“I mean, Tracy is already a certifiable nympho to begin with, but damn, this pregnancy thing blows it up to the next level!  I am in heaven!”

“Well, do what you can now, because everything changes when the kid shows up.”

Drifts grimaced. “Aw, man, don’t tell me that.  It’s bad enough that these drugs we’re on make me hornier than ever, too!  How am I going to get by when a kid cock blocks me?”

Ramirez shrugged. “You’ll figure it out.”

Drifts shook his head. “You’re a regular fountain of information.”

“Considering what I’m working with, I think I’m doing exceptionally well,” said Ramirez.

“Touché.”

The radio squawked, “Ambulance Three-Three-Three, Unit Triple-Three, respond from headquarters to the corner of Grahame and Smith for a code one assault!”

Drifts sighed and looked at his partner.

Ramirez waved him on. “Let’s see what the night has in store for us.”

Drifts nodded as he picked up the mic. “Triple-Three en route!”

Sirens blazing, the ambulance drove into the night.
