Tanner
never took his gaze away from hers as he removed his clothes. “Would you be
more comfortable in my bedroom?” He lowered himself onto her warm flesh. He
wanted to make this right for her. This was a night they would both cherish.

“I
just want to be with you,” she said. “I don’t care where we are.”

He
spread her thighs with his leg as he placed a soft kiss to her lips. She
wrapped her leg around his hip as he entered her. Wanting to relish the moment,
he stopped once inside her. Inexperience had rendered her body fragile, so he
needed to be delicate.

“Are
you okay?”

“Yes,
I want this.” She shifted her hips, causing him to slide deeper.

“You're
so wet.”

She
swiveled her hips until she adjusted to his size. “That feels really good.”

“You're
perfect. Do you know that?” He kissed her long and hard before moving with her.

After
a few minutes, they found a pleasing rhythm. Her muscles gripped his cock in
the most delicious way. He couldn't imagine ever being with anyone else after
her. He didn’t want to be. He closed his eyes and lost himself in her scent,
the way she felt underneath of him and those sexy, little noises she made each
time he pleasured her.

“Tanner.”
She tightened her hold on him as she screamed out her release.

Sitting
on his knees, he pulled her onto his lap as he continued to slide in and out of
her.  She wrapped her legs around his waist, allowing her eyes to connect with his.
He never looked away from her. He had been alone and lost for so long, but their
connection seemed right. He didn’t expect her to come to him tonight, but now
that she had, he never wanted her to leave.

“Oh,
God…” Lowering her back down, he attacked her lips with his own as he released
hard into the condom. It had been far too long and it didn’t feel like he would
stop. He sprinkled kisses across her lips, jaw and neck before removing himself
from her.

“I'll
be right back.” He kissed her one last time before hurrying down the hall to
discard the condom into the bathroom wastebasket.

Tanner
stared at his reflection in the mirror for a few seconds. He couldn’t believe
what had transpired. The remarkable bond they had created in a matter of an
hour didn’t seem possible, but now so many thoughts ran through his head. Could
they make this work? Was he too old for her? What would Aiden say? How would her
father handle this? He didn’t want to deal with these issues tonight. Right now,
he wanted to hold her and tell her how wonderful she was.

When
he came back into the room she pulled the throw over her covering herself from
him. She leaned back against the couch and stared into the fire. Tucking her
hair behind her ear, she fidgeted with the locks. He wondered what was on her
mind.

“I
didn’t hurt you too much, did I?” He grabbed another throw from the loveseat
before sitting down and placing it over his lap. “I should have taken more care
with you.”

“Hurt
me?” She shook her head. “It was amazing. I never thought it could be that
good.”

He
smiled at her innocence, but she looked as if she'd made a mistake. “You look
upset.”  He hoped she didn’t regret what they’d just done.

I
sure as hell don’t.

“I
guess I should be going.” She didn’t acknowledge his statement.

Going?

He
glanced out the window to witness the snow falling from the sky at a heavy clip.
The storm came in faster than the weather forecasters had predicted.  He
couldn't let her drive in such conditions. Selfishly, he’d do anything to keep
her with him.

“It
looks pretty bad out there.” He nodded toward the window. “I'm not sure you
should attempt to drive in this. I can take you home, but you're more than
welcome to stay the evening with me.”

Did
I just ask her to spend the night?

“You
would want me to stay?” The skin above her brow crinkled.

“Why
wouldn't I?”

“Well,
I figured what we did probably wouldn’t mean much to you. I know you're used to
much more.”

He
inched closer to her. “You were perfect. Where is this coming from?”

“I
don't know. I guess I'm realizing exactly how forward I was by coming here.”

“Where's
the girl who pressed the condom into my hand and asked me to make her feel
good?”

“She
doesn't exist.” She let out a long breath. “I don’t make it a habit of knocking
on an older man's door looking for sex.”

