touched her arm.

“I’ll be right back, sweetheart,” he kissed her hand and

walked away with Will.
Norah finished her dinner but kept her eyes on them. Will

was getting upset and Liam was trying to calm him down. She tried

to read his lips but couldn’t make out any words. She assumed he

was still upset over Jane running from him. She just wasn’t sure what

he was yelling at Liam for, what could he do about it? Liam ordered

them both drinks from the bar, then put his hands on Will’s

shoulders and said something that seemed to make him calmer. As

Liam started to walk away, Will grabbed his arm and said something

to him. Liam stepped back and grabbed Will very hard. He stepped

right in his face and Norah could tell whatever he was saying, Liam

was pissed off. Whatever Will said, made Liam mad. Liam let him go

almost shoving him backwards and walked back to Norah.

“What was that about?” Norah asked.

“Do me a favor, okay? Stay away from him tonight, alright?

Don’t go near him.” Norah laughed.

“I don’t ever plan on being near him, Liam.” He grabbed her

hand and gave her a very stern look.
“I mean it, Norah. He’s drunk and not acting like himself. Stay

away from him.” She nodded and went back to her dessert.

Liam kept Norah close to him the entire evening. If someone

wanted to talk business, he took Norah with him. If anyone gave him

a confused look, he just ignored it and went on talking. A few wives

tried to get Norah to come back to the table so the men could talk

alone, but Liam held her hand tight and said he wanted her with him.

Norah finally managed to get Liam alone on the dance floor.

“Okay, tell me what’s going on? You’re acting like I might run

from you again. ” she asked. He looked away and around the room.

“Nothing is going on. Is it so bad that I want you close to

me?” he didn’t make eye contact with her.

“Liam, look at me, please.” He turned to look over at her.

“What’s going on?” He tightened his grip around her waist.

“Will has just said some things that made me uncomfortable.

He is still very upset about losing Jane, and he is being irrational.”
“Does he think I know something?” she asked.

“No. I don’t know.” Liam took her chin and kissed her lips.

“Don’t worry about it. I’m not letting you out of my sight….not

because I think you might run though.” Norah nodded in agreement

but wasn’t so sure about his motivations.

They danced to the next song and went to the bar. Liam held

her hand tight and spoke to few men. They were telling him that the

fundraiser had made over $500,000.00 for the new children’s wing at

the hospital, but no one had donated more money than Liam. When

they informed him he would be receiving a special plaque, he

vaguely smiled.

“I’ve got to go the bathroom,” Norah whispered in his ear. He

looked around the room. Norah looked at Mrs. Redman one of

Liam’s colleagues wives who was standing next to them. “Excuse me,

do you know where the restroom is?”
“Oh, of course, darling, we can go together, leave these men

to the boring business.” She took Norah’s hand and pulled her away.

She looked back at Liam and he nodded, but he kept his eyes on her

as she walked away. He tried to calm himself down. He didn’t even

see Will anymore. Maybe he had left. Norah was fine. He wouldn’t

do anything to her in a public place anyway. Liam involved himself

the conversation at hand.

Mrs. Redman stood at the counter washing her hands and

fixing her makeup. A young blonde girl came in the bathroom.

“Excuse me? Is there a Norah Chandler in here?” Mrs.

Redman nodded.

“Yes, I’m in here,” Norah shouted from the bathroom stall.

“Oh, I’m sorry. There is a really handsome man standing by

the door looking for you,” she said.

“Tell him to keep his panties on, I’ll be right there.” The

young girl laughed and went back out the door.
“Well if you are okay, darling, I’m going to go back to the

table,” Mrs. Redman huffed.

“Yes, I’m fine, I’m right behind you,” Norah came out of the

stall and started to wash her hands. Mrs. Redman left as Norah

walked to the paper towel dispenser. She pulled out a few and felt

strong arms around her waist.

“I told you to keep your panties on, sir. Can’t you give a girl a

little privacy?” She turned and was face to face with Will Chambers.

She pushed him away. “What are you doing in here? Get out!”

“I think you and I need to have a little chat.” He grabbed her

arm, covered her mouth and drug her out of the restroom. He took

her down the hall away from the crowd, then turned down a short

hall with spare tables and chairs lining the sides, and slammed her up

against the wall. He kept his hand over her mouth and pressed his

body against her so she couldn’t move.
“Liam says you don’t know anything about Jane running from

me, but I think you do. I think you and that little whore had this

planned.” Norah tried to say something but he wouldn’t let her

mouth go. “I told Liam he couldn’t trust you. I told him you were

gonna run from him as soon as you felt safe enough. I keep telling

him to lock you back up, but he says he can’t do that to you,” he

panted in her ear. “He says, that you’re different from any other

woman he has been with.” He moved his hand to her breast,

releasing one of her arms. She tried to push him off, but he wouldn’t

budge. “I know he paid a lot of money to be the first man to fuck

that pussy.” He licked her face. “And I think it is so sweet how much

he cares about you now.” He moved his hand from her mouth and

forced his mouth on her. Norah shook her head but he just covered

her mouth again. “Maybe if I fuck you, I won’t care about Jane

anymore.” He ran his hand up her leg and under her skirt. He pulled

her leg up and wrapped it around him, then pressed himself against

her.
She tried to push his hand away, but he grabbed her wrist

and held over her head. In the distance she thought she heard her

name but wasn’t sure. Maybe Liam had realized she hadn’t returned

and was looking for her. She squirmed and moaned in Will’s hand.

