quite an appetite did you?"
As if I had to ask.

He had the sense to look bashful. "What do you say we hit a burger joint? Nothing fancy, just thick, dripping, meaty burgers."

I smiled. "Sounds divine."

We took his car, and twenty minutes later we sat facing each other comparing who had the most juice running down their chin. I couldn't quite put my finger on what it was that made me enjoy his company so much. Whether it was his easygoing manner which made me relax, his sense of humor which made me laugh even with a mouthful of French fries, or his deadly good looks. Not to mention that immensely enjoyable fuck session I wouldn't soon forget. Perhaps it was the entire package—a nice guy rolled up into an incredibly hot body. Whatever it was, I hoped he wouldn't turn into a one night stand.

The thought was daunting and I had no idea where it came from. For some reason when I looked at him I felt all dreamy-eyed and jittery, like a schoolgirl with her first crush. Funny considering how most people tended to annoy the hell out of me. And, bearing in mind my side job of alien supplier, I wasn't keen to form any lasting bonds. Not that I had any. I'd been on my own since I turned sixteen. Both parents were write-offs. Neither of them had ever wanted me. My dad couldn't bail on us fast enough, leaving me and mom to fend for ourselves. Mom wasn't much better. She entertained so many men I lost track. When one of them decided to sample my goods, I bolted. He'd chased me out the door, right by my passed-out-drunk mother. Woods surrounded our old farmhouse. It was here I'd run to, hoping to lose the bastard. When I ran into a small clearing he'd caught up with me and we'd struggled.

It was then that it happened.

My first encounter.

While the son-of-a-bitch pinned me down and pushed my nighty up around my thighs, a bright light descended upon us. Hovering practically right over our heads, we'd both backed away in fright. A beam of light shot out of the little craft directly to the ground. And out of the light a shape emerged. Horrifying, it'd scared both my attacker and me into statues. We dared not even breathe, never mind flee.

The creepy, hunchbacked, long-faced thing pointed a long green finger at me. "Come," it'd said in a raspy voice. The bastard beside me got hold of his sense of self-preservation long enough to push me forward. When the alien had reached for me and grabbed hold of my arm, I knew I had to do something. From the gleam in its soulless eyes and the way it looked at my legs and budding breasts I suspected ill intent. "Wait!" I'd cried. "Take him instead." I pointed at the jerk behind me. The alien seemed to consider my request. Back and forth it stared between its would-be victims.

In one fantastic lurch the alien finally reached out past me with its long arm and snatched the bastard. His scream was abruptly cut off once it threw him into the light. He shot upward into the ship. Then the alien turned to me. Being a short distance from it, I could feel its fetid breath against my skin. I'll never forget the smell—like a cross between burning garbage and overripe apples.

"Every three months we...contact you," its voice crackled out. "You supply alternative, or we take...you. Understand?"

I nodded. The alien reached out then and grabbed hold of my arm. Its grip was tight and slimy and burned terribly. For a moment I feared it'd changed its mind and would throw me into the light as well. An eternity seemed to pass before it let me go. Then it beamed back into its ship and flew away. On my left arm, in the place where it'd grabbed me, I sported a black ring about the size of a dime etched into my skin like a brand. No wonder it'd hurt.

Thus began my deadly bargain.

No matter where I went they always found me, forcing me to live up to my cursed word. And for the past five years, every three months I'd given them what they wanted. Now, looking at my companion, I felt a pang of regret. Relationships were out of the question for someone like me. Besides, Ariston was a cop. He'd get suspicious when people around me began disappearing.

Burgers finished, I looked at him. "Thanks. It's been fun. Can you take me home now?"

"Still early," he said, peering at his watch. "Want to go to a movie or something?" The expression on his face displayed his confusion. By the way he said
something
I knew he wanted to have me again. He'd been a great lay, but it was best to nip this—whatever it was—in the bud.

"I think I should just go home."

"Ah...okay." He gestured to the waitress to bring the bill. In another five minutes we were back in his car again. Just before we got to my house, Ariston surprised me by turning down the street towards the park instead.

