Her heart fluttered at his words, but she wasn’t sure she wanted him to lock her to the bed again.

“Why do you want me tied to the bed?”

“Because it’s a very
physical
reminder I’m in charge. You’re
mine
when we’re in here.” He leaned forward and kissed the tip of her nose. “You won’t always be bound by the ankle, but it’s the simplest, least disruptive way to make sure you stay where I put you.”

He scooted back and motioned for her to get into her side of the bed. The look on his face was almost identical to Frisco when he was clearly giving Cam an order — one to be obeyed and not discussed.

She took a breath, sighed noisily, and crawled across to her spot. He locked her in, and then surprised her by kissing up her leg, over her calf, past her knee, over her inner thigh.

Cassie gasped as he pushed her back, spread her legs, and licked up one side of her clit and then the other.

When she was moments from an orgasm, he rose, slid a condom on, and took her hard and fast so she came within seconds of his entering her.

He powered through her orgasm until she begged him to let her stop coming, but he didn’t slow until he found his own release.

As he turned her so he could spoon behind her, she wiggled her ankle and considered the fact she was locked to the bed.

She’d tried to wrap her legs around him during sex, but could only wrap the one all the way up his back. The bound foot had added to the intensity, pushing it from normal sex to kinky, and she’d come when she might not have, otherwise. Or, maybe she would’ve since it was Isaac? She wasn’t sure.

Still, she was horny again,
because
she was locked to the bed. It was a leash, but different. No one was here to see, but she was leashed to the bed and couldn’t leave unless he released her.

“I think I get it now,” she said.

“Tell me what you get, Sweet Thing.”

“The lock, and the leash. I get it.”

He chuckled. “Yeah, I understood that part. What, specifically, do you get?”

“Why you insisted. Why you want me at your mercy. Why you want me to have this constant reminder of your power over me.”

He kissed her temple. “Good. Sleep now, we’ll talk more tomorrow.”

He said, “Lights off,” and the room plunged into darkness again. She put her hand in front of her eyes and couldn’t see it, but fell asleep without asking him why he kept it so dark.

Cassie was awakened the next morning by Isaac rubbing something on her bottom.

She wiggled and squirmed as she awoke and discovered reality was better than her dream.

“Mmmm, Sweet Thing. You move so deliciously. Let me get this salve on your marks, and then we’ll go to the kitchen and scrounge up some food.”

Cassie turned her head to look at him. “I wouldn’t be opposed to sex before food, Sir.”

He smiled, his eyes full of mischievousness. “Let’s talk, first.”

She discovered he’d already taken her cuff off, and he offered her a bathrobe to wear to the kitchen.

She looked at it without accepting it, not a fan of wearing something other submissives had likely worn to breakfast. She didn’t want to be just another of his conquests.

“I bought this when you agreed to our date, and chose the color based on the outfit you wore for your first spanking. If we ever decide to stop seeing each other, you’ll get the robe along with the toys I’ve put your name on.”

She took in the color and smiled at his thoughtfulness. Damn, he was making it hard not to fall for him. Cassie lifted her hand and Isaac slid the robe onto it, then her other arm. She thanked him as she tied the belt, and hoped the day never came for her to be given the robe and toys.

Breakfast was elaborate, with fresh fruit, steak, and eggs. The two worked together well, and Cassie felt more and more comfortable with Isaac.

“There’s this old highway, northeast of Atlanta,” he told her as they prepared their meal. “It was the main route before the interstates were put in, and a kink couple bought one of those old U-shaped motels. The kind you pull up to and walk into? From the sixties?” Cassie nodded and he continued. “They renovated the rooms, made them not stink anymore, pulled all of the bathroom fixtures out and put nice showers in, modern toilets, and tiny fancy sinks. Not much room to work with, but they did what they could.”

He flipped the steaks and went back to cutting a melon as Cassie broke eggs into a bowl.

“There’s a platform in the bedrooms, big enough for a king sized mattress on top of it, a cage under it, and all kinds of attachment points. They emptied the pool and put a fence around it so no one can fall in, the only way in is the steps.” He looked at her and smiled. “There’s a metal Saint Andrew’s Cross, spanking benches, all kinds of fun stuff down there now.”

“So,” she asked, “it’s like a kink club now?”

He nodded. “There’s a huge wall so you can’t see it from the road, and a gate with a lock, so nudity is fine once you’re inside because only members have a card to get in. Friday night is couple’s night, and Saturday night is for singles.”

He stopped cutting the melon and turned to her. “Couples can go to singles night, especially if they’re looking for a third person to play with; but singles can’t come to couple’s night.”

She raised her eyebrows, wondering why he was explaining all of this, and he smiled and answered her unasked question.

“I have reservations for a room tonight and was wondering if you’d like to join me.”

She glanced at the clock as she considered his offer, but then realized there was really nothing to think about.

“I have lunch plans with someone at two o’clock, but should be home by four thirty at the latest. What time were you planning to leave?”

“I could pick you up at five, and we can stop along the way to eat. There’s a diner about twenty minutes before we get there.”

She smiled. “What do I need to pack?”

“Clothes to wear home tomorrow, toothbrush, whatever toiletries you’ll need in the morning. If you have lingerie you want to wear instead of going naked, I’m good with it, but I don’t want you in regular clothes.”

He began placing food on the table and said, “We can go over the specifics of what you are and aren’t comfortable with on the drive down, but if you want, we can go over the basics now, to get an idea of what may happen?”