“I
don't make it a habit of having sex with my son's friends. This was different.”
He had to make her understand how out of the ordinary this experience was for him.
Since his divorce, sex had been meaningless. It wasn't something he sought out
these days.

“What
do you mean?” She looked up at him.

“I
felt it as soon as you came inside.” He took her hand. “I was instantly drawn
to you.”

“I've
always been drawn to you, Tanner. I try to get you out of my head, but I can't.
I thought if I came here and you turned me away, I could get over it.”

“Did
you want me to send you away? Do you regret what we’ve done?” He had many one-night
stands through the years. It never bothered him before when it ended after a
brief encounter, but he wanted more with Sofia. He needed time to explore this
and see where they were headed.

“No,
I wanted to be with you. I still do.” She crawled into his lap making him feel
comforted. “I know this is sudden for you. I've had years to fantasize about us.”

“I'm
pretty sure you'll be starring in all of my fantasies from now on.” He pressed his
face against her neck and trailed a line of kisses down to her shoulder.

“I
don’t want you to do anything you don't want.” She played with the hair at the
nape of his neck. Her touch was his new obsession.

“I
want you, Sofia. I want to see where we can take this.” He wrapped his arms
around her delicate frame “Spend the night with me. I want to get to know you.”

“I
want to sleep in your arms tonight.”

He
kissed the top of her head. “You need to call your dad so he doesn't worry.”

“He's
not going to understand why I'm sleeping here.”

“Just
tell him you came to visit and the storm took an unexpected turn. I know he
wouldn’t want you to drive in this.”

She
nodded but he could see the worry in her expression.

“We'll
figure out a way to make this work.” They had to. Now that she had the courage
to come to him, he couldn't let her go. He stroked her hair as she snuggled
into his chest.  He wasn't sure how he knew, but she was meant to be his.

“I
guess I didn't think all of this through. I know Aiden will be okay with this,
but my dad may be another story.”

“I'll
help make him see. I know it'll be awkward, but I'll assure him that I would
never hurt you.” He didn't want to think about that particular conversation at
this moment. “How do you know Aiden will be okay with this?”

She
smiled and then buried her head in the crook of his neck. He felt her body
shake with a giggle. The little minx was far too adorable.

“Did
he know about your little crush?”

“Yes.”
She pulled away and looked up at him. “I had a hard time keeping it from him,
especially when I went all giddy every time I came to visit my senior year of
high school. I can't believe you never noticed.”

Four
years ago, Tanner wouldn’t have noticed a seventeen year old kid, but now
things were much different.

“That
was a few years ago,” he said. “I can't imagine he would have thought you would
have acted on your desires or I would have reciprocated.”

“It
was Aiden's idea for me to come here tonight.”

“What?”
Shocked didn't begin to describe how he felt about his son playing matchmaker.

“He
said we both deserved something good tonight. He knew I was still attracted to
you and told me to go for it. He hates that you're alone and you throw yourself
into your work. He thought we could help one another.”

“Hmm.”
He ran his fingers through his hair trying to process everything that had
happened this evening.

“Are
you angry?” He heard the anxiety in her voice. “I just wanted you to know Aiden
won't be upset with you.”

“You've
given me many gifts tonight.” He smiled. “Maybe I should start returning the
favor.” He ran his hand down the length of her arm, watching how she responded
to his touch. Thoughts of being inside her warm, wet pussy flooded his head. It
didn’t take long for his cock to catch up.

“Are
you comfortable? We could go upstairs if you'd like.”

“No,
the tree and the fireplace are so pretty. Can we stay down here a little
longer?”

“Of
course, sweetheart.” He kissed her. “Whatever you want.” He would give this
woman anything she asked for. In a matter of a night she had hooked him.

It
looked as if Jill's wish for him came true. He did find something extra special
under his tree tonight. The idea of spending the evening with Sofia never would
have crossed his mind. It was strangely unexpected but no less spectacular.

“I
already have what I want.” She rested her head on his shoulder. “Merry
Christmas, Tanner.”

“Merry
Christmas, my Sofia.”