"Where're you going?" I asked, thinking he didn't get the message.

He shrugged. "I drove past this park with my partner the other day when we were looking around your neighborhood. I'd like to check it out."

I laughed nervously. "Why? You think there's some shit going down there tonight, officer?"

"No. Actually I thought it might be kinda romantic to take a moonlit stroll. There's wooded trails right?"

"Yeah." What was he doing? I didn't want to do romantic things with him. I wanted to soak in the tub and wash his luscious scent from my body. Every minute I spent with him was suddenly torturous—a blatant reminder of what I'd never have. He parked his car in an unlit area by the edge of the woods. Hesitating, I sat in my seat and waited for him to come round and open the door for me. He held out his hand and I took it, letting him lead me from the car into the thickness of the dark trees. The path was visible thanks to the full moon shining brightly overhead. Ariston hadn't relinquished my hand and I couldn't help but revel in the warmth and strength of his firm grip.

On we strolled, talking of little things, mostly about his adventurous job and my boring one. After toiling at burger joints and waitress jobs, I'd saved enough money to put myself through night school. Being a freelance book editor and author website and cover designer had dependable income and was something I could do from home. With Ariston's comfortable and encouraging attitude, I found myself sharing with him how I'd someday like to write a book of my own.

He smiled down at me. "What would you like to write?"

"Science fiction." I didn't hesitate.

He laughed at my enthusiasm. "I like a woman who knows what she wants."

That was a double innuendo if I'd ever heard one.

The evening was glorious. I found myself wanting it never to end. Pushing aside my misgivings, I let myself fall prey to Ariston's charms.
If I could stroll these woods with this man for the rest of my days I would be content.

But then a small blue light far off in the sky got my attention.

I came to a complete standstill. "No."

Ariston followed my gaze, puzzled over what held my rapt attention. "What's wrong? Danni?"

Closer the light came, and I could not deny or ignore the implications. They were coming back. I began to move, pulling on his hand trying to get him to go back the way we'd come. But I may as well be trying to move an elephant. He pulled free of my grip and took me by the shoulders.

"Danni, stop it. What's wrong? What are you afraid of?"

I felt hateful tears of frustration suddenly well up in my eyes. "You don't understand! We have to go. Now!"

"Not till you tell me why. You should know I'd not let anything harm you." Exasperating man! He let go of my shoulders and crossed his arms.

Formidable as he was, he was no match for those alien beings. "Please. Come with me," I begged.

Even if we left the woods, I knew it'd be only a matter of time before they found me. But if I could just buy us some time, long enough to get Ariston safe...

I turned and began to run, betting he'd follow me. Chancing a backward glance, I saw that I'd assumed correctly. He was hot on my trail. Unfortunately, he came close enough to snatch me into his arms, pulling me once again to a complete stop. Over his shoulder I could see the ship clearly now. It'd descended rapidly and hovered over the area where we'd just been standing. Frantically, I began to pummel at his chest with my hands.

"Let me go!"

"No!"

We struggled and swore until Ariston became deadly still. He'd managed to turn us around, and now he stood where I had been. His mouth hung open slightly.

"Dammit, we need to go!" I insisted, but already I could see it was too late. The beam of light came down from the ship to the ground below and suddenly the alien appeared.

"What the hell?" Ariston exclaimed.

So now he would know. He was the one person in the world I didn't want to see me for what I truly was: a monster. But all too soon he'd figure out the scariest, most evil thing in the woods this night...was me.

Chapter 4

I had no choice but to go forth and greet it. If I fled now I may not only seal my fate, but perhaps Ariston's as well. As I began to walk toward the ship, he grabbed my hand.

"What're you doing?"

I stared at him with resignation. "It's here for me. I'm sorry. I didn't want you to know." I pulled free of his grip and continued to move.

"Know what?" Brave, foolish man, he remained by my side.

I ignored his question and came up before the Akkadian. "Why have you returned?" I kept my tone light. Last thing I wanted with this unpredictable and demanding race was to irritate them.

The alien cocked its head and stared at my companion then me. "The specimen you gave...unsatisfactory."