“Yeah,” she nodded. “I think so.”

Cam hugged her tight as they met outside the restaurant. “God, Cass. I miss you.”

“I miss you, too. How are things?”

He smiled. “Good, but it isn’t the same without you.”

“I have lots of news; let’s see if we can get a booth so we have a little more privacy?”

The second they were seated and the waitress left, she jumped straight into a description of the night before — all of the implements he used and how many times she got off.

“So, does this
Sir
have a name?”

She looked down a few seconds before meeting his gaze. “Yes, but I’m not going to tell you.”

He tilted his head in question and she explained, “I don’t want you to tell me how much of our conversation makes it to Frisco because I don’t want to put you in an awkward place. Part of me kind of hopes he’s drilling you for details and miserable, while the rest of me hopes he doesn’t give a shit and isn’t putting you in the middle.” She took a breath and added. “But, I don’t want him knowing who I’m seeing, so I’m not going to tell you. The BDSM community isn’t that big, and from what I gather, lots of people know each other.”

His smile was sad. “Thank you.”

She felt her eyebrows pulling together as she asked, “For what?”

“For protecting yourself, so I don’t feel as if I have to?”

“Oh, well…” She shrugged. “I know how serious you take your contract and your service to him, and I don’t want to do anything to interfere. When your contract is up in a few months we can talk about everything.”

“Okay, so tell me what happened next, ‘cause I know there’s more.”

She told him about Isaac playing with her bottom a little, and about the sex, but didn’t tell him about waking to find herself locked to the bed. Cam was good at helping her figure out her reactions to things, but she needed more time with the idea before she could talk about it.

“Wow,” he said. “I’m so happy you found someone to work you up and show you how wonderful it can be. Sounds like he’s perfect for you.”

They talked and cut up long after they finished eating, and finally hugged before going their separate ways.

Cassie already missed having intimate moments with Cam, but wasn’t sure what to do about it. Being his friend was probably as good as it was going to get, but she wanted to fall into his arms and relax there for the rest of the day.

Unfortunately, without a Dom to direct them, there was no arousal.

Chapter Seventeen

“So,” Isaac said, “we agree neither of us will have sex with anyone else, but we might consider bringing another Dom into our play, so the two of us can work on you together.”

“Yeah, but is it acceptable to let him flog me and maybe paddle and cane me, but make him keep his clothes on and tell him he can’t touch me sexually? I mean, it sounds so one-sided.”

“As long as we’re up front about it from the beginning, it’s fine. I know a lot of the Doms, so if I agree they can join us I’ll know ahead of time they’ll be responsible with you, and I promise I won’t leave you alone with them.”

He reached behind the seat, pulled something out, and handed her a smallish fancy box. “Open it.”

Inside was a steel bondage collar. He glanced at her before focusing on the road to say, “You understand I’m not officially collaring you, but placing this on you for the time we’re on the property, so others will know you’re claimed and they have to go through me to get access to you.”

“But, you’ll only let them do the things I’ve agreed to, right?”

“Of course, Cassie. And you’ll always have your safeword.”

She took a breath and forced herself to relax. “Okay, it was a silly question. I’m sorry. I trust you, this is just…it’s a lot.”

“I know, and you have to trust I’ll take care of you.”

They spent the rest of the trip talking about specifics of what she might want to do, and what she considered a hard limit.

When they went into the diner, Cassie asked about Isaac’s childhood.

“It’s a long and sordid story, you sure you want to hear it?”

“Yeah. I do. Please.”

Isaac nodded and said, “I lived with my mom until I was almost seven. She didn’t register me for school, so social services took me away from her.”

“Why didn’t she…” Cassie wasn’t sure how to ask her question, so she stopped.

“She was your basic crack whore. I learned to fend for myself, and a couple of neighbors would sometimes feed me when she forgot to, or had used her money on drugs instead of food.”

Cassie was about to say she was sorry, but he held a hand up. “No, don’t say it. I’d like to gloss over those first years, but they’re important to understanding how I ended up in foster care, so I won’t.”

He waited for Cassie to nod before he continued. “At nine I was placed with my third foster family. They weren’t bad, but weren’t really good, either. However, their neighbor taught at the school I attended, and he changed everything.”

Isaac gave a genuine smile, remembering, and said, “He saw me waiting for the bus, and talked to my foster parents about driving me to school and bringing me home. While he had me in the car, he quizzed me on what I was learning, and when he realized I could barely read, he kept me at his house after school in the evenings and fed me dinner while he brought me up to my grade level. He found books I’d be interested in, and he bribed me with fresh fruit and home cooked meals.”

He smiled with fondness as he continued. “I now know he began trying to adopt me a few weeks after I started riding with him to school, but it took over a year for him to get legal authorization to even begin the process. He didn’t want to get my hopes up because my social worker had a personal issue with white people adopting black kids, and she kept trying to thwart him. He had to fight to make it happen, but he and his wife adopted me and I finally had a family of my own.”

“Where was your biological mom? Did she have to sign off on it?”

Isaac held his hands out and shrugged. “She disappeared about six months after I went into the system. No one could find her, so for the purposes of my adoption they said she’d abandoned me.”

“Oh, that’s…” she started to say awful, but changed it to, “so sad. I can’t imagine the impact that had on you as a child.”

“I figured she was either dead or being kept by some pimp somewhere, so she forgot where home was. Without me to care for her? With no one to report her missing? Who knows what happened to her.”