“Does he treat you like a little princess because you’re so

good in bed, or because he feels so guilty?” Norah stopped struggling

against him. “Oh that’s right…..you don’t know do you.”

*****

Mrs. Redman went back to the table and took a sip from her

drink. Liam saw her and didn’t think much of it. He went on with his

conversation. While talking he looked around and didn’t see Norah

walking to him. He looked over at Mrs. Redman and she was talking

to someone else now, and Norah wasn’t with her.

“Please excuse me, I’ll be right back,” he walked to Mrs.

Redman. “Pardon me, but is Norah all right? Is she still in the rest

room?” he asked.
“Oh no darling, she was talking to that very tall gentlemen.

He was waiting for her when I walked out.” Liam barely waited for

her to finish before he was moving fast across the room. He went to

the door of the restroom and banged his against it.

“Norah! Are you in there?” he knew she was with him, but

where? He turned and looked around. Just then he heard what

sounded like a struggle. He leaned closer to the door, but it wasn’t

coming from inside. He looked down the hall and started walking.

The muffled noise got louder and he walked faster. He turned the

corner and saw Norah being held up against the wall by Will with his

hand up her dress.

“Does he treat you like a little princess because you’re so

good in bed, or because he feels so guilty?” Norah stopped struggling

against him. “Oh that’s right…..you don’t know do you.”

“Get the Fuck off her, Will. Now!” He yelled. Will moved so

he could see Liam’s face, but still held Norah against the wall.
“She doesn’t know, does she, Liam”

“That’s enough, Will. Let her go!”

“What if I told her, do you think she would still love you? Do

you think she would stay with you?” Will turned back to Norah.

“What if I told her, you didn’t know she had been kidnapped when

you bought her, that you wanted to give her back, or let her go? But

then the thought of that sweet tight pussy made you keep her.” He

ran his hand over Norah’s sex. “How does it feel Liam? Knowing

you’re the only man who has had this pussy?” He looked back at

Norah. “You don’t mind if I have a turn do you? You can watch.”

“I said, Get the Fuck off her!” Norah looked over at Liam. He

stepped to Will and yanked him away from Norah, turning him to

face him. Liam punched Will in the mouth and he fell to the ground.

“Tell her, Liam! Tell her you never wanted her to be your

fucking slave! Tell her she’s free to do whatever she wants!” Liam

punched Will again, this time in the eye.
Norah stood with her hand over her mouth. “You think you’re

so different than I am? You think you’re better than me? But you

wouldn’t tell her because you were afraid she would grow a brain

and realize you manipulated her into falling in love with you to save

your ass from going to jail!” Liam stepped and punched Will again,

this time knocking him out. He turned back to Norah and walked to

her. He touched her arm where Will held her.

“Are you okay? Did he hurt you?” he asked. She snatched her

arm away.

“Is that true? What he said? You made me think I belonged to

you to fear you, to save yourself?” Liam looked down at the floor.

“That isn’t exactly the truth, and I was going to tell you,”

before he could finish Norah slapped him. He touched his face where

she hit.

“Take me home now!” She turned and went back to the table

for her things.
The car drive home was silent. Norah wouldn’t allow Liam to

touch her and Liam didn’t want to start an argument in the car.

Norah didn’t wait for Trig to open her door when they pulled in the

driveway. She opened the door and stepped out, running in the

house. She went straight to the study and made herself a drink.

Norah

Liam walked in the study and slid the doors closed behind

him. He went to the bar and made himself a drink, then loosened his

tie and pulled it off. I stood at the desk with my drink in my hand. I

started shaking and I knew Liam knew it because the ice started

clinging in my glass. I turned to face him. He was leaning against the

bar with a drink one hand and the other in his pocket.

“You didn’t know I had been kidnapped?” I asked. He shook

his head.

“No.”
“Did you figure it out before or after you slapped me in the

face?” I snapped remembering how much he scared me that night.

He shook the ice around in his drink.

“Before.”

“If you didn’t know, then what in the world did you think you

were doing?” I put my drink down and put my hands on my hips.

“I thought I was buying a willing sexual slave.”

“Willing slave? Does that even exist?”

“Yes. In the dark world of BDSM it does.”

“And that’s what you wanted from me?”

“I told you, I had a different relationship in mind for us in the

beginning. But I didn’t want someone who wasn’t prepared for it,

who didn’t want it.”

“Why didn’t you just let me go?” He took a deep breath.
“It isn’t that simple, Norah. I looked into it. I couldn’t give you

back. They would have killed me and just sold you again. This time to

someone who didn’t care about your feelings.” He took a sip of his

drink. “All those horrible things you were told would happen, would

have really happen. I couldn’t do that to you.” He took another sip of

his drink and turned to make himself another. “I thought about

letting you go, but I couldn’t risk you going to the police.”

“So it was about saving your ass then?”

“No. Not entirely. I mean, yes, I didn’t want to go to jail over

something I didn’t know about until it was too late, but that wasn’t

the only reason.” I walked to the other side of the room.

“So what was the other reason, my virginity? Will was right,

you wanted to fuck me so bad you decided to keep me here, make

me think you owned me until I loved you, so you could do whatever
